The property is nice and clean. Great place for event. Close to metro ( one stop away to Amsterdam central) . Breakfast was nice. Staffs are friendly. The only downside is no stores or restaurants around the area. Theres two restaurants on site. The next door casino has restaurant but does not allow minor to enter.

Stayed here for the F1, Hotel was very close to the train station allowing us to get to Zandvoort and back every day with ease. Hotel itself was nice, clean and modern. Rooms of a generous size. Only downside is the car park was pretty poor, multiple people double parked and most spaces seem to have an A/C tube above the spaces meaning you can’t reverse back far enough and can’t open your boot

We stayed here for 3 nights and overall liked the hotel a lot. Staff was really nice, rooms were adequate and clean with a comfy bed. We asked for extra pillows as I am pregnant and they happily brought extra along with an extra towel for my hair. The only issue we had was with the parking so if you do plan to bring your car, be mindful that it is unlikely you will find parking at the hotel. We arrived on a Thursday night and there was none which caused a bit of a challenge trying to find elsewhere to park as the P+R was not an option either. When I reached out via email prior to arrival, they advised no need to reserve but there were 2/3 of the lot empty and marked as reserved. The staff was really great and helped us through an alternative plan the next day once I made the issue known so I appreciate the resolution. The metro is about a 5 min walk as well which was nice to head into city!

The front desk lady was amazing, but the service at the restaurant is awful. Server are super rude and not polite. Also the menu is very poor, just a few plates and divided in lunch or dinner, so if you go like at 3:30 pm and want to eat a Bolognese pasta you can’t because they only have that plate available at dinner time.

El hotel se ve muy bien por fuera, por dentro una terrible experiencia. Yo tengo fobia por los insectos, lo primero al llegar salió un bicho por debajo del clóset, lo único q hicieron es mandar a alguien a recogerlo, no quisieron dar otra habitación hasta el otro día pero todo el hotel estaba lleno de insectos, el elevador, muy malas condiciones de mantenimiento en general, la primera noche no pude dormir y ya en la otra habitación sin deshacer la cama mejor para evitar picaduras. Obvio fue uno de los peores descansos por 4 noches que he tenido en un hotel que supuestamente garantiza condiciones de higiene y control de plagas!!! Lo único bueno era el desayuno, espero la cocina no estuviera igual que el resto del hotel, bajo esa perspectiva definitivamente no vale lo que cuesta. Bien comunicado, eso sí, a una estación de Amsterdam Central y cerca del aeropuerto. Si tienes fobia a bichos como yo, mejor busca otra opción que te garantice no pasar malos ratos.

Mooi hotel. Goed ontbijt. Jammer van het feit dat er overal vloerbedekking ligt met grote koffie en thee vlekken en dat deze niet gereinigd wordt. In de badkamer vlekken van zeepresten en wat schimmel tussen wand en vloer.

Downstairs is really nice. Lovely breakfast. The room though wasnt clean, stains all over the side tables of the bed, had marks on the panels in the bathroom . Loud fan going off all night and a tap noise coming from the bathroom 24/7. No tea and coffee in the room. Pillow were awful, the worst ive ever had on a bed. The faff with the new online check inn screens isnt worth it. If the ppl behind the counter have to show everyone how to use it then whats the point? The transport links to the centre are great. But i dont think id stop here again

Personnel accueillant et à disposition, j'ai été upgradé vers la chambre supérieure. Par contre l'hôtel n'est pas propre : moquettes très tachées partout, des planches à repasser et fer qui restent pendant 2 jours dans le couloir, des capsules de bouteilles dans les couloirs non ramassées en 2 jours, chambre pas très propre à l'arrivée et vieillissante : taches sur les volet, mobilier abîmé, lit extrêmement mou, savon pour le corps vide. J'avais demandé le matin à 8h30 que la chambre soit faite entre les 2 nuits car pas propre à l'arrivée, ils ont frappé à 18h le demandant s'ils devaient faire la chambre... Je trouve donc le tarif trop élevé au vue de l'éloignement de la ville et pas en adéquation avec les prestations attendues pour un Radisson.

Wir haben einen Kurztrip nach Amsterdam unternommen. Das Hotel ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Das Frühstück ist ok. Der Zimmerservice bzw. Reinigung lässt extrem zu wünschen übrig. Sauberkeit so lala und Betten machen war ein Graus. In der Dusche war der Behälter des Conditioners defekt. Er wurde in der gesamten Zeit nicht repariert (Pumpe war defekt). Das Hotel schreibt sich auf die Flagge umweltfreundlich zu sein, benötigt man jedoch eine Taxe soll man 1 Stunde warten. Das geht gar nicht. Man sollte entweder den Anbieter wechseln oder Kompromisse anbieten. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis passt bei diesem Hotel leider nicht.

The staff were great, common areas clean. They provided us extra towels and pillows because there wasn’t enough plus an ironing board. No customer service concerns. The room was a little sterile but clean. We had a queen but it was two single beds stuck together. It wasn’t very comfortable and there was a groove in the middle because of the adjoining beds. Close to transit, super convenient!

I had a nice stay at Park Inn but not able to give 5 stars. When I wanted to check-in, the person (man) at reception was not spontaneous. He continued to talk with colleague, looked at other things and kept me waiting. This same man also kept me waiting when I wanted to collect my luggage at storage.

Such a lovely stay. We paid the 20euros for early check in and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our initial room did smell of cigarettes so when we went back to reception they couldn’t be more accommodating or apologetic. They upgraded our room and it was lovely. When talking with the ladies at reception I saw a bouquet of flowers and commented on how beautiful they were. The reception then arranged for petals to be put in our bedroom leading up to the bed. It was such a special thing to add to our already lovely trip. We were given towels on request too. The train station is less than a 5 minute walk away and if you go on the train rather than the metro it’s 1 stop into Amsterdam Central. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. All staff were lovely.

Check in to took me over 1 hour as I had to change my room 3 times. In the first one water didnt go down in the sink, then twice the key didnt work. They sent me to a new room twice and the key didnt work, with all the lughage, no one helped. Then they forgot the menu of one of us during dinner and we had to wait 30 min for the second plate.

Stayed here with my partner for a couple of nights. Location was great as the trams were directly across the road. I noticed that single beds were included in most rooms, however I asked if I could have a double bed and they were able to accommodate this. Staff let us put our bags in storage until we could check in, and also when we checked out. Great stay! Thanks

The location of the hotel is just next to the train station, 10 minutes and you will be in the city center. The check in checkout is all automatic which made it super smooth and easy, in 2 minutes all was done. The room is spacious, modern, clean, has a hairdryer, towels, mugs, tea and coffee, closet and a small desk. Very calm and clean, great hotel indeed. Highly recommended
