Great stay in a convenient area of Palma/Arenal. Breakfast was great and had a lot of options. Parking was a breeze. Pool and spa facilities were great. 2 blocks from the beach and all the action. Had some trouble with air conditioning but it was well handled. Would highly recommend

Room is spacious and clean. Food has great variety. Great location. Lots of compliments from hotel (drinks, flower , cookies) Good Sauna I personally don’t love when toilet and sink not private, especially that at night light turns on automatically. If you stay with another person it’s disturbing sleep. But still have enjoyed staying at the Hotel.

Das Hotel ist an Freundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Schon zu Beginn wird man total abgeholt. Wir sind zum dritten Mal hier und werden sicher auch wieder kommen. Das Angebot von Fitness, Wellness, Spa ist Top. Dazu kann man direkt im Hotel ein Mietauto buchen. Als Starprestige Urlauber steht dir oben ein toller Rooftop mit einer grandiosen Aussicht plus Bar zur Verfügung Alkoholfreie Getränke sowie Snacks sind kostenlos.

property was nice, modern and clean in a good location. Only 5 minute walk to the beach, dining and shopping. Unfortunately, the all inclusive and star prestige amenities need improvement. Review the fine print before you go and ask a ton of questions since everything isn't clearly spelled out. With Only 1 pool, lots of limitations for all inclusive and star prestige access, you might find the upgrade/upcharge is simply not worth it. Great hotel overall but improvements needed relative to overall experience. Improvement recommendations include more hours to access rooftop bar, dining and pool area, more premium options for star prestige (ex. VIP check in. premium drinks included vs for fee, etc.)

We loved our short stay at this hotel and from the moment we arrived we couldn’t have been looked after any better. Everything was spotless and even though we had a standard room it was perfect for the time we stayed. The staff ( especially Marko on reception ) were superb. We were also fortunate to dine in the roof top teppanyaki restaurant which was a nice treat. The only one thing I could complain about is spending our day at the pool, spending money on food and drink and when we left our loungers to dine at the poolside restaurant our towels were removed from our loungers. Luckily when we returned there were spare beds available, if there hadn’t been we wouldn’t have been happy about this. You have to return your towels to get your towel card back so why the pool guy thought we had left we don’t know. This definitely needs managing better !

My friend & I enjoyed Iberostar Llaut Palma. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The resort itself was very clean and nice. Our room was spacious and clean, had a balcony, and the shower was extremely spacious and had wonderful pressure. If you are renting a car, the parking is convenient as well. Restaurant Orza (buffet) offered delicious options, and made our all inclusive worth it. The resort was walking distance to the beach and other restaurants. I would definitely stay there again if I ever visit Palma again.

Bardzo ładny hotel, pokoje przestronne, nowocześnie urządzone. Trochę przeszkadza umywalka tuż przy łóżku, zwłaszcza kiedy jedna osoba już śpi, a druga ma ochotę na późny prysznic i toaletę. Sterowane panelem oświetlenie także robi niespodzianki "inteligentnie" uruchamiając się przy nocnej wędrówce po pokoju. Bardzo miły cały personel, urozmaicone śniadania i super basen.

The hotel was lovely. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink. The outdoor pool and spa facilities were top notch (although it gets very busy). There are a lot of party going tourists staying near the hotel and I was woken up a few times during the night by the noise. We were expecting a response from the hotel/Expedia as I emailed 3 times in advance of our stay to plan an anniversary celebration in the hotel rooftop bar and didn't receive a response from the hotel. On the negative side, there was no information available in the room or given to us at check-in and on the day of checking out I was refused a towel at the pool when I wanted to have a swim. We had been locked out of our room during breakfast and the cards did not work so one of us had to get this sorted at reception. The lady at the pool did not want to know about this and refused a towel and on drying myself with my clothes a lovely gentleman came to the rescue with a towel. Not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel.

