Camera ampia e pulita. Colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata con rifornitura non appena terminava qualche portata, caffè espresso e cappuccino anche non da macchinetta automatica ma da bar. Vicinanza sia alla stazione che al bus x arrivare comodamente a Venezia. Con solo 5 euro ci hanno lasciato parcheggio anche Il giorno dopo nonostante avessimo fatto il ceck out. Consigliatissimo.

Everything about the property was wonderful actually. The staff above all. Checking in was very quick and easy. Every single staff member was wonderful and I wish I recalled everyone’s name! Stefano at the desk was fabulous and the bartender was terrific, although I’m forgetting his name at the moment. I stopped by the desk multiple times with questions about transportation and they had the best suggestions. There is a bus stop just steps away from the hotel front door. There is also a tram stop about a half a block away. The train station is close by as well. We found multiple restaurants near by that we chose to return to. You can’t go wrong with this hotel!

O hotel foi muito bom, confortável e bem localizado. Café da manhã bem farto e variado. Um ponto ruim é que o estacionamento é pago à parte, mas eles só avisam na hora de cobrar, no checkout. E uma das recepcionistas foi bem antipatica. Mas o resto da equipe foi muito boa.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel come punto di appoggio per visitare Venezia. La stazione è a pochi metri e in 15 minuti di treno si raggiunge Venezia. Ottimo il check in fatto in tarda serata e notevole la pulizia degli spazi e delle camere. Giusto una segnalazione, si potrebbe migliorare la colazione, succhi di frutta nel distributore discutibili e poca varietà sul dolce. Molto comodo il parcheggio in loco anche se a pagamento. Torneremo sicuramente per una prossima tappa nella zona.

The main route to this hotel travelling from the train/ bus station was an underpass which was used by local drug addicts, so walking through this area felt uncomfortable to say the least!! Our room was dirty, old and in need of repairs. Don’t book, end of!!

Diese Unterkunft wurde für eine Nacht gebucht als Zwischenstopp in Venedig. Das Kriterium zur Buchung war die Nähe zum Bahnhof, die wirklich top ist. Das Zimmer war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet & erfüllte seinen Zweck. Allerdings wäre die ein oder andere Renovierung mal fällig. Aber es war zumindest sauber. Internet & auch der TV funktionierten leider nicht, aber für eine Nacht aushaltbar. Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend und vielfältig bestückt.

Das Hotel war fußläufig vom Bahnhof in 5 Minuten gut erreichbar. Die Lage würden wir trotz Bahnhofsnähe als ruhig bezeichnen. Der Eindruck von Außen zeigt einen "Altbau" mit der Hotelbeschriftung und direkt daneben ein neuer wirkender größerer Gebäudekomplex. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, kurzfristig etwas auszudrucken sowie ein Babybett zu bekommen war kein Problem. Das Zimmer war ein Dreibettzimmer mit zusätzlichem Babybett und es war trotzdem genug Platz für drei Personen incl. Gepäck und Kinderwagen. Die Lobby und die Aufzüge (alles in dem neueren Gebäudeteil) waren ordentlich und sauber. Unser Zimmer befand sich jedoch im Altbau. Der dortige Flur sowie die Zimmertüren waren in einem schlechten Zustand, der Teppich wurde zwar gesaugt aber er war über die gesamte Länge mit großen und kleinen Flecken übersät und sah somit sehr dreckig aus. Das Zimmer selber war ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, im Fußbodenbelag fehlten einige Stücke, die Duschwanne war an mehreren Stellen oberflächlich gerissen und die Einrichtung war ziemlich altmodisch. Trotzdem war es sauber und es ließ sich dort sehr gut schlafen. Es gab sogar Verdunkelungsrollos. Das Essen ging leider gar nicht. Zum Abendessen hatten wir den Insalat caprese, dieser bestand aus nur einer Tomate, einer Kugel Mozzarella sowie ein paar Blättern Rukola. Dafür 12€,übel. Das Frühstück war auch dürftig, Rührei nur aus Eiweiß und grau angelaufene Salami, die auch so schmeckte. Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen

Muito feliz com tamanha recepção. Ótimo atendimento dos empregados, quarto devidamente limpo e organizado, total cuidado e preocupação com os hóspedes. Não só recomendo, como voltarei para que meu meu noivo tenha oportunidade em conhecer. Pois estava a trabalho e não pôde ter comigo e com meus amigos. Nota 10/10 em todos os aspectos.

