Ambiente acogedor, instalaciones muy buenas el único detalle no tiene estacionamiento propio hay que pagar pension

El dia que llegamos nos dieron una habitación sucia, ropa de cama y almohadas olian a suciedad, desde que abrí la habitación un olor terrible a caño. Nos cambiaron la habitación, pero la primera impresión fue ésa!!! Poca atención en la limpieza. Las amenidades también les hace falta atención, el jacuzzi y la alberca muy frias. Muchas restricciones poca atención.

Excelente vista de la propiedad , pero a pesar de ello me tocó una habitación que no tenía nada de vista (estaba tapada) y no me la cambiaron Muy buena alberca y jacuzzi ,nos encantó El hotel en general es muy bonito pero sí falta hacer remodelación a las habitaciones , hay que considerar un punto muy importante Ya que no cuentan con aire acondicionado (lo cual es indispensable y básico hoy en día para un hotel) Lo que me gustó mucho es que también va incluido el desayuno ,y muy bueno Por cierto , muy buena atención en general , nada más hay que considerar esos puntos antes mencionados Gracias por la estancia

Es un lugar bonito con buena vista de la ciudad. El personal es amable. Lo malo es que el agua de la alberca es muy fría y no hay elevador, algo que, por la ubicación del hotel es negativo.

No existe estacionamiento como tal y te recomiendan una pensión con cargo extra

El lugar increíble, lo que no me gusto es que el estacionamiento tiene un costo extra y demasiadas escaleras para subir, en general el hotel muy recomendable la vista es increíble, el personal amable y las habitaciones acogedoras y limpias. Sin duda volveremos a alojarnos 🤗

Lo único malo es el estacionamiento, de ahí en más perfecto

Estuvo increíble además que cuentan con venta de alcohol y esta increíble. Lo unico que les faltó es climatizar la alberca porque estaba muy fría, pero aun así la pasamos excelente. Si volvería a hospedarme y por mas tiempo.

Súper recomendable, me gustó mucho el hotel, la comida muy rica, precios accesibles y bebidas muy ricas a buen precio y muy amables todos!! El jacuzzi muy rico y el sauna también, la piscina no es climatizada pero estuvo muy disfrutable todo.

El baño de las habitaciones está en pésimas condiciones y las sábanas están sucias!!!!

The staff at this hotel are amazing. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The views from this hotel are amazing. Surprisingly good wifi. Everything else is average at best, unfortunately. It's not a high end hotel but even for a modest hotel, the constant smell of sewage from the bathroom and the sink is kind of unforgivable. It's also got really poor sound isolation so on Saturday night, we were awake in bed, with all the other loud guests who were running and screaming in the halls until 3am. The lack of water pressure, very little hot water and dirty looking clean towels and sheets are unappealing. The breakfast buffet is not good. Fortunately, town is very close by, is very beautiful and you can get really good food and coffee there.

La construcción y fachada muy bonita, pero.... las habitaciones están descuidadas y faltas de mantenimiento. Muebles viejos y desvensijados, cortinas en mal estado, baños con olor a drenaje, regaderas muy ineficientes, excusados sucios(se ve que los lavan sólo por encimita), almohadas duras.

El lugar increíble, lo que no me gusto es que el estacionamiento tiene un costo extra y demasiadas escaleras para subir, en general el hotel muy recomendable la vista es increíble, el personal amable y las habitaciones acogedoras y limpias. Sin duda volveremos a alojarnos 🤗

Tuve un par de inconvenientes, la habitación que me asignaron no estaba arreglada, las camas desatendidas y un calcetín. Tuve que esperar unos minutos. Aque asignaran otra habitación. El agua en la regadera no salía de la llave caliente, después de un buen rato salió agua caliente pero la presión era muy baja. Mejoren esos aspectos ya que el hotel es lindo y tiene una vista increíble.

Si quieres descansar, este no es el lugar para eso, tiene demasiadas escaleras y todo se escucha. La comida no es buena y les hace falta mucha limpieza.