First, I want to say that the staff here is amazing and does everything that they can within their control to make your stay as exceptional as possible. I have two main issues with this property. One, the pool is pretty subpar for a resort or a property at this level. Pretty small and not visually very appealing. Second, is the fact that when you leave the room, all electricity is automatically turned off. This includes AC. I cannot express to you how hot it would get in that room throughout the day. In general, I am aware that AC in Europe is not Equivalent to that in the United States, however, when you are paying $800 plus per night and you are not able to sleep for four days because of the heat in the room, it is unacceptable. The power turns off because sensors detect that someone is not in the room. I literally begged the front desk to turn the sensors off because the room would heat up throughout the day and would basically never cool down overnight. They said that was impossible because they are more concerned about their Footprint on the environment. Frankly, when I am paying this amount, I really don’t care about that. I care about comfort and more importantly, getting sleep. We ended up buying fans that we tried to keep running all day to keep the air circulating, but the electricity being automatically turned off, would also turn off the fans. Because of this, I will never stay at an a beer store property again and I definitely don’t recommend it

Need a stronger ac in the hotel and in the room. Room was never able to be cooled below 24c. Also it would be heplful to install outdoor fans on the ceiling of the outdoor dining area to increase airflow

Es handelt sich um ein solides 5 Sternehotel. Kritisch aus unserer Sicht war nicht, wie anderenorts kritisiert, die Nähe zum MegaPark. Das weiß man bereits im Vorfeld. Was uns sehr gestört hat, war das Verhalten der anderen Gäste und der Umgang des Hotels mit ihnen. Wenn ich als Hotel explizit darauf hinweise, dass zu den Mahlzeiten eine angemessene Bekleidung erwartet wird und dann Gäste in kurzen Hosen und Badelatschen erscheinen, dann erwarte ich vom Hotel auch im Sinne der anderen Gäste eine Reaktion. Das ist nicht erfolgt. Genauso wenig wurde nicht auf das unsägliche Verhalten, Liegen mit Handtüchern am frühen Morgen zu belegen, reagiert. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich, sehr engagiert und in der Regel aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war für unseren Geschmack recht klein, aber ok. Das Zimmer war modern und geräumig, mit viel Stauraum. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Zimmer 21 auf jeder Etage, riesig. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich, hochwertig (Austern, Hummer, Spanferkel, …) und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ( jeden Tag Pizza, Paella, Nudeln auf Wunsch) Das Hotel ist zwar in zweiter Reihe aber dennoch sehr nahe am Zentrum der Vergnügungsmeile (Nähe Ballermann 5, Mega Park ist nicht weit weg) gelegen. Mit den kostenlos im Hotel zu leihenden Fahrrädern kann man entlang des sehr gut ausgebauten Radweges bis Palma an die Kathedrale fahren.

Wenn ich als Hotel explizit darauf hinweise, dass zu den Mahlzeiten eine angemessene Bekleidung erwartet wird und dann Gäste in kurzen Hosen und Badelatschen erscheinen, dann erwarte ich vom Hotel auch im Sinne der anderen Gäste eine Reaktion. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich, sehr engagiert und in der Regel aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war für unseren Geschmack recht klein, aber ok. Das Zimmer war modern und geräumig, mit viel Stauraum. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Zimmer 21 auf jeder Etage, riesig. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich, hochwertig (Austern, Hummer, Spanferkel, …) und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ( jeden Tag Pizza, Paella, Nudeln auf Wunsch) Das Hotel ist zwar in zweiter Reihe aber dennoch sehr nahe am Zentrum der Vergnügungsmeile (Nähe Ballermann 5, Mega Park ist nicht weit weg) gelegen. Mit den kostenlos im Hotel zu leihenden Fahrrädern kann man entlang des sehr gut ausgebauten Radweges bis Palma an die Kathedrale fahren.

Lots of compliments from hotel (drinks, flower , cookies) Good Sauna I personally don’t love when toilet and sink not private, especially that at night light turns on automatically. If you stay with another person it’s disturbing sleep. But still have enjoyed staying at the Hotel.

The hotel was lovely. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink. The outdoor pool and spa facilities were top notch (although it gets very busy). There are a lot of party going tourists staying near the hotel and I was woken up a few times during the night by the noise. We were expecting a response from the hotel/Expedia as I emailed 3 times in advance of our stay to plan an anniversary celebration in the hotel rooftop bar and didn't receive a response from the hotel. On the negative side, there was no information available in the room or given to us at check-in and on the day of checking out I was refused a towel at the pool when I wanted to have a swim. We had been locked out of our room during breakfast and the cards did not work so one of us had to get this sorted at reception. The lady at the pool did not want to know about this and refused a towel and on drying myself with my clothes a lovely gentleman came to the rescue with a towel. Not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Special mention to Julia for her daily entertainment. We recommend the activities. The area around the hotel is not great though so take some trips to Palma or just stay in the hotel. We only left the hotel 1 day in our 10 day stay.

