Everyone was so nice and friendly. Pool was so nice and refreshing since it was practically 100 degrees f. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was easy and very good. We were glad too since up in the Cité there's no AC and all outdoor seating. Rooms very clean! And the included breakfast with the fresh OJ machine is so yummy! Private safe parking with lots of shade a plus too!!

Good hotel with a great location, Friendly staff, very good parking (secure) and an OK breakfast. The room was big and suites us well traveling 3 persons and a labrador. The bed was big and comfortable. New shower and bathroom. Just a 10 min walk to the Carcassonne old city. Can recommend it.

Struttura nuova, camera ben organizzata e sufficientemente grande, parcheggio gratuito, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, personale gentile, varie attività presenti in hotel (biliardino, piscina, palestra), molta attenzione alla sostenibilità. Colazione basica e con prodotti di qualità scarsa.

We absolutely loved staying here. The grounds were fabulous and my kids loved the foosball and ping pong tables. The bar was perfect for me and the staff was very helpful. They even held some foodstuffs in their fridge for us. (The rooms don't have a fridge). Walked right up to Carcassonne from the hotel in 10 mins!

Check in and staff fantastic , 5* . Room ok , but shortage of pillows meant I personally didn’t sleep great , but bed comfortable. Room space tight , not sure what the straw stools are for , change them , and the bed table isn’t good … Room needs a fridge and AC looked at . Pool is ok , beds great but 2 umbrellas fought over by people up and saving all day coming only for 1 hour 😡 that’s disrespectful of guests but 2 isn’t enough . 2 euros to hire towels that are tea towel size , pathetic really ! Breakfast good , fresh orange juice maker always broken , probably overworked or kids ! Selection choice good , and tasty but chaos , poorly set out in a row , means queue upon queue , sections would work better .. Parking great , location is good for medieval city .

The hotel was fantastic facilities were well kept and maintained to a high standard. Really enjoyed the theming of the hotel in a medieval style it was a great touch. Staff were really friendly and were always happy to help.

Excellent hotel for visit to Carcassonne old town with a 10-15 walk into the center. The room was small but very clean as was the hotel. Staff were very friendly even with our terrible French. Car park made it even easier.

The whole family had a great stay at this hotel, the rooms, pool and dining area were all spotless and the staff went out of their way to help whenever we had a question or a problem. My partner and I kept remarking how hard everyone was working, but still the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Hotel com uma decoração temática muito interessante, espaço na recepção para crianças com livros, alguns brinquedos e um urso de pelúcia gigante que minha filha amou! Ótimo café da manhã - apenas senti falta de um ovo mexido. Quarto grande com camas confortáveis. Não tem frigobar, o que pode ser um problema no verão. Bem perto da Cité... fomos caminhando tranquilamente, com um carrinho de bebê. Utilizamos o microondas do bar para esquentar nossa janta congelada. Só pedir na recepção. Equipe gente boa!

Hôtel très sympa avec un personnel très sympathique. Le petit Déjeuner était excellent , la piscine très appréciée après une journée très chaudeet l’hôtel est à distance de marche de la cité , donc très pratique. Chambre petite mais bien organisée . Par contre la chambre était très chaude et on ne pouvait pas baisser l’AC, donc difficile pour le sommeil .

Nice modern hotel, well maintained and short walk from the fortress. Excellent staff. The one issue I’d raise is that the shower area has no curtain or door. So the whole bathroom floor gets wet. That’s also slippery, people can fall. Plus it’s a wet floor all the time.

Det var veldig varmt ute da vi ankom. Veldig bra med et velfungerende air condition. Supert! Rommet var stort og god plass til familie med tre barn. Det er veldig sjeldent det er så god plass ! Rent og pent og gåavstand til Carcassonne. Kan virkelig anbefales 😁

Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location. Good value for money. Good buffet breakfast. Restaurant should be open every evening. I was disappointed it was closed on Sunday evening. Breakfast was busy (which was expected) however, if you introduce a system whereby guests can clear their own trays this would free up tables quicker.

Good hotel with a great location, Friendly staff, very good parking (secure) and an OK breakfast. The room was big and suites us well traveling 3 persons and a labrador. The bed was big and comfortable. New shower and bathroom. Just a 10 min walk to the Carcassonne old city. Can recommend it.

They serve food in the evenings, although the night we decided to eat there the restaurant was closed due to a private booking and we had to get taxis to/from the city centre.... Breakfast is good with plenty of choices and eat inside or out on the terrace, got a well stocked bar that wasn't that expensive too. All in all a great hotel for visiting the Cité

Decent 2-3 star hotel on the outskirts of the city but only a 10 min walk to the Medieval city. Staff were this hotels greatest asset. Building is tired and decorated by a person that clearly didn't know when to stop the Medieval theme. Main road into the city .... not pleasant, in fact run-down.

Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location. Good value for money. Good buffet breakfast. Restaurant should be open every evening. I was disappointed it was closed on Sunday evening. Breakfast was busy (which was expected) however, if you introduce a system whereby guests can clear their own trays this would free up tables quicker.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. Pool was so nice and refreshing since it was practically 100 degrees f. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was easy and very good. We were glad too since up in the Cité there's no AC and all outdoor seating. Rooms very clean! And the included breakfast with the fresh OJ machine is so yummy! Private safe parking with lots of shade a plus too!!

The room was very large which was great, but a tad worn. the decor was fun. The night desk staff person was very welcoming and a delight. There is a lovely cat outside. Parking onsite was convenient and the walkable location to La Cite was perfect!
