Staff was excellent, especially LiLi and David . Always Very friendly. Made us feel extra special being guest. Breakfast brunch I had everything you would want. Scenery, pool and outside service helpful and friendly as well. Downstairs spa, workout area are some of the nicer in the area.

Pure Salt Port Adriano is truly a top-tier luxury hotel and an incredible place to stay in Mallorca. From the moment we arrived, the staff and service were absolutely outstanding — warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The amenities are excellent: beautiful views, well-maintained grounds, a relaxing spa experience, and an overall peaceful, upscale atmosphere. We booked a swim up pool room and we were not told that the pool is cold and does not work during certain times of the year. This would have been important to note as we would not have booked this room if we knew. The pool although closed was super dirty and not kept up well for a 5 star hotel I think they should at least keep that done. Besides that the room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Please note in “winter” they keep a heater constantly going in the room and it gets way too hot. They were unable to resolve this for us so we ended up getting reimbursed and moving to another hotel. The staff was helpful in getting the reimbursement done but they could have been more informed on the heater situation as I can tell we are not the only guests that had this issue.

Ewig lange wartezeiten am abend auf unsere getränke, wir wurden einfach ignoriert, vieles verrechnet, was wir vestellt hatten, aber nicht bekommen haben! Im fitnessbereich war der wasserspender 4 tage lang leer wurde nicht aufgefüllt, für diese kategorie von hotel hätten wir mehr erwartet, zimmerservice war top!

Service and staff was exemplary! Excellent stay in a lovely hotel. We had a problem the first night with the really beautiful room we were allocated; it was dealt with immediately (at midnight) and rectified for the better in the morning. Every member of staff made us feel special and were helpful in attending to all our needs.. this made the stay in a nice hotel truly 5 star. Joanna especially who took time to share her knowledge of Palma with us on a map. Savio was just lovely, a sommelier who took his time to talk and share with us a bit of his knowledge about Mallorcan wine. The Spa was perfect and the massages excellent - best I've ever experienced. The pool was peaceful and refreshing and the man who put our towels out every morning was cheerful and polite. The free use of a shuttle to and from the port and beach 24hrs was really convenient. The bathrooms are very well appointed with walk in rain shower and jacuzzi bath and the beds (we had an amazingly large bed!) were really comfy. IF I have to pick a slight downside, which is hard- the waiter service by the pool could be more frequent. All in all, can't wait to go back, it was a wonderful experience!

A great example of how 5* should be. A warm welcome you can't help but notice the lovely subtle aroma as you enter reception, which carries on throughout the hotel. The room was lovely a wonderful view of the marina below from the spacious balcony. The breakfast was amazing, unhurried, outstanding cooked breakfast including possibly the best omelette i've had, a great choice of fresh fruit and a fantastic setting. We spent time by the pool, we were guided to the loungers by the pool chap each time we visited. To top it off, we were dropped and collected each evening in the port to dine, really great service and the restaurant just calls the hotel and they collect you. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Ich rate ab von diesem Hotel das war der einzig Katastrophe. Das einzigste in dem Hotel war der Koch da morgens das Omelette gemacht hat. Der Portier und die Dame nach Rezeption alles andere kannst du vergessen dort dreckig nicht sauber Pool Total dreckig kannst du nicht rein Minibar halb aufgefüllt am nächsten Tag nicht auffüllt Klimaanlage kaputt? Ich hab mir in der Erkältung zugezogen. Das Geschirr wurde am nächsten Tag nicht gewechselt und so weiter und so weiter und das für ein fünf Sterne Hotel

Absolutely amazing. Room was lovely, spacious and the Hottub was regularly cleaned. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and a wide selection of choices. Ate at the restaurant a few times and food was excellent.

Amazing views. Not overcrowded. Boutique feel. Spotless and modern with lovely grounds. Smelled of Jasmine. Hallways smell like fresh roses. All the staff were warm and accommodating. Concierge was great - helped us get into exclusive upscale clubs and restaurants. Would stay here again without thinking twice. Thanks to the incredible staff.