The hotel was not apologetic for having no WiFi. The room was too small and should have had a smaller bed. The Television was on top of the wardrobe. The breakfast was basic with a poor selection and stale bread

Only a one night stay. The hotel was ok. Room had very tired and old decor, in complete contrast to the hotel lobby. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. My main issue with the hotel is out of their control. Walking access from arrival at the station is via a long pedestrian and cycle underpass under the road and station. It’s a bit hard to find at first, and I didn’t feel safe walking alone through it. It was my personal feeling as a solo traveller. However, the Marghera area that the hotel is in was lovely. I used the local shops and cafes, everyone was very friendly.

Shower barely worked which was better than the wifi which didn't work at all. Also cancelled my booking a couple of days before I was due to arrive. Worked it out and stayed there anyway, hotel sent several emails advising of a higher price. Did not pay it because we had already booked and paid in advance. Many other places to choose so do yourself a favour and choose one of them.

Great location for the train (like 3 mins of walking) but the facilities was a little bit old and not in good shape. They closed the A/C 1 week before our stay but the temperature was 22-23 celcius outside so it was like 30 in the room. We talked with the lady at the reception and she did everything for an accomodation. They transfered us in a new room with fresh air (doors open in the room) but we slept with musquitos. Maybe the A/C needs to stay open a little bit longer for comfort of the guests... The breakfast was ordinary and the coffee machine delivered cappucino with powder milk. It was not good coffee...

Rooms are clean , slightly small , only downside was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Free breakfast was fantastic, good range of choice. Checkout quick and easy . Area feels a little industrial, but as a few bars abs eateries close by the hotel.

Nice hotel with the excellent breakfast and great location to the transportation. The main issue that we experienced is the customer service. I don't know if this is in Italian culture or the staff is impatient when providing the services. The tone, the conversations, reactions give their guests feeling of the favor toward them and definitely should be not expected from 4 stars hotel.

When we first arrived we had two rooms. My room with my husband was having some major aircon issues and it was a hot day, so it was beyond boiling. After finally getting someone up there to help us over an hour and a half we were being ‘upgraded’ to a room whose aircon also didn’t work. It wouldn’t drop below 24/25 degrees. Sweating and hot, uncomfortable on a concrete bed. I wrote to the hotel manager with photos of the temp at 3:30am and 4:30am. We had to leave at 8am for our tour the next day. By 2:30pm I still had no reply. So I contacted the hotel and Hotels.com to say we wanted to check out 1 night early due to the lack of assistance, communication and lack of comfort.It was unacceptable to have no response for nearly an entire work day and we understand we had missed check out for that day, but wanted to check out the next day at least Hotels.com contacted the hotel and we were declined. I then replied several times to Hotels.com and the hotel managers email CC’d on every occasion. The hotel not once emailed me wanting to resolve the issue. When I finally got back to the hotel to speak to the manager he ‘proudly’ stated he had been there since 9am to discuss this with me when I came to the desk. I left at 8am!! You can’t write a simple email to state you wish to address my concerns when I come down His attitude, so pompous, lacking in customer service. They even laughed while I walked away to the elevator. Beds rock hard, aircon crap, staff revolting. Avoid!

Location very convenient and close to bus & train station, only a 5 minute walk using the underground pass. Staff were friendly and helpful at check-in , easy and room was available on time. Rooms are clean , slightly small , only downside was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Free breakfast was fantastic, good range of choice. Checkout quick and easy . Area feels a little industrial, but as a few bars abs eateries close by the hotel.

Das Hotel war fußläufig vom Bahnhof in 5 Minuten gut erreichbar. Die Lage würden wir trotz Bahnhofsnähe als ruhig bezeichnen. Der Eindruck von Außen zeigt einen "Altbau" mit der Hotelbeschriftung und direkt daneben ein neuer wirkender größerer Gebäudekomplex. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, kurzfristig etwas auszudrucken sowie ein Babybett zu bekommen war kein Problem. Das Zimmer war ein Dreibettzimmer mit zusätzlichem Babybett und es war trotzdem genug Platz für drei Personen incl. Gepäck und Kinderwagen. Die Lobby und die Aufzüge (alles in dem neueren Gebäudeteil) waren ordentlich und sauber. Unser Zimmer befand sich jedoch im Altbau. Der dortige Flur sowie die Zimmertüren waren in einem schlechten Zustand, der Teppich wurde zwar gesaugt aber er war über die gesamte Länge mit großen und kleinen Flecken übersät und sah somit sehr dreckig aus. Das Zimmer selber war ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, im Fußbodenbelag fehlten einige Stücke, die Duschwanne war an mehreren Stellen oberflächlich gerissen und die Einrichtung war ziemlich altmodisch. Trotzdem war es sauber und es ließ sich dort sehr gut schlafen. Es gab sogar Verdunkelungsrollos. Das Essen ging leider gar nicht. Zum Abendessen hatten wir den Insalat caprese, dieser bestand aus nur einer Tomate, einer Kugel Mozzarella sowie ein paar Blättern Rukola. Dafür 12€,übel. Das Frühstück war auch dürftig, Rührei nur aus Eiweiß und grau angelaufene Salami, die auch so schmeckte. Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen

