The washer and dryer worked well for me. Very spacious and I could comfortably work in the unit. On the other hand, the service was short of expectation. They did not refill or replace the shower gel or shampoo. I ran out of the gel. They removed the towel and I had to ask twice for a new set of towels.

The personal behavior is really good and the property is very clean. It has washing machines and iron in floor 5 the other thing all stored in the apartment. Every day cleaning free of charge is available upon your request. It has a spa but since we didn’t use I can’t have any review about it. The bath tubs in pictures are only for penthouses.

Everything here is very convenient well maintain comfortable clean friendly staff. Can’t say enough. Nice things about this place. Highly recommend you stay here. I would say don’t lose your room key because it cost €13 also it would be wise to inventory everything in the room before you leave to make sure everything is in order as everything has a price and you will pay for it if it’s not in order when you leave.

First I want to say that there basically is no lobby, no restaurant, and if you happen to take the stairs up or down, it’s pretty dirty in the stairwells. Second, the AC.. not good. We were pretty hot. You can only turn it down so much. But the biggest issue is that I chose this property, as it fell in the middle of our European trip, so that we could have use of the washer and dryer. The description of the room makes it appear that there is a washer and dryer in every room. Not so. There are two washers on the fifth floor only. They do not have dryers at all. The washers are difficult to operate, if you don’t speak polish.. They also take over an hour to do one load and we waited hours to even have access to it… always a line. Nowhere to dry your clothes. We had them Hanging all over our room. It was crazy. No tissues in the room… This is not a 5-star property. I don’t like to give negative reviews, however, this is probably more of a 3 or 4. It’s inexpensive, so that is the saving grace. I’m sorry to say that I would not recommend.

The apartment is on the southwest not too far from Kraków’s old town. The Bolt from the station is longer than it should be because it must travel around the perimeter, which leads to a costly ride. If the weather is good, the walk from the station isn’t too bad. The apartment offered to us was not what was promised in the booking website, but it was still large enough as to be more than enough. There is a shared washing machine that is just outside the door and rarely used. The towel rack in the bathroom is connected and makes it very easy to dry clothes. The bathroom whilst roomy had one major flaw. The drain was blocked. We asked to have to cleaned, which was addressed, but never really fixed. The long term flooding damage from previous stays is obvious which means this is a problem everyone has experienced. It was one of the only three flaws and meant that we could only have 3 minute showers to avoid flooding. The second flaw was the bedding being too thing as to not allow any decent sleep. The last flaw was the walls are thin enough that you can hear neighbours (some of whom on our visit had crying babies and loud music). Communication with the staff was excellent and the ease of access was also good.

Kitchen really nice all utensils supplied a few tea towels would be better thsn kitchen towels for drying crockery if you dont need to use dishwasher. A fustpan and brush or hoover supplied would be great as floors quickly become dusty and housekeepers dont do more than change towels every 3 dsys unless you request them changed dsily. DEPOSIT OF 500 ZLOTY is a lot out of someones holiday funds. In case of damage. Rooms checked before you leave and deposit returned. Staff frienfly no dining room or any other areas to eat/drink. Few tables and chairs outside would be good. Otherwise not bad.

Great modern apartment/hotel with really friendly and helpful staff who respond to your requests really quickly. The building is brilliantly located to everything you need to see in Krakow in short distance. Lots of convenient shops etc very close by. Krakow is a great city too. Absolutely worth visiting. The hotel was also very good value. There were a few small issues. One was a leak above the bed that dripped on us as we slept and woke us up at 2am. It made a section of the bed and duvet wet. This was reported and resolved but was understandably annoying. During your stay you don't get freah towels. Unless you pay for them. So the floor towel stayed wet the whole time. Bedding also wasn't changed either and house keeping was a bit hit and miss. Lastly, you can't open the window and our room apartment had very high letterbox windows. So the room did feel airless and stuffy at times especially when it was a warm day. Some fresh air would have been nice. There is a washing machine and drier on the fifth floor which was easy to operate and was helpful as we had been travelling for some time. I would recommend this apartment/hotel overall and would stay again. Just be aware or the small issues.

The property was excellent. We stayed in the luxury apartment with a hot tub on the balcony. The rooms are lovely and the facilities are fab. One thing I would like to comment on is the fact on the Expedia website it says it has a restaurant/bar which it does not. It also give u an option to get breakfast to the room and late night room service. However this is not the case, I asked a member of staff where the bar was and she said that they do not have a bar or restaurant. The hotel is within walking distance of the main square and has a couple of good dining options. We went to the Indian which was lovely. Overall the hotel and facilities are fantastic and would recommend to stay here.

The apartments are clean & in a great location. However we did not expect to have the same towels for 4days!! No refill of tea bags & coffee sachets or toilet rolls. I asked at reception for refills & was given for another two days. As a side mention we were using the sofa bed which was obvious as it was booked for 3 people - the bed was not made or even pulled out ready to make. None of these issues are massive but would have just made our stay more enjoyable if we hadn’t had to keep bothering the man at the reception.

