The pool area needs updating. Only 2 loungers by poolside. Railing entering pool on right side facing highway was broken. It came out off the cement while I held on to enter the pool. That could be very dangerous to some. The shower in my room was also not working properly. The knob to pull up to turn on shower only allowed some of the water to exit the shower head. The rest came out of the faucet part into the tub. I. DO WANT TO SAY KATIE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS AMAZING. KUDOS TO HER . SHE SHOULD BE RECONIZED FOR HER OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horrible. We ended up not staying and they refused to give us a refund. The photos are very deceiving on the website. The pool was closed and the entire area around the hotel is horrible. Do not recommend!

A dead spider was killed and left on the bathroom wall. Atm was out of order, gym equipment was out of order. Ice machine was out of order. Mary at the front desk, was friendly and kind. 5 stars for Mary.

Mary was friendly and helpful! The elevator was broken on Memorial Day weekend and will people toting stuff to the race it was very inconvenient. Breakfast was very good.

One and only elevator was out of order. Pool was completely empty. Outside side door entry panel was damaged. The staff was nice. The overall hotel was not in the conditions described or displayed in pictures. Not worth the cost of the stay since so many things were not working

Elevator was out of order, so was the ice machine. Air conditioner in the room was noisy, especially when it cycled on and off. A single chair in the room was an office chair that refused to stay elevated, so I just had to get used to sitting at floor level and trying to use the desk. This property looks like an old Ramada that's been prettied up a bit by ripping out the old carpeting and adding new siding.

NOTE: THE POOL IS NOT OPEN!!! We booked this property online with the only search criteria being a pool! And we got there to learn the pool was "not open"...in the heat of summer?!? In spite of this, I still had to pay a one-night cancellation penalty! On the positive side, the front desk here is the nicest, most helpful (I know this was not *their* policy) team I have ever encountered!

It was just ok. The room was not that clean. The bathroom was not that clean. There was shower scum on the shower head, the tub was didty, the shower cutain was dirty, there was mold on the floor in th corners of the bathroom, there were no hooks or racks to hang your items up on in the bathroom, and there was no trash can on the washroom

We walked into our room and it was pure filth. Toothpaste spit still on sink and mirror, used shower cap in shower with shampoo smeared on the shower wall, hair in bed, floors/handles/doors dirty.

The older lady we met in the front was wonderful when we were checking in. She was so helpful and kind. However, as we were leaving the room to check out I checked to make sure we had all of our things and there were cockroaches. We even checked before but I guess not well enough.

Property was not at all what the pictures would suggest when booking online. Bad part of town, abandoned businesses all around, driveway next to a trailer park. Felt very unsafe. Grass unkept/untrimmed. Outdoor pool was freezing with a couple broken down chairs. Room was dark and uncarpeted with faint smoky odor. Bathroom lights were motion detected which was strange. Hallway dark with dirty carpet and a funky smell. Breakfast was ok. Entire experience was not up to Country Inn and Suites standards from past experience!! I was in a hurry booking and didn’t pay enough attention to location or read the reviews…lesson learned!!!

I was in town for work and booked a 2 night stay and didn't even stay the 2nd night. Room had questionable stains on bedding and head board, crumbs and stuff on floors, extremely sticky bathroom floor, dirty counters, just extremely dirty. If I had anywhere else to go i would have. It was so bad i slept in full clothes even with my shoes on

There wasn't a door on the shower so the whole bathroom floor got covered with water every time someone showered. But, there wasn't room cleaning daily so the mess never dried or was cleaned up, not to mention the wet towels were never taken out and fresh ones put back. The bed and the pillows were also horrible. My back is killing me from 2 nights on that bed.

Staff was wonderful, kind, proactive, and went out of their way to be attentive. Room was humid despite AC, musty, like 6 guests ago someone smoked in there and they couldn't get the smell out. Woke up feeling like we'd been camping, so humid but chilly. Bathroom: broken TP holder, yellowed and aging shower plastic liner. Workout room was clean but air was stagnant and heavy. Couldn't workout there because no fresh air flow. Neighborhood not great, fireworks warehouse right next door and highway. But couldn't hear highway noise inside room which was impressive. Felt safe only because hotel was packed with other GenCon attendees who also overpaid for their rooms.