Pure Salt Adriano was an excellent choice for our Mallorca trip. It is located ~20-30mins west of Palma at Port Adriano. Right next to the hotel there is a bay where you can enjoy many different types of food and also near the hotel there is Santa Ponsa where you can enjoy local restaurants as well. As far as the room is concerned. It was very clean and modern looking and our view was exceptional as we can look out the balcony and there was port adriano right in front of us. Service was exceptional as well, everyone working at the hotel was very courteous and spoke many languages so there was no issue with communication (as we did not speak Spanish). Our stay included the breakfast and their breakfast was soo good. You have to try their peach juice and croissant (also jamon con melon)! We stayed there 3 nights and I felt that was too short and left wishing wanting to stay more. If we ever visit Mallorca, we will definitely check out this hotel again! Anyone visiting Mallorca, you won’t regret if you give this place a try!

Es war wirklich alles sehr gut. Leider im Zimmer 3004 (Swim Up) war das Bett für uns nicht Top. Aber wir sind uns ein Boxspring gewöhnt. Allerdings spürt man wirklich jede Bewegung des Parters.

Service and staff was exemplary! Excellent stay in a lovely hotel. We had a problem the first night with the really beautiful room we were allocated; it was dealt with immediately (at midnight) and rectified for the better in the morning. Every member of staff made us feel special and were helpful in attending to all our needs.. this made the stay in a nice hotel truly 5 star. Joanna especially who took time to share her knowledge of Palma with us on a map. Savio was just lovely, a sommelier who took his time to talk and share with us a bit of his knowledge about Mallorcan wine. The Spa was perfect and the massages excellent - best I've ever experienced. The pool was peaceful and refreshing and the man who put our towels out every morning was cheerful and polite. The free use of a shuttle to and from the port and beach 24hrs was really convenient. The bathrooms are very well appointed with walk in rain shower and jacuzzi bath and the beds (we had an amazingly large bed!) were really comfy. IF I have to pick a slight downside, which is hard- the waiter service by the pool could be more frequent. All in all, can't wait to go back, it was a wonderful experience!

The staff was very accommodating, friendly, approachable and willing to assist. We needed adapter for US devices and staff went out of the way to buy adapter for us. The staff made several reservations for dinner at multiple restaurants and called for cab whenever we needed. They had a wealth of information about local restaurants and places to visit. We would like to thank Ricardo, Lili, Irene, Judit, Rafael and everyone else that accommodated us during our stay. We went for relaxation and Pure Salt staff made this possible. We will definitely visit this hotel again. You can walk to the beach or the hotel has a shuttle to transport you.

The Pure Salt Port Adriano is by far the best hotel I ever stayed in. From the beautiful rooms to the excellent service, I will not ever consider anywhere else while in Mallorca. They made my wife and I have our dream honeymoon. Thanks again!

What an amazing place to stay for 9 days. We really enjoyed our swim-up to room accommodations. From the dining room hostess, the front desk personnel, the chefs, wait staff and housekeeping attendants, the service was 5 star and I’ve travelled around the world many times and have a good sense of superior service. Well done!

Ewig lange wartezeiten am abend auf unsere getränke, wir wurden einfach ignoriert, vieles verrechnet, was wir vestellt hatten, aber nicht bekommen haben! Im fitnessbereich war der wasserspender 4 tage lang leer wurde nicht aufgefüllt, für diese kategorie von hotel hätten wir mehr erwartet, zimmerservice war top!

A great example of how 5* should be. A warm welcome you can't help but notice the lovely subtle aroma as you enter reception, which carries on throughout the hotel. The room was lovely a wonderful view of the marina below from the spacious balcony. The breakfast was amazing, unhurried, outstanding cooked breakfast including possibly the best omelette i've had, a great choice of fresh fruit and a fantastic setting. We spent time by the pool, we were guided to the loungers by the pool chap each time we visited. To top it off, we were dropped and collected each evening in the port to dine, really great service and the restaurant just calls the hotel and they collect you. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

It is wrong to imply the Hotel is on the beach. It is a 5.min walk to the lovely, local public beach you can see from the balcony. But there are no facilities there. Take a hotel towel down with you but don't expect loungers and umbrellas. There are none.

We enjoyed our stay here for one week. It was nice to have other dining options nearby and the local restaurants and small cafes that offer healthy food options amongst others, are definitely worth the visit, as the food was superb as well as the hospitality. The hotel is quiet and ideal for relaxing and reading a book. Avoid Magaluf if you value your time when away! The staff are very friendly and David at the front of house was more than helpful and willing to give advice on the area. There’s a supermarket nearby that helps with everyday items, especially cheaper alcohol!