Es cómodo , falta un poco de remodelación alas habitaciones, y que la alberca esté un poco más climatizada el agua 💧

Alberca muy fría , en este tiempo hace mucho calor y no cuentan con aire acondicionado en las habitaciones

Demasiado austero!!! Le faltan muchos detalles de mto , solo por decir , no fue posible que no pusieran una canaleta para las bajadas de la tele!! Increíble Las vajillas del desayuno!! Me sentí en escuela , seminario etc!!

Es muy bonito, lo único malo es que la luz de las habitaciones están muy opacas

Me gusto la atención del personal en general recepción restaurant, excelente servicio, la habitación bien, fue un poco difícil las escaleras para subir a la habitación, pero fuera de eso, todo bien, pero el personal, los felicito, principalmente recepción y restaurant el desayuno muy bien básico, pero sabroso

If you want to save money go for it. If you are used to living in these conditions then you will be fine. It’s extremely loud and noisy. From dogs barking all night to hearing people at all hours of the night. The hotel is located on the outskirts from the center of the city. Has good view of the city during the day. Hot nights with no A/C. My biggest complain is the rude receptionist or receptionists at the front desk. This is the only reason why I won’t be back there. Get a better service elsewhere!

Las habitaciones les hace falta más atención Las instalaciones está muy bonitas e integras, el personal muy amable & agradable, el desayuno está pasable, sin embargo la comida del menú está rica, en el bar las bebidas & comidas muy agradable rico

False Advertisement, Publicidad Falsa! Property too far from city center not a 14 min walk. Hotel located on top of a hill with a very hard walking incline to access the Hotel. Not recommended too families with children, staff is not knowledable and not willing to help! I cancelled & was charged the full amounts per room! Staff hangs up the phone when calling for help. Worst experiance ever!

A NIGHTMARE. Im a solo female American traveler who will never be the same after what i experienced at this hotel. I booked a room at Hotel 1988 for 3 weeks. I was 10 days in & everything was going fine, when just before 6 am on July 11, 2022, two unhuman looking individuals tried to force their way into my room after first unlocking the simple pop lock on the door. Did they have a key?? Who knows, but luckily i had the door barricaded being cautious knowing the times we live in, or they would've gotten in. The hotel staff did NOTHING. I believe they were actually complicit in whatever had taken place. The police were called, and I was treated rudely & then asked by the woman hotel manager to leave the hotel. I had paid over $1,000 usd to stay there, and they would'nt refund me anything, or even give me 1 hour on their patio to make other last minute accommodations at another hotel. The police went into my room, took photos of a few of my personal belongings, against my wishes, God knows why, threw them in a trash bag, not even letting me pack my own stuff, and then shoved me down several flights of stairs to the exit. I could not BELIEVE I was being treated like a criminal for no reason when my own safety had just been compromised by the near break in of my hotel room at Hotel 1988. The entire situation was highly dangerous & suspicious. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. AT ALL.

Amazing view of the city. City centre approximately 20 minutes walk but on the way up it is up hill so can take longer.

Complicados los accesos, pero fuera de eso, todo perfecto

Es un Hotel a las afueras de la ciudad, al lado oriente fácil acceso, está en desniveles hay que subir muchas escaleras, pero te otorga una vista muy bonita de mirador, es agradable, buen desayuno, les falta un poco de atención en restaurante, pero en relación precio servicio está muy bien, el detalle malo es que te quieren cobrar estacionamiento

Hotel bueno, solo que su estacionamiento es una rampa y esta en lugar alto de la ciudad

Es mi segunda visita, la primera vez quedé encantada pero esta última uy no, la comida me hizo daño, tanto la cena como el desayuno, no hay muchas opciones para comer, incluso el agua sabía agria, no vayan en temporada de vacaciones, la gente que va es súper maleducada, llegan en la madrugada casi gritando en los pasillos, se satura la piscina y no salen de la tina de hidromasaje
