Hyatt Place Biloxi

One of the best hotels we stayed at in awhile, the pool is very nice especially the outdoor firepit.

I love Hyatt place . Everything was great but the hot tub wasn’t working and that was main reason I booked it . Great view of the ocean and room is very large !

Pool was a dirty and the Hot tub was filthy.The Rooms were nice and clean but the Bed and Pillows could use some upgrading. Had two rooms and in one room could not get the tv to work ask for help and no one could get it to work. Overall it wasn't a terrible stay.

Beautiful location, hotel staff was super friendly, kind, and thoughtful. The pool went down one of the days we were there but the neighboring hotel allowed us to swim there instead. Both pools are very nice and super warm! Breakfast every morning was good and changed each day.

The hotel staff were nice and accommodating however I think overall it was overpriced. When we arrived our room still wasn’t ready so the receptionist “upgraded” us to a room with a view which was nice but still not worth it in my opinion. The gym was decent had full weight rack, treadmills, peloton bike, and elliptical machine. The pool was nice too however the hot tub was broken when we went.

Friendly staff. Nice cafe/bar. Pool looked nice although we didn’t use it. Grounds are nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value.

Overall, I rate this property with five stars because it is well kept, the staff is friendly and helpful. I just wish they would get the jacuzzi fixed. I went in September 2024 and it was not working and I just left in June 2025 and it was not working. Other than that, I truly enjoyed the stay.

At Hyatt, our room with a view was changed from a beach view to a cemetery and we were told it was too late to fix it, even tho we were 45 min early for checkin. They had a broken laundry room and suggested we use the neighboring hotel, Hampton Inn’s laundry room. Also the hot tub at the pool was out of order the entire time we were there and it was one of the main reasons for picking it, for water therapy for my wife’s rheumatoid arthritis is her leg and the kids were also disappointed about the hot tub. It took approaching housekeeping services mid-afternoon to get fresh towels after calling the front desk earlier that morning requesting towels. The thermostat in the room was malfunctioning, had maintenance come to fix it and still it would either freeze us out and be a sauna throughout the night. There was no microwave in the rooms and we were told later that it could be rented for a fee, even Motel 6 has microwaves in their rooms for free. Our kids did not like the sliding glass petition door for the bathrooms and felt it did not give them full privacy in the bathroom. But, we did discover some better places to stay for our next visit to Biloxi but it will not be Hyatt.

Check-in was smooth, room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the pool was dirty and the hot tub was not working. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. It's our 3rd time staying here and we will be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place Biloxi. Outside, there is a heated pool and a fire pit. Parking is plentiful. The lobby is clean and smells great! Our room was tidy, clean, and had everything we needed. The view of the beach was amazing, too! Service was great. Breakfast had a great variety and was kept fresh all morning. We will definitely come back!

The floor in the room was so nasty, both of my grandchildrens feet were black as smut from walking barefoot in the room. I washed both of their feet off to make sure that's what it was, within 15 minutes they were black again from the carpet

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great. We would have liked to see the maids more. Our room was only cleaned once in 6 days,5 nights. In fairness several of those times we just told them what we needed.Also the pool is pretty small.But all in all, we really enjoyed our stay and the young girl at the front desk was awesome ( I would steal her if I could to work for my company back home!!!

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in there. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Shower water was the color of old blood. We had no towels ever, no one came to clean our room in between our stay. Had to leave a day early because they wouldn’t make it right

We are greeted at check-in by an outstanding individual whom I would highly recommend. The room itself is dated, but basically clean. The first day we stopped a staff member to request cleaning for our room, and the bed had been made and clean towels in the bathroom upon our return. The following day, we had an early appointment before any cleaning had begun. The card for privacy was specifically left inside the room. Yet, upon our return, only a clean bath towel was left near the bathroom sink, and the bed had never been made. Needless to say, we were disappointed.

Rooms were not cleaned daily and trash cans were not emptied daily and fresh towels were not provided on a daily basis. Fresh coffee cups were never provided. Chrome on lamps, light fixtures and shower rack showed extreme signs of corrosion. Shower needed to run for 5 minutes or more before hot water began to flow.

