The staff were very friendly, hotel situated pretty close to Bristol airport, although Sat Nav from Hotel to Airport initially took to a new housing estate full-de-sac. Hotel itself is quite tired and could do with a little modernisation, it appears to be a short stay hotel. Walls are quite thin and could hear next doors tv until quite late. We were on the ground floor and could also hear guests upstairs wandering around their room. Has a hungry horse restaurant on site which is very convenient. They also have a number of EV chargers on site, which is ideal for those who have an electric vehicle. Reasonably priced hotel, so perfect for those on a budget.

The staff were very friendly and the room and bathroom were clean and pleasant. The mattress was like rock! It’s the only reason we would not stay again. We are lovers of memory foam. The carpet in the rest of the hotel could do with a good clean. Electric charging for the car was a real bonus.

Stay was very good. Room was on the second floor. Very quiet except for selfish and inconsiderate guests allowing their doors to slam late at night. Room, shared areas and restaurant were all very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Free parking. We would stay again. Well done.

Worst breakfast experience we have ever had. Every morning, coffee had run out, orange juice had run out, even hot water on one morning. The place is being run on a shoestring with insufficient staff. Cleanliness poor - every table we used was sticky on top, and the door from the bar to the kitchen looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for months - how many sticky hands had pushed that open? It looked disgustingly unhygienic. Beds not properly made - just a shake of the quilt, and room not hoovered on a daily basis. Bathroom not properly cleaned. Exterior of hotel shabby and in need of sprucing up. Weeds a foot high in the 'flowerbeds'. All in all, not somewhere we will be going back to!

The hotel is older and the rooms are in need of updating. The rooms were large and beds were comfortable. With the widows open it was fairly cool for sleeping. I would recommend this place. It had a good onsite restaurant and nice staff.

Stayed here a quite a few times over the years. The bathroom could do with an update in the room we were in this time. The shower was just awful. Room had been recently updated though and was really nice. My only complaint was that the person in the room above ours decided to 'STOMP' up and down their room and 6am for half an hour!!!! Non stop! Obviously not the hotels fault.

Had an issue with room selection, despite hotel appearing to be less than half full we were given a room looking out at an outdoor freezer about a metre from our window which continually fired up every 12 minutes throughout the night. It’s seems to me guests are put in rooms to suit the cleaning regime and not for their comfort. We have stayed many times at the bridge and this was the worst sleep ever.

Very impressed with receptionist Tracy’s customer service skills but found the bedroom wall very thin as could hear every word the man in the next room was saying . Always he had his tv on loudly at 6 am . Therefore did not get a good nights sleep 💤

Convenient for our trip away from Bristol Airport. The room is spacious but somewhat dated albeit comfortable. Only real point of improvement would be to fit blackout curtains as with light being on outside the room, it never really got dark.

Staff was so helpful, friendly,and nothing is too much for them to help you in any way. From houskeeping all the way up to the top nothing was too much for them. I would recommend this hotel and resturant to absolutely anyone.

A rather tired hotel/pub where the staff worked well to do their best but there seemed too few of them. Reception did not seem to be manned to serve customers at times. Food ok, breakfast at 8am but did not open until 8:10-8:15 so had to miss breakfast on Sunday due to an early appointment. Bar ran out of IPA on Friday and Saturday.

This is my go to as part of longer trips on my way home to Cornwall. I stay here because the staff are always lovely, the hotel is always clean and it’s not too far off of the M5.

We picked this hotel because it was a quarter of the price of the Bristol airport Hilton, which was outrageous. For the price it was just about ok. The whole hotel is very shabby and tired. The bathroom in particular was very old and shabby. The whole place needs a refurb. The restaurant was manic, but food was usual Hungry Horse standard, so ok as you know what to expect. We used twighlight check-in at the airport before arriving at the hotel, so that worked really well for our early start the next morning. It is cheap, and close to the airport. We won’t be staying again unless the rooms are refurbed.

We stayed just one night before an early flight from Bristol Airport and found it clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture and fittings were a little dated but still perfectly fine for a short stay. We also had dinner in the attached pub which was excellent and very good value even at normal prices, but we received 20% off the food bill as hotel guests. The airport parking was only a 10 - 15 minutes drive away so was a great choice for the purpose. Would definitely stay there again next time we fly from Bristol.

Perfect for my 2 night stay whilst working in Somerset. Great staff, always helpful. Excellent customer service. Very clear that they enjoy their jobs. WiFi strong, room spacious and comfortable. Massive food choice (dinner and breakfast) and good value/quality.

Worst breakfast experience we have ever had. Every morning, coffee had run out, orange juice had run out, even hot water on one morning. The place is being run on a shoestring with insufficient staff. Cleanliness poor - every table we used was sticky on top, and the door from the bar to the kitchen looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for months - how many sticky hands had pushed that open? It looked disgustingly unhygienic. Beds not properly made - just a shake of the quilt, and room not hoovered on a daily basis. Bathroom not properly cleaned. Exterior of hotel shabby and in need of sprucing up. Weeds a foot high in the 'flowerbeds'. All in all, not somewhere we will be going back to!

We were met in reception by Chloe who was lovely. Very friendly and chatty. Our room was very clean, bed comfy and warm. They did have a gluten free menu but this was limited and there is no GF option for Sunday lunch roast which was a drawback. Our stay was good value and we would stay again if in the area.

we enjoyed our short stay at the Bridge Inn. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was perfectly adequate for our length of stay. The only issue we had was more of location in that catching an Uber from the location in the afternoon was more difficult than normal experience and then quite expensive returning in the evening.
