Place was awesome. , Amazing breakfast and staff. Only disappointment were the shuttle times did not align up with train time from villages to avoid the extra late hour charge from the hotel. Extra cost was disappointing.

Peaceful stay in this lovely and tastefully renovated property. The breakfast is excellent, with homemade jams and pastries, and local fruits, yogurts, cheese and ham. You can see surrounding hillside villages and birds calling back and forth. There is a convenient shuttle service into the town of Levanto, which we used to go out to eat at night and to catch the local train to Monterosso (a 10 min train ride).

The property grounds are very special, nature and immaculate grounds care. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, staff very attentive to all our needs and helped with laundry for a fee and shuttled us to the town to eat, to train station and back to our room. The room was immaculate and very comfortable.