The hotel is close to the train station, from where you can easily get to any destination in Italy and abroad. Getting to the hotel from Marco Polo Airport is very easy. Getting to the hotel from Marco Polo Airport is very easy. A comfortable but inexpensive express bus will take you directly to the train station, and you will walk 1 block to the hotel. This can save you a lot of money. The pharmacy is 1 block away, the supermarket is 2 blocks away - everything is within walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They will help you with directions, store your luggage in a locker while you wait for your room to be prepared, and you will leave your room key with them while you enjoy beautiful Venice. The premises are modest and a little dated, but all the equipment (AC, TV, shower, toilet, taps, lifts, etc.) works well. The room is clean and functional. In the morning we enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant. The restaurant has two working coffee machines and two juice dispensers so there are no queues. In my opinion, the choice of hot dishes was limited, but there was a lot of fruit, tomatoes, cheeses, ham, bread, pastries and other types of food. This hotel's location is perfect! There is a bus stop practically in front of the hotel, that takes you to Venice in 12 minutes. The railway station is just a block away, which gives you access to the whole country, if you choose to do day trips by speed train. In the railway station there are car rental offices, if you choose to rent a car to do day trips. There are supermarkets within walking distance, too, if you prefer to get your fresh fruit etc. We could not have chosen a better hotel for our particular vacation, that involved not only visits to Venice, but also to the Dolomites and lakes in the North of Italy, as well as other cultural cities in Veneto.

The hotel is very close to the train station so if you’re arriving or leaving by train it’s very convenient. It is a fair distance from Venice island but there is a bus stop only a short walk from the hotel and a direct bus to Venice so you can be there in about 20 mins.

Hôtel très bien situé à 5 min de la gare à pieds pour se rendre à Venise Chambre très propre et lit très confortable Par contre nous étions 2 couples nous avons pris une chambre Deluxe et nos amis une simple il n'y a aucune différence sauf le prix Il y a 2 passages souterrains pour se rendre à l'hôtel à pieds Ne pas prendre celui à l'extérieur de la gare très mal fréquenté surtout à 1 h du matin mais celui dans la gare sous les quais Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel lors d'un nouveau séjour à Venise

Close from train station. Breakfast was good as well. If you have a Venezia city pass, you can take city bus from airport to Mestre Station or opposite way. It takes 25 -30 minutes. Isle carpet is very old, it need to be change.

The room was too hot, apparently they only have one system to use. There's no way to control the temperature of the room. The window can only be opened up to a few inches. We felt like we were in a sauna! If you like heat...this hotel is for you. Free breakfast is ok, but could have used a toaster for the bread, you'll find better coffe outside. No complaints about the staff.

Diese Unterkunft wurde für eine Nacht gebucht als Zwischenstopp in Venedig. Das Kriterium zur Buchung war die Nähe zum Bahnhof, die wirklich top ist. Das Zimmer war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet & erfüllte seinen Zweck. Allerdings wäre die ein oder andere Renovierung mal fällig. Aber es war zumindest sauber. Internet & auch der TV funktionierten leider nicht, aber für eine Nacht aushaltbar. Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend und vielfältig bestückt.

The location is great near the station if you want to go to into Venice or to other towns. It's also walking distance to centre of Mestre which is also worth a look. The breakfast was great for Italian standards and coffee was also good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was fine but would benefit from a little TLC. For the price I paid I was happy.

Excellent room, clean, comfy and well working air conditioning. Location near the Mestre train station gives easy access to Venice, by train and bus. The only negatives for us was the breakfast that just had all the cheapest stuff, like very cheap diced sausage instead of bacon and filtered water with fruit sirup instead of real juice. However good croissants and coffee came to the rescue.

Everything was great the only problem I would say which isn’t real a fault of the hotel but you had to go through a sketchy underground walking path to get to the more lively side of metre/trainstation, fine in the day but uncomfortable at night.

Great location about 3 minutes from the train station, very good for travelling into Venice which was €1.50 on the train and took about 12 minutes with trains leaving every 10 minutes, Staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel while we took a boat trip around the islands Easy to get the No15 bus from outside of the station to the Airport Definitely recommend the MARCIANO PUB MARGHERA about 5 minutes walk away from the hotel
