Easy check in/out. Friendly staff. Clean room with everything I needed. Excellent location to walk to many sites in the city. Excellent location next to a large train station. Enjoyed the rooftop bar, pool, and cafe. Would absolutely recommend

The social hub is conveniently located 5 mins walk from subway and Plaza de Espana. Rooms are spacious, there is a cafeteria, a rooftop bar, a (small) swimming pool. The staff is nice and efficient. Cafeteria has good coffee and food, i want to make a special mention for Claudia. It's not the first time i stay at TSH and it wont be the last.

Pretty close to Metro and shopping mall (with a very nice supermarket). A short walking distance to shopping streets and attractions (Royal Palace). Love the decoration vibe of hotel interior design. Facilities are friendly to guests including cross training seasons, a big kitchen for self cooking plus a large area of dining. Love to see there are free laundry self-services. In room cleanliness was a big plus.

We had a blast in this hotel… This is just more than a hotel I feel like home… The pool, the gym, the rooftop bar Social Hub has everything that can makes you feel happy, comfortable… This place is amazing I highly recommend it and will definitely come back… The only thing it is pricy that’s why my daughter did not book it but when she came to visit she regrets it….

Mooie locatie aan de rand van de stad, korte wandeling het centrum in. Heerlijk genoten op het dakterras met (klein) zwembad en uitzicht op het Koninklijk paleis. Prettig kamer en mooie grote gym

Super hotel, mostly young adults there, vibe was good, service was great! Rooms were fine, very new and modern, bath was fine as well. Depending on what you’re planning to do, i think the location was good, close to a huge park and plenty of great restaurants. Can recommend going for the sunset spot in the park where they play music, ask a local! Takes a bit to go to the center, but it’s alright if you don’t plan to spend all your time in there (you shouldn’t!). Only things on the negative sides: 1) Rooftop pool area is fairly small and therefore a bit crowded - wasn’t a big problem for me, but i can imagine it can be in periods when hotel is full. 2) The food they make is unfortunately very boring, I would highly recommend to go out to eat instead.

Loved my stay at The Social Hub Madrid. Such a cool space and concept. Felt so welcomed from the minute I walked in. Staff are so friendly and accomodating. The hub has everything you need, food, entertainment, rooftop bar and pool, cool spaces. It’s close to public transport, great running/walking areas, a shopping centre and the royal palace. Couldn’t recommend more.

The hotel is really nicely decorated building and we especially loved the rooftop cocktail bar, three staff were really lovely. Excellent location for exploring the city. The only criticism was the housekeeping that knocked on the door for room service before 9:30, so we were still sleeping. Because we were unable to vacate the room it meant we didn’t have any housekeeping which was a shame and had to request essentials separately.

Very happy with our stay. Perfectly clean rooms, food available late when we got in to check in at night, breakfast available until 11/12 depending on day of the week. We didn't spend much time there but any staff we did interact with were all friendly and helpful in either English or Spanish.

Tolles hotel, freundliche Personen im Cafe und cooles Konzept mit gym, rooftop, cafe etc. Leider war der Zimmerservice ganz schrecklich, sie hat nicht sauber geputzt, Becher und Tassen NIE gewechselt, unsaubere Bettwäsche, Haare im Abfluss gelassen und Frotteetücher vergessen zu bringen....

Very nicely decorated and comfortable hotel. The common areas are pretty, clean and cosy. Rooftop pool is very big plus and the rooftop bar as well. Staff is kind and speaks english well. Room was tidy, clean, comfortable bed and quiet (asked for a quiet room)

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel in Madrid. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and welcoming, she even recommend activities that locals enjoy, helping us experience the true Spanish vibe. The room was clean and felt new, which we appreciated. However, we stayed on the ground floor, and the window faced an alley, so the room was always dark, with no sunlight reaching it. We requested a different room, but unfortunately, none were available. Overall, it was a good experience, and the location was fantastic.

La posizione è buona, a pochi passi sia dalla metro Principe Pio che dalla metro Piazza di Spagna. Personale della struttura molto cordiale e disponibile. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è come è suddivisa la stanza. Sia per quanto riguarda la suddivisione delle prese, la luce in stanza non era soddisfacente, e anche lo spazio per posare le nostre cose personali non era ben predisposto. Tuttavia è un bel ambiente giovanile da consigliare.

Hotel bem estruturado. Ficamos no quarto econômico que não tinha janela, mas uma clarabóia automatizada que permitia pequena abertura para ventilação e ajuste de persiana externa como black out. Apesar disso, pode dar certa sensação de claustrofobia, então eu escolheria outro quarto. Piscina pequena, mas funcional. No mais, ótima localização, amenities de qualidade e café da manhã farto.

Location & beds outstanding! Great to have coffee & cooler in room. This was the ugliest decor & darkest room I've ever booked. Apparently they're going for the look of 70's college dorm rooms. The bathroom is entirely black, has minimal lighting & no shelf or counters toiletries. Walls are thin so you hear everything all night long. So despite great beds, we were constantly awakened. Lose the decorative pillows & bedspread which obviously don't get washed between guests.

Everything was fine except the noise during the night . You can hear everything from the corridor , the doors are extremely noisy and I woke up a few times thinking that was people in my room . We slept terrible because the noise , The rooms are like a student room , it wasn’t at all what I expected from a 4 star hotel .

This property is unique. It is designed to attract students & business people, as it has plenty of areas for working at. The staff were all excellent and very friendly. The location is very close to the main tourist areas and is very walkable. The rooms are very quiet (at least ours was).

As per usual, I had an amazing stay at the Social Hub Madrid. The team there is amazing and very accommodating. Their manager Patricia goes above and beyond for their guests. I wish they had a membership because I would stay only at the Social Hub, in every city I visit.

Friendly staff and great value. Only let downs were no toaster at breakfast for both days, just a sign saying out of order. Roof terrace and pool are great but the edge of the pool really needs cleaning. Recommended. Hope they sort those 2 things.

Great stay, we had long couples weekend and this was our first time in Madrid. Staff was really friendly and helpful, room nice and clean, breakfast surprisingly good. Also rooftop bar is worth to mention, nice food with good coctails.