That staff was nice, but there were a lot of things I didn't expect. The photo is nice, but it's more modest that then photo appears. There was a big storm in the middle of our stay, so the tv went out and we could never get it back on. The wifi was very spotty the entire time we were there as well. The breakfast had great reviews and we were excited, and while it wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing either.

Spent the night for our 10th anniversary and was very pleased. Clean hotel right across from the beach. Staff were all very friendly. We had a king suit with a view. Room was large and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

The shower heads are in need of replacement and the bed is not comfortable.

I liked how close the hotel was to the beach, it was very convenient. I did not like the false advertising of the listing stating we would get “sea view.” Also I had to wait about 30-40min to be able to check in because my room was not available at 3pm. I was put on a wait list that had about 15 names on it and people that arrived after me got checked in before me. The lobby was full and I was the last one to check in even though there were about 5 names after mine on the wait list. I was not given any updates until I went up to ask after noticing everyone else was being helped but me.

Morning breakfasr was really good with friendly staff and location was perfect. I didn't like how dogs were allowed on every floor and not kept on only one! At midnight you could hear them in the halls barking.

only there for a short time on business. bed was comfortable, room clean. the only thing that would have been nice would have been maybe a microwave and real creamer in the room, but not a deal breaker!

The location was near the place I was visiting. The property itself was nice, however you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway. Couldn't sleep because of the noise in the hallway.

What you would expect from a Hyatt. The staff are what make this location outstanding. Shout out to Niki for being so kind.

I booked a stay through Expedia. The dates were supposed to be in June, but after searching those dates, Expedia automatically changed the dates because mine were not available. I did not notice the change, and booked the hotel. Not even 5 minutes later, I noticed the discrepancy and cancelled the reservation. I was then told I could not get my money back. I disputed it through Expedia and they said it was up to the hotel if I could get my money back. The hotel declined. So not only am I out my money, but they were able to book that room I didn't stay in. I feel cheated. What a scam.

The pool area was extremely dirty and LOUD with parents who didn’t care what their kids were doing. Then one of my travel colleagues came back to room after a wonderful dinner to find someone had tried to break in - the staff were dismissive and offered her a new room but only the following day and offered her more “points” - this poor woman was traumatized and could not sleep that entire night - she even moved all the furniture against the door inside so no one could enter and she slept with a nail file in her hand in case she had to stab someone. Hyatt, you can do better!

I just had to take a minute and acknowledge the young lady who worked on 5/27/2024 afternoon. I can’t remember her name but she was on duty when we arrived at 3. She was AMAZING! Unfortunately, the hotel seemed to be short staffed and she was working the bar, making Starbuck’s drinks, taking orders for the restaurant, selling ice cream, checking in guests, and assisting customer with extra towels. She never ignored ANY guests; but, politely informed each of them that she would be with them in just a second. She was going in so many circles, she started making me dizzy; lol. But, she kept a SMILE and a POSITIVE attitude. She never complained or make any facial gestures that she was getting agitated. Plus, she said she’d only been there 3 months; the the way she was handling everything seemed like she’s been there three years. I thanked her for being so PLEASANT and maintaining a POSITIVE attitude through it all and just wanted to let her know that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE like that goes a long way. We will definitely be returns recommended this hotel because of her. I wish I could remember her name; but she was AWESOME!!!!!

Staff are not welcoming. Room was not cleaned everyday, trash cans in the hallway was overflowing , the grounds are dirty . It’s not what we expected of “Hyatt” — very disappointed . The quality of service was very poor .

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Biloxi and have mixed feelings about the experience. The check-in process was handled with grace by a kind front desk associate, despite challenging circumstances—a power outage due to a storm and someone stuck in the elevator. That part was understandably chaotic but managed well. The room was clean, and the hotel overall was tidy. The breakfast was a standout—fresh, high-quality options including steel-cut oats, fresh fruit, oat milk, and other elevated touches you don’t always find at similar hotels. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn when we went to use the hot tub. It had a strong, unpleasant odor and appeared dirty and neglected, though there were no signs indicating it was out of order. When I brought it up to the front desk, the response was incredibly dismissive. The woman on duty on July 17th didn’t acknowledge the concern, spoke over me, and essentially told me to use the Hampton Inn’s hot tub next door—without any signage informing guests of that option. She never looked up or took ownership of the issue, which was disappointing and unprofessional. The beds were also less comfortable than other Hyatt Places I’ve stayed at, though that may just be personal preference. Overall, the stay was okay, but it ended on a sour note due to the dismissive and unhelpful customer service. Hyatt should really ensure their front desk staff represents the brand’s values and commitment to gue

Overall it was good, but checking in was a bit of a hassle because they couldn't find my reservation and I had to find my emails from hotels.com before they allowed a check in.