Location behind mobile home complex weird. Pulling up from back of facility the building rear exterior hadnt been cleaned for decades. I thought I got scammed until you drive all the way around to front. Front of building looked great Lobby was impressive including breakfast area. Staff was great. Hallways, doors and facility were awesome. Then I opened room door. Very disappointed. Was dark and dreary. Small window had ancient draperies. Heater was way too loud but also made cracking noise like something was stuck in fan area. Hardwood floors attemp was nice try but floated in way too many places. Mattreses were so broken down couldnt sleep well. Small tv. Laminate inside bathroom door was peeling. Two lamps were barely adequete and ancient as well. The fact I paid twice as much for this one night is understandable but most important reason to stay at a hotel in my opinion is the room. Everything about this hotel was great...except the room.

The room was fine except that they put the motion detector light switch for the shower and toilet room on the outside of the room. So, if you took too long to shower or do your business you ended up in the dark because the motion detector light switch would time out. And you would either have to finish in the dark or open the door and hit the button to turn the lights back on. Such a poor design. The flooring in the rooms looked rather new it was a vinal wood look so that was nice, but the hall carpets looked rather dirty like they hadn't been scrub in a while. The elevator was out of order we were on the second floor. We were there for 3 nights and they never did maid service on our room not sure why because we never had the do not disturb sign on the door and I never saw anything say they didn't do maid service during a stay.

Rooms were fairly clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. That's about the only positive. Outdated, small rooms. Light switches in the bathroom were on timers so the lights would go out mid shower. Only one tiny garbage can which we filled up on the first day. Building and property were awful as was the surrounding area. The smell of weed permeated the halls and room. Way overpriced for what we got. It was a dump. Would not reccomend.

Was for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Several of the outlets in the room did not work at all. They felt really loose & not properly installed. And the tv options did not work most of the time- kept reloading/buffering over and over again.

The staff was amazing! I left a pill case in the room- they called me twice to let me know, offered me to send it when I emailed a return UPS. I eventually just returned to the site and picked up the pills. Great service!

The stay was great except for the issues at the front desk— they took a copy of my ID, had me sign a piece of paper, and then later that night our key wouldn’t work for the room. When we went down stairs the man was no helpful other than saying that we weren’t in the system although it was our first night on a 2 night stay. They took $303 out of my account ($203 for 2 nights plus $100 deposit) at 4am the day of my check in but I was suppose to pay at the hotel. Before that hold refunded to me, they then tried to take an additional $203 out of my account…..$506 taken out of my account in 1 weekend for a $203 stay…

Check in was easy and our room quickly assigned. Mary was an absolute joy to work with. The entire staff from sign in desk to food service were accommodating and respectful. It is an older Hotel, no pool. If you are going for a full service hotel experience this would not be a good choice. However, for a secure hotel for sleeping it is perfect. Full service breakfast was very good. Hot food with clean eating facility. Staff cleans up right as soon as you leave. Hotel is located in a lower area of town but we had no problem or never felt unsafe. Location of hotel to Lucas stadium is great. Just take Washington all the way even though GPS will route you to highway with crazy semi traffic. At the stadium, we parked in Lot 10, Across the street and walking distance from stadium even though a free shuttle was available.

the lady at the front desk was so rude to me from the moment she looked me she was making my check-in difficult. first saying my payment did not go thru. then said she figured that out. so i continued to check-in after she actually said i left when i told her i was going to my car to get a card for the security deposit. so then hotels.com took my 150$ saying i tried to change or cancel my stay. 150$ is a crazy amount of money to just loose for no apparent reason these days especially.

I felt immediately at home when I arrived. Mary at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and a lot of fun to chat with. The other folks I met in my three days there were all very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have been more welcomed and made to feel like part of the “family.” This was my first time here and any time I come up to Indy from FL I will unquestionably be staying with you at Country Inn and Suites Radisson E! And your bed was more comfortable than my own bed!!

The property was conveniently located off the highway and their customer service was very pleasant. I never felt unsafe, but the property was in an area that was a bit run down. I think a facelift to the outside of the property would go a long way to make it more appealing. We only stayed for one night and the room was adequate for that.

Property itself was fine but surrounded by vacant buildings. Have to drive by a trailer park to get there. Once we got to the hotel , the hotel was fine. I felt safe but driving there was a little sketchy . Needs access to main road instead of driving thru side road by trailer bark and empty buildings . Room was smaller than most country inn and suites also . Fine for one night but probably won’t be a return visit .

Didn't like how noisy the room doors were. Im a light sleeper. At first thought i was lost bc theres not alot right there, but close to everything. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Very good vibe.

The king room we had was huge. Not sure if the sofa in the room was s sleeper sofa but there was plenty of room if it was. The beds were ok but not great. The heater/AC was very quiet and efficient. The breakfast was very good - our only complaint was that the coffee was instant coffee but it really was pretty good.