Pure Salt Adriano was an excellent choice for our Mallorca trip. It is located ~20-30mins west of Palma at Port Adriano. Right next to the hotel there is a bay where you can enjoy many different types of food and also near the hotel there is Santa Ponsa where you can enjoy local restaurants as well. As far as the room is concerned. It was very clean and modern looking and our view was exceptional as we can look out the balcony and there was port adriano right in front of us. Service was exceptional as well, everyone working at the hotel was very courteous and spoke many languages so there was no issue with communication (as we did not speak Spanish). Our stay included the breakfast and their breakfast was soo good. You have to try their peach juice and croissant (also jamon con melon)! We stayed there 3 nights and I felt that was too short and left wishing wanting to stay more. If we ever visit Mallorca, we will definitely check out this hotel again! Anyone visiting Mallorca, you won’t regret if you give this place a try!

Staff was excellent, especially LiLi and David . Always Very friendly. Made us feel extra special being guest. Breakfast brunch I had everything you would want. Scenery, pool and outside service helpful and friendly as well. Downstairs spa, workout area are some of the nicer in the area.

Ich rate ab von diesem Hotel das war der einzig Katastrophe. Das einzigste in dem Hotel war der Koch da morgens das Omelette gemacht hat. Der Portier und die Dame nach Rezeption alles andere kannst du vergessen dort dreckig nicht sauber Pool Total dreckig kannst du nicht rein Minibar halb aufgefüllt am nächsten Tag nicht auffüllt Klimaanlage kaputt? Ich hab mir in der Erkältung zugezogen. Das Geschirr wurde am nächsten Tag nicht gewechselt und so weiter und so weiter und das für ein fünf Sterne Hotel

Absolutely amazing. Room was lovely, spacious and the Hottub was regularly cleaned. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and a wide selection of choices. Ate at the restaurant a few times and food was excellent.

Ewig lange wartezeiten am abend auf unsere getränke, wir wurden einfach ignoriert, vieles verrechnet, was wir vestellt hatten, aber nicht bekommen haben! Im fitnessbereich war der wasserspender 4 tage lang leer wurde nicht aufgefüllt, für diese kategorie von hotel hätten wir mehr erwartet, zimmerservice war top!

Pure Salt Adriano was an excellent choice for our Mallorca trip. It is located ~20-30mins west of Palma at Port Adriano. Right next to the hotel there is a bay where you can enjoy many different types of food and also near the hotel there is Santa Ponsa where you can enjoy local restaurants as well. As far as the room is concerned. It was very clean and modern looking and our view was exceptional as we can look out the balcony and there was port adriano right in front of us. Service was exceptional as well, everyone working at the hotel was very courteous and spoke many languages so there was no issue with communication (as we did not speak Spanish). Our stay included the breakfast and their breakfast was soo good. You have to try their peach juice and croissant (also jamon con melon)! We stayed there 3 nights and I felt that was too short and left wishing wanting to stay more. If we ever visit Mallorca, we will definitely check out this hotel again! Anyone visiting Mallorca, you won’t regret if you give this place a try!

A great example of how 5* should be. A warm welcome you can't help but notice the lovely subtle aroma as you enter reception, which carries on throughout the hotel. The room was lovely a wonderful view of the marina below from the spacious balcony. The breakfast was amazing, unhurried, outstanding cooked breakfast including possibly the best omelette i've had, a great choice of fresh fruit and a fantastic setting. We spent time by the pool, we were guided to the loungers by the pool chap each time we visited. To top it off, we were dropped and collected each evening in the port to dine, really great service and the restaurant just calls the hotel and they collect you. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at Pure Salt. The views are amazing and being able to walk down to the harbour and have access to all the restaurants there was a huge bonus. We especially loved Olivera. You could also rent a boat or go to the beach. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding. They had everything you could ever want. We had omelets most days as well as fresh fruit and pastries. The spa was also lovely. You did not have to book a treatment to use it. As a guest, we would wind up our afternoon in the hot tub or sauna. We also used the red light room. It was very relaxing. The resort was very clean and the staff were always friendly. The infinity pool was beautiful and had a breathtaking view of the harbour. Our room was comfortable, but a little dated. It felt a little dark. We choose a swim up room. Although it was wonderful to have outdoor space to sun bathe, the pool was very cold. Too cold to use. We have stayed in swim up rooms at other resorts and the pools have always been heated. It was disappointing to pay for extra for a room with a pool and not be able to use it. We would stay at Pure Salt again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay and walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
