The staff, Ed and Josh, were very friendly and extremely helpful. We didn’t use the bar, but the room was very nice and comfortable. They arranged transportation to the airport for us at 3 o’clock in the morning and gave us a Free and safe place to leave our car.

The hot tub was not operative. The exercise equipment had out of order signs on all but one piece of equipment. When I told the staff they acted like they didn't know! Everyone at the pool tried to set the hot tub jets and they didn't work, both times I took my granddaugher to the pool. We tried to use the exercise equpment, and someone had to print out and put out of order signs on them. Wonder how they didn't know. No adjusments to my room price.

Good size room. Outlets everywhere. Plenty of clothes storage. Office desk. Quiet room conditioner. Two elevators for easy parking to room access. Indoor heated pool and spa next to gym room. Nice dining area.

This property has Not had a business center for over 4 years, showing out of order temporarily. A monitor and tower and wifi access and a desk and printer, would be great to have it. Hotel has great service for Free shuttle to airport and back.

Everything was great and as expected except for the elevators. We were located on the 4th floor and the carpet in the elevators were really soiled. They attempted to cover the dirty smell with carpet fake smelling powder refresher which made it so much worse. You’re trapped in there and trying to not breathe. They really need to remove the carpet and replace with a hard surface.

I stayed one night with my dog. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel location was easily access to I-5. My room was down the hall from the indoor room. Unfortunately, users of the pool were noisy coming down hall, which occurred until 11 pm.

For the price of the room you would think they would be clean. It didn’t feel like anything was wiped down in there. The refrigerator didn’t work so we lost money for the food that was stored in there. The nicest area of the hotel was the main entrance/dining. The rooms felt a little dated for only being built in 2016. The breakfast was good although you have to pay for the buffet you serve yourself. It was just like any other breakfast at a hotel. Next time I will spend almost $200 at another hotel that I know will be clean.

The bedding was very beautiful and comfortable. The shower was really nice. The only down side is when I entered the room, the first thing I notice was hair on the tv desk and it was also noticeably dusty.

The room was nice. I got pretty much unpacked and then I went to see the view from my window and encountered a view of satellite dishes and air conditioner units. Very disappointed, especially since this hotel calls itself a "Garden Inn". I was too tired to go downstairs and ask for a different room.

Walking in it looked like a nice hotel experience, check in went smooth. However the room was less than ideal. We were placed in a room with an excelent view of the 10 hvac units that clicked on and off all night, 2 satelite dishes, and the vents for the grill. The matress/bed noisey, like it had been assembled incorrectly, or was unblanced. The pillows and i use that term lightly were flat and felt cheap and overused. The walls of our room were covered in scuff marks overall and smelt like stale cigarettes. (We dont smoke). I booked this Hilton Garden inn with previous positive experiences at others in the chain. Unfortunately it was let down. We wont be staying again.

This is a well run property that appeared to be new. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and had all the important amenities. access to the freeway as wells several restaurants made it convenient. This will be our go to hotel in Medford.

Clean, comfortable room with king bed. Nice view. We included breakfast which was good. The staff were excellent from chech in to breakfast to check out. Good sleep. Only issue was the poor performance of the free internet. I’m a Hilton honors member, however I booked on Expedia so the check in person wouldn’t add my number and I got the basic internet.

We had a problem with no sound from the tv and the person came right up and fixed it. We also mentioned the air conditioning unit was making a slight noise and the manager said we could change room, we because it wasn’t that annoying.

The staff was friendly. However at 4pm our room wasnt ready for check-in. 40 minutes later I checked back to get a room and received keys to an occupied room. Eventually, we got a room and 2 free bottles of water.

This hotel was just okay, nothing special. The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all. Every time we walked by, not even a greeting or acknowledgement. We tried to get a room with a view and apparently since we booked with a third party, our room was locked in and they could not do anything about it. We overpaid big time being a holiday weekend, not the employees fault, but you would think they would have been more accommodating. Most of the staff were just not friendly, except for the breakfast staff and the bar staff. Sat at the bar the second night and since there was only one on staff, not that many sitting at the bar, we never got served and just went back to our room. They did not even knock on our door once to ask if we needed fresh towels or anything and we stayed 2 nights, not even a turn down of the bed. We will not stay here again, wasn't pleased at all. Nothing special about this hotel.

This turned out to be an excellent place to stay in Medford. Staff was friendly and in fact eager to help with anything we needed. The room had everything to meet our needs and wants. Nice quiet location, very easy to access from I-5. We will stay here again when passing trough Medford.

The hotel, unlike most facilities makes one pay 16.95 for a continental breakfast. And in order to use the free WiFi one is forced to join Hilton honors with the result that I use cellular from my phone