Notre chambre d’hôtel était propre dans son état global, mail impossible de rester dans la chambre vu l’odeur d’excréments qui s’y dégageait. Impossible de discuter avec le personnel et de trouver un accord. Le reste de l’hôtel était semble t’il propre au vu et dire d’amis qui nous accompagnent. Je ne dirais pas que c’est à fuir, mais le personnel en place pas honnête. Bonne journée à vous.

Would have given this 5 stars but we had quite a small room for 2 adults and 2 older teenagers. When we booked another room, we were given a massive mezzanine room - which would have been perfect in the first place.

Hotel and room was clean and tidy, although was a little bemused by the hotel name when upon arriving into our room there were no windows, but 2 sky lights with a superb view of the sky. Receptionist was polite and helpfull, but we did have a 10 minute wait for them to return after a long day trip, to get our key which you have to leave at reception when going out. Ongoing street works outside were a bit of a pain with unmade narrow paths to negotiate with a suitcase etc. Hotel is located close to the main square, taking around 15 minutes to walk to and only a 2 minute stroll to the river.

It was one of the only three flaws and meant that we could only have 3 minute showers to avoid flooding. The second flaw was the bedding being too thing as to not allow any decent sleep. The last flaw was the walls are thin enough that you can hear neighbours (some of whom on our visit had crying babies and loud music). Communication with the staff was excellent and the ease of access was also good.
The apartment is on the southwest not too far from Kraków’s old town. The Bolt from the station is longer than it should be because it must travel around the perimeter, which leads to a costly ride. If the weather is good, the walk from the station isn’t too bad. The apartment offered to us was not what was promised in the booking website, but it was still large enough as to be more than enough. There is a shared washing machine that is just outside the door and rarely used. The towel rack in the bathroom is connected and makes it very easy to dry clothes. The bathroom whilst roomy had one major flaw. The drain was blocked. We asked to have to cleaned, which was addressed, but never really fixed. The long term flooding damage from previous stays is obvious which means this is a problem everyone has experienced. Convenient to sites we wanted to visit, walkable to main areas with option of public transportation in immediate area. We had trouble communicating via Expedia for a bit and the hotel actually called me to answer my questions. Anna was lovely and very considerate to reach out to confirm the shuttle was scheduled to pick us up at the airport. We had several issues with broken items in the room and they were addressed in a timely manner. The staff was great and always willing to help in any way - I liked them very much! Most communication was easy, all staff spoke English - more complex questions were sometimes a challenge but we managed to sort things out.

We did enjoy our stay. However, the shower was not draining so we had certain issues with the bathroom flooding over. We also had issues with the safe in our room, it was broken and our stuff got locked out, however this was fixed by the receptionist (Thank you) Once again, although the hotel was lovely, we also had issues with air conditioning as the room was so incredibly hot but due to no windows being in the bathroom, it literally felt as though we were suffocating there from the heat, and it was so hard to turn it down. Overall, it is a clean area and they do have very lovely staff, we did enjoy our stay. Thank you!

Aparthotel Best Views was a very nice hotel. Built for longer stays as there is a kitchenette. The room we had was large and the photos of the rooms are accurate. Two restaurants nearby, The Gavi and The Oserangie are very good with the Oserangie being a rooftop restaurant. The Wawel Castle is a few minutes walk away.

Amazing little hotel. I booked in the states before leaving and could not have been happier. Everything around the city was close within walking distance. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The room was great! Had everything we needed and all the utensils to cook. There is a small 24hr grocery right next to the hotel and a great place from breakfast not 200meters away. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, showers worked great. I could. Not have asked for a better stay!

First I want to say that there basically is no lobby, no restaurant, and if you happen to take the stairs up or down, it’s pretty dirty in the stairwells. Second, the AC.. not good. We were pretty hot. You can only turn it down so much. But the biggest issue is that I chose this property, as it fell in the middle of our European trip, so that we could have use of the washer and dryer. The description of the room makes it appear that there is a washer and dryer in every room. Not so. There are two washers on the fifth floor only. They do not have dryers at all. The washers are difficult to operate, if you don’t speak polish.. They also take over an hour to do one load and we waited hours to even have access to it… always a line. Nowhere to dry your clothes. We had them Hanging all over our room. It was crazy. No tissues in the room… This is not a 5-star property. I don’t like to give negative reviews, however, this is probably more of a 3 or 4. It’s inexpensive, so that is the saving grace. I’m sorry to say that I would not recommend.

The property was excellent. We stayed in the luxury apartment with a hot tub on the balcony. The rooms are lovely and the facilities are fab. One thing I would like to comment on is the fact on the Expedia website it says it has a restaurant/bar which it does not. It also give u an option to get breakfast to the room and late night room service. However this is not the case, I asked a member of staff where the bar was and she said that they do not have a bar or restaurant. Everything was great. Excellent location and the room was very good. The cleaning on the second day was very superficial (they did the bed but didn’t really cleaned or washed dishes) and they didn’t replace coffee and tea, which is the only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars. Room was very modern and the hotel is close by to lots of attractions and transport links. Toiletries provided were also great with a comb and vanity pack too. Only downsides were we could hear noises from the street like car alarms and ambulance sirens as well as the apartment below. We were on the top floor and had two sky lights so did not have the best view.
