The staff that I met at checkin and chekout were both amazing and so helpful. The room was clean and perfect for my needs. Also, location was brilliant.

It was fairly clean and modern, very small, no couch. There was no furniture on the balcony which we had to request. It was very expensive for minimal standard and parking an additional $40. I guess you pay for the location which was very good but overall not value for money, to be fair this applies to most accommodation in Brisbane.

The location is nice. However, the room is very small. I'm pretty sure the staff gave me the wrong room. The room I booked was the Superior City View Queen Room; but the one I ended up in was probably just a standard queen, with no view whatsoever. The worst part is that there were constructions happening either inside the building or near the hotel at 6am, which woke me up. I had to wear earplugs in order to go back to sleep. When inquiring the staff if it might be possible to do late checkout, since we were there for business and would appreciated some flexibility. We were told that a 2pm checkout would entail an extra $150... No thanks, might as well switch hotels.
