Posizione centrale e vicina a tutto quello che può servire. Parcheggio lunga sosta molto economico a 50mt. A 10mt dall'inizio dell'sola pedonale. Ristoranti, supermercato, farmacia, ecc., tutto a pochi passi. Consigliata.

Fijne accomodatie. Prima kamer, de matrassen vonden wij wat gedateerd en vrij hard. Vanuit hier kun je makkelijk de mooie plekken op het eiland bezoeken. Wij zouden aanraden een auto te huren. Auto parkeren kan in de garage vlak bij, wel betaald. Voor een gratis parkeerplek moet je echt geluk hebben. Je loopt zo het centrum in, winkels en restaurants op loopafstand.

Le studio 11 loué ne comportait pas de système d aération et de climatisation avec une seule fenêtre impossible à ouvrir pour 30 m2. Privilégier un autre appartement dans cet immeuble d époque bien rénové au cœur du centre ville.

Nos ha gustado todo. Nos hemos alojado en habitacion doble deluxe, muy bien tamaño. Limpia y funcional, cama comoda. Baño correcto. Cocina y sala de estar a compartir perfectas. Desayuno de 10, te dejan una cesta con productos en la puerta...nos ha encantado! Muy completo y rico. El punto negativo es el parking, es complicado aparcar cerca pero siguiendo las indicaciones del anfitrion dejamos el coche a unos 10 minutos andando.

The hotel was a great location giving easy access to shops and restaurants. Great to have access to a kitchen and living room. Rooms had efficient air conditioning and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms overlooking the road were a little noisy and both rooms that we stayed in had a step down from the bathroom into the bedroom which we weren’t keen on.

Very clean. Air conditioned. Great location. Parking can be a bit tricky. They suggested several free lots nearby. A great Portuguese restaurant next door as well as a fabulous Irish pub. Rooms are a bit small and windows face a sometimes noisy and busy street. Very good shower in a small bathroom. All in all served us very well. it's more of a rooming house than a hotel.

I was early and I was able to store my bags. Staff incredibly friendly and available at a phone. Helped get a taxi when I stranded myself on the far side of the island. I don’t recommend getting stranded but know that they will help. Clean place and everything I needed. Except AC in my room. The fan they provided helped. Would stay again.

La atención recibida de Elisabete en el check-in fue excelente. Tremendamente amable, nos explico todo con mucha simpatía, nos ayudo con el taxi del día siguiente,... de 10! La cocina común es muy completa, cuenta con todo lo necesario. Los baños y todo en general muy limpio. Todo genial!

The property was OK. The staff was very nice and always tried to help. But the room was smelling like mold!! We’ve let the windows open the whole time, so the room wasn’t smelling like mold after, but the bathroom didn’t had a window, so it always smelled like mold. Due to the open windows it was very loud. If you want a good sleep, I don’t recommend you this property, even if the windows were closed, it was too loud and noisy. We asked if it was possible to get gluten-free breakfast for one of our friends and if it’s possible to leave out everything with pork from the breakfast basket, they told us that it was possible. The first day we got a box with cheese and pork mixed in one and a pack of gluten free bread. The next day, after we told them again that we asked for pork free meals the left out the pork-ham. The third day it was again everything with pork AND no gluten-free bread anymore…. at the end we asked them to give us back the money for the breakfast because we couldn’t eat anything at all. The breakfast at all wasn’t good anyways.

Overall the experience at Casa Ateneu was a positive one The only complaint I have is the lack of communication with staff The code for the entrance was changed in the middle of our stay and we were not told about it until an hour after we had to reach out to the staff An "included" breakfast never arrived, and when we asked about it the message was never responded to These aside, good location, well kept and positive experience.

This stay was absolutely perfect - we spent 9 days here and felt right at home. It was clean and our stay was refreshing and relaxing. There is a bit of noise from the street as it is a busy road and near a lot of bars, restaurants, etc. We were able to use the kitchen for cooking and storing food items. They clean the room every 2-3 days but they check in to see if you need any additional toiletries or extra cleaning. They are available via Whatsapp and give prompt responses to any questions!! Updated hotel that looks beautiful and has big rooms. It’s kind of like a huge dorm, with shared kitchen and everyone must be on their best behavior because there is not anyone on-site. Unfortunately our housemates came in late and made a lot of noise for a long time. The bedroom was great except the bed was awful!! It creaked and squeaked with every turn and was uncomfortable, like sleeping on a spring. Other rooms may be different, I don’t know. It’s in the heart of town which is nice and it was cheap.

Greatest experience ever. Spacious rooms (20 ft ceilings!), clean, comfortable, right in the city center. And the staff is the best. Kudos to Nuno for showing up at 11pm to help me solve a problem. 5 stars service, truly. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent! Can walk to everything, wonderful cafe across the street for morning coffee and pastry. Hosts are outstanding! Printed my boarding pass and scheduled a taxi for my departure. Can’t say enough about the service I received! The apartment was very nice with a comfortable bed and great shower. The building is older but completely updated and I loved the charm of the building with its 20ft ceilings. Would definitely stay again.

