This place needs an update. The sliding bathroom door didn't have a stopper, so I slammed my finger between the wall and the handle . The wallpaper is curdling in places. The fitness room had one filthy and worn workout matt and all the equipment clearly needed a clean. The lobby smelled like old pasta and for some reason our floor smelled like steak. There are no pharmacy's or convenience stores within walkin distance so I asked for advil at the front desk and was charged $4.00 for a two pack . The front desk staff and wait staff were all terrific.

Only downfall is no parking unless you choose the valet parking additional $40. The lobby was on the 3rd floor. Not like a typical right when you walk in.

The parking information was a bit confusing. When they sent you an email saying you can now check in. And what/things you need to know..I strolled down and first thing i saw was, parking valet was $39.00 self park $25.00. So we dropped of the luggage and re-confirmed with the valet person, he’s said valet $49.00 Self park down the street $25.00. What he’s felt to tell you is, for the over night parking only. Otherwise, $25.00 each time you in and out the parking lot?

We had a very nice stay. This hotel was in a great central location, walking distance to a lot of nice places to eat and visit. The parking garage next to the hotel is only $6 for 24 hours on the weekend!

The staff was really nice. The room could have been cleaner. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling and the shower containers attached to the wall were falling off. Additionally, the mini-fridge has a 2 hour timer. There was no way (per the front desk) to have it stay on for longer than 2 hours. Ubers and cabs were easily accessible.

Had to have my room changed out because of the bed. Pulled back the sheets and it was like someone had walked all over the bed. Dirt all over it. Switched me to a lower-level room and refunded the difference of cost for the lower-level room but no compensation for the inconvenience.

Nice place to stay and in a great location. For a Westin I kinda thought the rooms would be a little nicer and cleaner? Lobby was really nice, but the room was pretty basic. Overall felt clean but there was just a little dust build up on the vents, cracked mirror, and mold? in the bathroom But overall can’t complain!!

The staff was extremely nice. It was a very nice hotel. Our room was clean, but when we walked in, it smelled like feet. Idk if that’s the carpet that needs to be washed but we had to spray our room with perfume so that it would smell decent so that was disappointing.

Decor around the hotel is lovely, especially the lobby. Bathroom needed some love. We stayed in room 636 and all shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were empty upon arrival. Also, the amount of mold in the shower corners and tracks was excessive and not cared for routinely.

Our check in was supposed to be at 3pm - we arrived at 4:15 and they said our room was not ready yet and would be about 10-15 minutes. They called us up saying our room was ready and when we got to the desk, the other desk attendant gave our room to someone else. We then had to wait another 30 minutes for our room to be ready. Also our tub/shower did not drain.

Room was clean and very comfortable. However, our air conditioning in the room wasn't working. We turned it all the way down to 60 and when we got in the room (it was already set at 68 and the room was 77 degrees) We left to go to a wedding and returned 10 hours later and the room was 78 degrees. It was well after midnight so we couldn't exactly notify the front desk or have it even be worth changing rooms at that point. For being such a new hotel, I would think that the air conditioning would work better.

Everything was great from arrival to check in. The only issue was there was no fridge in our room. We visited a near by restaurant, and brought our food back. There’s no microwave or fridge. However the shower was amazing and the bed super comfy! Peace and quiet. Checked out from the room via the television. Super easy

This is a very outdated hotel. Not what we would have expected from a Westin. We paid super premium rates bc of summer fest. It was a Deluxe room, which sounded nice. But it had the worst pull out couch for our kids and a view of the interstate.

We had to wait in the lobby for an hour and fifteen minutes. We were in town for a concert and wanted the room to get ready in before the show. I simply think it’s unacceptable to have to wait that long. Everything else was great.

We checked in at 4am due to our flights bracing diverted and delayed. After 16 hours of travel, we get to the hotel and had to wait 15-20 minutes for our room since she was doing a night audit. That’s lovely, they should have our keys ready for us at that time. Also, the over night girl dressed like she was homeless in pajiamas or something, definitely not WESTIN.

The hotel lobby and the rooms are beautiful. The Guest Service Specialists and Concierge were delighful! The bar staff and waiter we had were cold and indifferent. The restaurant has a nice esthetic; the food was good, not great. Overall, it's the people that make it for me and the people at Stella VanBuren have some work to do...

Got off to a great start but the experience with staff was not consistently excellent. Waited at least 5 minutes but closer to10 for the front desk to come out of the office to answer our question. The only reason she came was because we poked our head in the office where the young lady was on the phone having a personal call. She immediately dropped the call when she saw us and was very apologetic

This was a typical Westin, Well run. Great Service. Clean and modern. We had breakfast at the restaurant and late cocktails in the evening, service was perfect, selection of liqueur was excellent. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Location was good, many walkable restaurants nearby, but not the prettiest walk so we tended to drive. The valet parking does have in and out privileges and worked very well for us.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff was helpful and friendly and the location was perfect for a concert at the Summerfest grounds. We had a a cheeseburger and crab cake at Stella’s. Both delicious! Two different kinds of old fashioneds, excellent, and a lousy margarita.

Lost the warmth, for a luxury hotel it missed the mark, nothing included, the room average the bathroom door is a barn door which has no privacy and the food was terrible and the drinks so overpriced … elevator floors are confusing and the location of the check in area lost the welcome feeling. Wouldn’t recommend, there are other hotels in the area that will cater to your needs more than this place, employees just there for the job! Not satisfied