Hotel is located in what seems like the middle of everything. My room was clean with a comfy bed. I slept like a baby. There was no traffic noise considering the hotel location. Breakfast was provided every morning, hot and cold. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. This location is on my list of places to stay in the Biloxi area.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted and felt welcomed…customs service was top tier.

Good place right by the beach (you do need to walk across the street though). Breakfast was very good.

When we come to Biloxi, we always stay at this property. This is very much like a home away from home. Great staff, relaxing lobby space, lots of restaurants nearby, easy access to travel routes, and you can walk across the street directly to the beach. Thank you for always taking such good care of us!

We recently stayed at Hyatt Place Biloxi for a family holdiay weekend getaway. I highly recommend this hotel. It is right across the street from the public beach and just a few blocks down from the lighthouse and visitors center. It is close to many restaurants, attractions and casinos. The hotel offers a great complimentary breakfast each morning, has a nice pool and all modern amenities. The staff was hospitable and quick to respond to requests and questions.

We stayed at the Biloxi Hyatt Place as looking for an apartment. Our daughter is being stationed in the Air Force in Biloxi. I had never been to Biloxi before. Loved the hotel as close to very nice beach and had water view. We also were close to some great seafood spots. Staff friendly and quiet for sleeping.

we stayed between 5/16-5/19 when we arrived Liz was wounderful and pleasant as well as the second hostess ( didn't catch her name) we checked in on Friday and we enjoyed the pool and then later that night we decide to try the 24hrs bar/grill. around 8pm ish we were greeted by Hannah and as she took out order she my sister repeated the order 3 times. Hannah was confined that she could remember 2 separate orders by memory she didn't write anything down or ring it in until after the fact. so we gave the order 1st order was 2 hamburgers, 1 chicken sandwich , a drink and 1 cheese cake $ 53.00. the 2nd order was 1 pc of cheese cake , 1 burger and 1 chicken sandwich $33.00. their were 3 ladies working that night , no one communicated a time or check in this us we had to ask a few times. The time wasn't the issue as long as someone could have communicated it with us. about an 1hr and half later Hannah brings the food out to us. the 1 order is missing a chicken sandwich , My sister tried to communicate that with her she then takes the chicken sandwich from the 2 order and said here it is. I said no that is the chicken sandwich with the second order and that is how you brought them out. in that moment she got an attuited with us and then the 2nd lady came over and processed to argue with us stating that the 1 order didn't have a chicken sandwich on it after they were told 3 times. as they contained to be rude. then after the manger refunded us. Hannah and the 2nd lady still very rude

The hotel was very nice and room was clean. The front desk ladies were extremely friendly and it was nice that they had 24-7 bar and food available. We definitely enjoyed our visit and would stay here again. The location is great and has a lovely view of the ocean. My only complaint is that the pool water was about 2 feet low and this caused the filters to not be working. As a result, the pool was murky and had a lot of leaves and debris in it. Also the breakfast buffet was just ok. They kept running out milk, bagels, and yogurt.

For a $290 stay, our toilet was running for hours, there was NO restaurant as advertised, and no beach view & we looked at the back parking lot. There was no Do Not Disturb sign to put out. Overall, we were disappointed and would never stay there again.

We arrived on a Sunday - along with everyone else. They were very short staff the night we stayed and a lot of people were checking in. The host checking us in was also the bartender at the same time. The kitchen was closed because they didn’t have anyone to work it. I felt bad for the lady working because she was doing so many jobs at once. The a/c on the 2nd floor had issues. It was hot in the hallway and our rooms a/c had a hard time keeping up so it was muggy. The main lobby was nice and cold though. The pool was closed due to maintenance. They did however let us use the Hampton Inn pool next door. The breakfast Monday morning was incredible!! There was a huge variety of delicious food!! That was the highlight of our 1 night stay. The best of luck to that hotel.