Selbst ein befreundeter Arzt ist sich sicher, dass es so ist. Dir ganz Nacht Konnten wir aufgrund dessen nicht schlafen, bei Nachfrage auf Late Checkout, um Schlaf nachzuholen, ging es ebenfalls nur bis 13Uhr. Ich kann dieses Hotel kein bisschen empfehlen, jeder Cent, den ich für diese Reise überwiesen habe ist einer zu viel.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are amazing. Buffet style food, fresh and well displayed. Lots of choice. Water dispenser on our floor which was a so handy, dispensing fizzy and plain cold water. Pool area very clean and water temperature just right. A short pleasant walk to the beach. Short taxi ride into Palma.

The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. It’s a good base for sightseeing in Palma (via the very cheap bus services) but be aware that the nearby Playa is “party central” for (mostly) German stag and hen parties. It’s not unsafe but it can be noisy and the local cafes and restaurants are largely targeted at this demographic. We were on the Iberostar B&B rate, which proved to be a good choice. Be aware a) that there are local laws that restrict the amount of alcohol that can be included in any “all inclusive” rate and b) the hotel itself restricts the food options for “AI” customers - such that “all inclusive” customers get less value, in my view. Also, while the “Star Prestige” package does give some benefits such as upper floor rooms and discounts in the restaurants - the SP exclusive rooftop lounge has only a very shallow “pool” (such that swimming is impossible) and closes very early (6PM) - thus you might not want to pay too much extra for SP either. The hotel is however very clean and with a good range of organised activities and evening entertainments in the bar, which we enjoyed. There’s also a Spa/gym, which we did not use.

Great stay in a convenient area of Palma/Arenal. Breakfast was great and had a lot of options. Parking was a breeze. Pool and spa facilities were great. 2 blocks from the beach and all the action. Had some trouble with air conditioning but it was well handled. Would highly recommend

Review the fine print before you go and ask a ton of questions since everything isn't clearly spelled out. hotel was clean and room spacious. Had an early morning check out and was told at reception we could go in for breakfast early, 7 instead of 7.30, but was met with a waitress who wasn’t happy. No offer of coffee, no cutlery given so we left having a bread and ham roll. Short walk to the beach. Lots of bar areas and eateries along the seafront but felt a bit like Benidorm. Lots of street sellers. Didn't like the toilet and shower area as it was open plan. Apart from your room there was insufficient air con in all other areas, making it uncomfortable to eat in the restaurant or drink in the bar area. The gym was far too warm. Booked all inclusive, but it isn’t, been informed this is due to government regulations now. Food was good, but lunch time was repetitive, compared to Iberostar we stayed at in Tenerife. Spa treatment was good but again air quality was uncomfortable. Overall a nice hotel but we will not return as it was expensive for what you got, and the restrictions now imposed.

Amazing hotel. The restaurant on the rooftop is a must visit as is the spa. There are some lovely restaurants outside of the hotel but be warned it’s very lively and full mostly of groups of young Germans

Interesting one, 5* certainly not. Amenities nice pool closes at 6:30 which is a real shame, life guard rude when we pointed out board said 7 pm. Even 7pm too early in my opinion. Staff english poor, had to get point across. Staff overall we had a few rude encounters, with reception staff, waitress & reception not very helpful. Food average not 5* quality. It needs a real boost with good people that make you feel welcome, informed & understood. Local area awful, full of german groups of lads and no nice spots to eat. Feels like magaluf 2.0. If you looking for a nice beach and friendly staff go elsewhere.

The cleaners were thorough . The layout of room was inappropriate as sink was not with toilet or shower and more in the main bedroom . The shower did not drain the water quick enough therefore it collected water

Great breakfast buffet 😀 I only wish the coffee cups were bigger because staff were too busy to keep refilling - maybe provide coffee machines to allow self service?
