This stay was our favorite during our 2 week trek around Italy! Amazing staff, incredibly beautiful venue - full of great funky art pieces mixed with the graceful charm of a grand, historic building. Breakfast was fantastic and made to order, staff were just so lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Staff was great, room a bit small. There is no parking, this feature should be removed from the platform. Location is good.

Staying at Cannavina Hotel felt like stepping into a living art gallery. Every corner, from the hallways to the rooms, is filled with carefully curated pieces that make the hotel itself an experience, not just a place to sleep. The rooms are beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with artistic charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens fresh and crisp, and the attention to detail in the decor made me want to photograph everything. Service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making me feel more like a valued guest in someone’s grand home than just another hotel booking. The location is perfect for exploring Campobasso’s historic center, with cafés, shops, and landmarks just steps away. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s more than just a bed for the night, Cannavina Hotel delivers an unforgettable, art-infused stay. I left feeling inspired and already planning my return.

Palazzo Cannavina in Campobasso is truly one of the best places to stay when visiting the city and the stunning Molise region. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the service we received—everything was top-notch from beginning to end. The communication was excellent—quick, helpful responses from the moment we booked. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed with elegant linens, and filled with stunning artwork throughout the building that made every hallway feel like a gallery. One of the most impressive aspects was the daily housekeeping. Our bed was made each morning and the room tidied—a level of care and attention that seems lost in many American hotels, even at high-end resorts. It was refreshing to feel genuinely taken care of, rather than having to chase down basic customer service. (Yes, Disney—this one’s for you!) The atmosphere of Palazzo Cannavina was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight—served upon request and beautifully presented, it felt more like being a guest in someone’s refined home than staying in a hotel and with Castello Monforte just steps from your door, you’re quite literally surrounded by history. Campobasso itself is a hidden gem. The local shopping and dining were charming, with an authenticity that’s hard to find in more tourist-heavy spots. The people of Campobasso are kind, welcoming, and clearly excited to share their city with visitors.
