ホテル周辺は路地を入ったところにあったので、多少分かりづらかったですが、駅とコンビニ、飲食店も近く、不便はなかったです。天気が雨だったので、ホテルを出てすぐに地下から駅を目指せたのは有難かったです。ホテルはロビーに喫煙ルームがある為、多少たばこの臭いが気になりましたが、ホテル内は大変清潔でした。時間の都合で漫画は利用しませんでしたが、フロントの方の対応や説明も丁寧で分かりやすかったです。お部屋は大変良かったです。コンセントの数も多いのも良し。お風呂はシャワーとカランの切り替え式、温度調整タイプでシャワーヘッドがミストタイプに切り替えられたりするので女性には嬉しいと思います。

中学生の子と一緒に利用。天神、西通りにも近いし、周囲に飲食店やコンビニもありとてもいい立地でした。漫画が沢山置いてあり1回10冊部屋に持ち込んで読めるので子どももすごく喜んでいて、そこが魅力でこのホテルを選んだのもあります。設備も部屋も綺麗でゆっくりやすむことができました。次回も利用したいです。

交通の便も良く、11時チェックアウトでゆっくりできて良かったです。ただ、入ってすぐフロントがある1階がタバコくさくて驚愕しました。喫煙室がフロントすぐ横にあるのが原因かもしれません。タバコが嫌いな私にとってはチェックイン待ち時間が苦痛でした。。部屋は全室禁煙とのことなので部屋はまったく問題なかったですが、タバコがダメな人はここは避けた方が良いかもしれないです。。また、ウェルカムドリンクがあったことにあとから気づきました。チェックインの時に案内してくれても良かったのにな、と思いました。お水は部屋に付いてないので買っておくことをおすすめします。

The pillowcase is yellow and some stains were found on the comforter. Dust accumulates on the air conditioner. The dust is visible, full and thick. Air purifier provided is better. The staff is kind but limited in english proficiency in communication. We requested to help book taxi to the airport. Finally, she didn't help us to make phone call to taxi when we are back.

The location was so convenient. You may walk to Tenjin underground Mall within 5 mins. Shopping malls and restaurants were nearby. But the cleanliness of the room was the area needed to improve. There were dirty marks on the bedings.

텐진역에서 가까와서 좋았어요. 방안에 있는 냉장고 성능이 좋았고 쓰레기를 자주버릴수 있어 좋았습니다. 단 방의 불이 전반적으로 어두웠어요. 간접조명이 여럿 있어서 다 키고 있어도 조도가 약했던게 약간의 아쉬움입니다. 화장대와 거울 스툴이 있어서 편했고요. 단 이불속통을 완전히 감싸는 이불커버가 아니라 홑겹의 커버로 이불을 감싸야 해서 잘때 신경이 많이 쓰였어요.

더블룸은 혼자 사용하기 적당한 크기였으나 화장실이 일본 특유의 조립형 바스라 비좁고 냄새가 좀 나는점이 불편했습니다. 물은 제공하지 않지만 타올과 휴지통은 매일 교체해주고 비워주며, 체크인 전 가방도 맡아줍니다. 호텔 위치가 텐진역과 가까워 텐진 주변에서 쇼핑하기에는 좋아서 다음에 다시 후쿠오카에 쇼핑하러 올 경우 이용하려고 합니다.

Very poor service, I required a pillow but they said no more available, the pillow is bad I can’t even sleep in two days, they don’t understand basic English, this is the worst Japan hotel service I never had before! But others is good like location and facilities!

The hotel location is good, close to subway and near by restaurants. I arrived early so the staff held my luggage. The checkin process was fast and easy. As of November 2022, guest needs to pay additional 200 yen per night stay. This additional cost is required by Fukuoka. The area is very safe to walk at night. There is a Family Mart next door to get goods. Unlike other hotel near by, they didn't offer free coffee. I didn't get the breakfast, so can't comment. I stayed in a single room with 2 beds. The room was modern looking. Although the bathroom was very clean, it has a moldy smell. So that's bad. Near the beds, there is only has 1 power outlet. There are additional power outlet near the door. For modern travelers, we carry a lot of chargers to charge our devices. Having 1 power outlet near the bed area is really inconvenient. I would think twice about staying here if I return.

歩いて数分で天神西通り歓楽街なのにまわりは静かで立地は最高です。部屋は必要最低限で清潔です。スタッフの接客も問題ありません。あとはだいたいどこのホテルにもありますが背もたれがあるくつろげる椅子が必要でした。
