建物が新しく、設備更新や清掃が行き届いている。ウォシュレットトイレ完備で大変快適。朝食のビュッフェは、種類が豊富でどれも質が高く大変美味しい。コインランドリー（30元）もあり、長期滞在者にも安心。ホテルの横にはマクドナルド、道の反対側にはセブンイレブンやファミリーマート、ケンタッキーフライドチキンもあり、滞在で困ることはありません。夜も出歩きましたが、治安もよさそうです。