We really loved staying at this property. The building was beautiful. We loved the high ceilings and the gold painted trim everywhere. Our room was lovely and we loved the shared kitchen and living room spaces that were available. We could step right out our door and be near lots of shops and lots of great restaurants. We parked about a 5 minute walk from our place and only used it when driving to neighboring sights. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return.

I love this place because it’s right in the center. Very convenient. The small balcony has a view of the promenade. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast is delivered in a cute basket every morning. The staff were great and easy to communicate via WhatsApp. I would stay here again next time

Overall the experience at Casa Ateneu was a positive one The only complaint I have is the lack of communication with staff The code for the entrance was changed in the middle of our stay and we were not told about it until an hour after we had to reach out to the staff An "included" breakfast never arrived, and when we asked about it the message was never responded to These aside, good location, well kept and positive experience.

Greatest experience ever. Spacious rooms (20 ft ceilings!), clean, comfortable, right in the city center. And the staff is the best. Kudos to Nuno for showing up at 11pm to help me solve a problem. 5 stars service, truly. Highly recommended.

J’ai réservé plus de 4 mois à l’avance pour Casa Ateneu, et le jour de mon arrivée je découvre une fois sur place que j’avais été « transféré » dans un autre logement quelques rues plus loin. La raison qui m’a été donnée est qu’il y avait eu du surbooking, cela n’existe pas dans des locations d’hébergement, et encore moins lorsqu’on a déjà réservé 4 mois à l’avance. On réserve un logement car on aime la description et les photos, puis on se retrouve ailleurs. Même si le nouveau logement était de standing équivalent et de bonne qualité, ce n’était malheureusement pas ce que J’avais prévu.

The location is excellent! Can walk to everything, wonderful cafe across the street for morning coffee and pastry. Hosts are outstanding! Printed my boarding pass and scheduled a taxi for my departure. Can’t say enough about the service I received! The apartment was very nice with a comfortable bed and great shower. The building is older but completely updated and I loved the charm of the building with its 20ft ceilings. Would definitely stay again.

We were exhausted after all day and night travel. Arrived early am (7 am)!there was nobody to talk to to allow for earlier checkin, no secure area to store luggage when we go explore city. Essentially guarded luggage by seating in horrible room with no tv, no door. Horrible experience for 7’hours until finally got key after 2 pm. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place because it’s right in the center. Very convenient. The small balcony has a view of the promenade. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast is delivered in a cute basket every morning. The staff were great and easy to communicate via WhatsApp. I would stay here again next time

Very clean. Air conditioned. Great location. Parking can be a bit tricky. They suggested several free lots nearby. A great Portuguese restaurant next door as well as a fabulous Irish pub. Rooms are a bit small and windows face a sometimes noisy and busy street. Very good shower in a small bathroom. All in all served us very well. it's more of a rooming house than a hotel.

We really loved staying at this property. The building was beautiful. We loved the high ceilings and the gold painted trim everywhere. Our room was lovely and we loved the shared kitchen and living room spaces that were available. We could step right out our door and be near lots of shops and lots of great restaurants. We parked about a 5 minute walk from our place and only used it when driving to neighboring sights. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return.

The property was OK. The staff was very nice and always tried to help. But the room was smelling like mold!! We’ve let the windows open the whole time, so the room wasn’t smelling like mold after, but the bathroom didn’t had a window, so it always smelled like mold. Due to the open windows it was very loud. If you want a good sleep, I don’t recommend you this property, even if the windows were closed, it was too loud and noisy. We asked if it was possible to get gluten-free breakfast for one of our friends and if it’s possible to leave out everything with pork from the breakfast basket, they told us that it was possible. The first day we got a box with cheese and pork mixed in one and a pack of gluten free bread. The next day, after we told them again that we asked for pork free meals the left out the pork-ham. The third day it was again everything with pork AND no gluten-free bread anymore…. at the end we asked them to give us back the money for the breakfast because we couldn’t eat anything at all. The breakfast at all wasn’t good anyways.

Le studio 11 loué ne comportait pas de système d aération et de climatisation avec une seule fenêtre impossible à ouvrir pour 30 m2. Privilégier un autre appartement dans cet immeuble d époque bien rénové au cœur du centre ville.

Nos ha gustado todo. Nos hemos alojado en habitacion doble deluxe, muy bien tamaño. Limpia y funcional, cama comoda. Baño correcto. Cocina y sala de estar a compartir perfectas. Desayuno de 10, te dejan una cesta con productos en la puerta...nos ha encantado! Muy completo y rico. El punto negativo es el parking, es complicado aparcar cerca pero siguiendo las indicaciones del anfitrion dejamos el coche a unos 10 minutos andando.

La literie est horrible. Un matelas Ikea premier prix a ressort pas ensachés. Et le lit qui grince. La chambre est extrêmement mal insonorisées et on entend la télé voisine. Rue bruyante. Petit déjeuner continental qui est certes important mais avec des produits de faible qualité. Pas d'accueil tout se fait a distance. Femme de ménage très agréable. Vous pouvez trouver mieux pour moins cher (140€ la nuit ici)
