The Black Swan

Slightly off the beaten track made this a great place to unwind after my 3 hour drive down to Cornwall. Friendly staff, enough people in the bar to create a hubbub without it being noisy, good food and an inviting and comfortable bedroom meant if I'm down that way again I'll try and book in!

great location, really nice pub. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Had a small confusion with a new bar staff member on arrival, however the manager sorted things out very quickly later on his return. Very happy with my stay, can recommend to anyone.

We arrived late due to traffic and they kindly went out of their way to accommodate us !! Great food and service !!

we are certainly not ones to moan or complain but we stayed in 3 properties on our trip to cornwall,unfortunatly the black swan was not how it looked on the photo,very run down room,very basic for the money,No breakfast,no one there in the morning other than the cleaner.will not be going back,not worth the money at all

when we booked in may bed and breakfast when we arrived we were not expected the hotel changed hands in july and do not do b & b they only do bed but they supplied brackfast bag
