Im Zimmer war alles für 3 Personen vorhanden. Die Küchenzeile war mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, 2 Herdplatten und Kühlschrank incl. Zubehör Top ausgestattet. Ein - und Auschecken sowie Frühstück ( hatten wir nicht) erfolgt im ca. 100 m entfernten Nachbarhotel. Ebenso der Parkplatz, Zufahrt zur Parkmöglichkeit sehr schmal, ich kam mit meinem Pkw nicht durch die Einfahrt. Das Hotel erstattete uns ohne Probleme die bezahlten Patkgebühren zurück und wir parkten anschließend in der Tiefgarage am Einkaufszentrum Palladium. Lage und Einrichtung Top, wir kommen wieder.

There is a pool in the hotel but not in the apt that we stay, they only allow us to use the next day morning from 7 am to 12pm period, if you choose from 3pm to 9pm period , you need to paid about 15us pp. It really make me feel uncomfortable about that we have walk from the apt to the pool in the very early in the morning in cool to catch up the service and the check out time is 10am in rush.

Vi är en grupp pensionär som reste tillsammans för att fylla 70. Allting gick bra förutom att när vi var framme till "Alveo Suits" med bilen fanns det inte bra platsen för att parkera eller avlasta våra bagager. Och man måste gå långt till ett annat hotell för att hämta nykelkort. Annars är vi nöjda med lägenheter!!

Wir haben zuerst eine dunkle Zimmer mit verschimmelte Bad bekommen. Dann haben wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen die schön und hell war, so sollte es seit Anfang an sein. Einzige Minus von der Zimmer fanden wir, dass es nicht wirklich für Alergiker geeignet ist. Es sah alles sauber aus aber in Bett hatten wir wegen Alergie ständig Nase verstopft und juckende Augen. Sonst gute Parkmöglichkeit für eine Aufpreis direkt in nahlegendes Hotel und wirklich sehr nettes Personal. Die Suites liegen so nah am Zentrum, dass keine Taxi oder Bus benötigt wird, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine vegane Restaurant und mehrere Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Spätere Check out könnte auch für ein paar Euro zusätzlich gebucht werden.

This property had everything i needed. I felt it was quite affordable for the quality service. You couldn't possibly need anything else. The only downside was that the reception was down the road in a different property however I did not mind this much as they were always very responsive and proactive. Also, as I had everything I needed in good working condition, there was hardly a need to go to reception. The cleanliness was superb. I would stay here again.

Struttura ben posizionata vicino al centro e alle principali attrazioni della città. Camera silenziosa, ben riscaldata con un materasso comodissimo. Location is central and great with shops and restaurants around. But note you pick up the key card in a hotel down the road and this place is an unmanned annex with no but the cleaning staff when they come to clean the rooms. Though no smoking signs are everywhere, guests have obviously been smoking as the room smelt of stale cigarette and during my there was the strong smell of marijuana as guests flouted the no smoking rule. The decor could do with an upgrade. It was a comfortable stay notwithstanding.

This hotel is extremely convenient, with a tram stop right outside the building. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it is also very close to major attractions. Both check-in and check-out were straightforward and smooth. The environment was pleasant, the location was excellent, and the room was well equipped. It included full kitchen facilities and utensils, which made the stay very comfortable. The only small area for improvement would be if the television supported phone mirroring, which would have made the stay perfect.

I had a room on the 5th floor, window too high for a view but the room was very specious & bright & comfortable with all desirable amenities. Supermarkets & A few restaurants close by. Just a 5-minute walk to the Powder Tower/Smetana Hall, Palladium & Florentina malls.

Overordnet virkelig godt, særligt til pengene. Lokationen er helt perfekt til et par dage i Prag - supermarket lige om hjørnet, godt med kaffebarer og spisesteder i nærheden og tæt på seværdigheder. Opgangen er meget lydt, og vi havde en enkelt nat i weekenden, hvor nogle andre gæster kom hjem kl. 03 om natten, hvilket er forståeligt efter en bytur. Dog kan man høre rigtig meget fra opgangen, og da gæsterne var meget højlydte, blev vi også vækket af det, hvilket var lidt ærgerligt. Dog vil jeg stadig gerne anbefale dette sted og ville selv vælge det igen. Virkelig fint, rent og god pris :)

First we went to Alveo Suites. The room was very small. No air conditioning. So hot in room when we checked in. Went back to the Urban Creme where the front desk is and told them about it and they switched us to the Urban Creme where there was air and very friendly front desk. The building was new compared to the very old building.

The apartment is lovely, the kitchen and bathroom are useful and overall great value for money. Check in is in urban creme hotel a 2min walk from Alveo suites apartments which was good to know. The staff here were very nice.

Super lækker lejlighed. Ligger tæt på alt offentligt transport. Der er både metro og sporvogn inden for 3 min gå gang. Man kan gå til shopping på 10 min og fine restauranter i området. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage
