The location of the hotel is perfect. It is right in the middle of the town, with restaurants, groceries, souvenir shops, atm machine and famous attractions just a short walk away. The breakfast was delightful with beautiful view of the town. The room is huge with complete amenities and a balcony that is perfect at night. My only concern is the air conditioning was not working or not getting cool enough for the big room we have. We had to request for a stand fan as my kid was already shirtless in the room due to discomfort. But overall we had a great time in Sapa City Centre Hotel thanks to the lovely staff who are always attentive and smiling.

Location of the hotel is very nice . The room with mountains view is pretty good The staff is warm and helpful Special thanks to Dua who ensured that the guests get treated well .
