Poor staff service. Check in, they said can not find my reservation. Checking for long time, contact other staffs before they find my reservation. Is embarrassing. Furthermore, at breakfast they asked us to be seating next door because not enough space. After 30 mins, clean up lady told us this section will be close you need to leave now. We asked her can you please move us back to the cafe so we can continue our breakfast. She said is not her job. We got kicked out for being nice and agree to dine in a place away from the buffet set up.

The staff were very very helpful and hospitable, this staff, Ms Dafne, was especially nice and responsive to all our requests. She speaks perfect English and she’s always so friendly and helpful. The room is clean and it was a pleasant stay.
