The apartment was excellent - clean, well equipped, modern and very comfortable, located in a great spot handy for tje beach, the market and the cathedral. Parking nearby is easy and there are lots of supermarkets located within a few metres. The terrace is a bonus and checkin was quick, efficient and the guys on the desk very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Appartamenti nuovissimi, molto puliti e in condizioni generali eccellenti. La posizione è ottimale nel centro storico ma in una strada silenziosa: tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. L’accoglienza è eccellente e la signora alla reception ha superato le aspettative con una grande attenzione al cliente senza essere invadente, ci ha dato consigli utilissimi su dove mangiare bene. Ho apprezzato l’attenzione alla raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti, la possibilità del check in online e gli armadietti per il deposito bagagli.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, had shampoo and shaker gel. Laundry facilities with washer/dryer and soap and softener. Many restaurants and shops close by. The city is very safe and crime free as we were told by many people. Great city and weather.

Top Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung (ich hatte das Penthouse ganz oben). In der Beschreibung der Zimmer steht "schallisoliert" jedoch hörte ich Schritte und Gespräche meiner Nachbarn. Ansonste ruhig gelegen und umgeben von Tapas-Bars.

We loved everything about the property. It’s clearly been recently refurbished and everything has been very nicely done. The apartment is spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the windows double-glazed so it was very quiet at night, despite being not too far several bars and restaurants. Antonio gave us some very helpful tips for restaurants which we made good use of. The main sights and one of the beaches are little more than 10 minutes walk away. Having walked around most of the city, I would have to stay that the location of this apartment is little short of perfect. Also, the apartment and the building as a whole were very secure and the streets nearby, as elsewhere from what we thought, were very safe. Would highly recommend.

A nice discovery. Excellent info to get there, parking well organized even though not on premise. Highly helpful, nice lady at front desk. Room large, quiet, clean, with sofa and small well-equipped kitchen. Close to lots of stores, restaurants, attractions and beaches. We would return.

Our first visit to Cadiz a d we've fallen in love.We drove from Malaga and the directions to the apartment were easy to follow and once we'd dropped off our luggage we wete direced to a nearby underground car park which we'd prebooked via the apartments. Our apartment was beautiful and spacious and equiped with everything we could possibly need. Walk out of the apartment turn right and you're pedestrian street with a supermarket and some of the best restaurants we found ,infact the first one you encounter is amazin abd frequented by the locals.Amaxing service and the best tapas and reasonably priced. A shotr walk to beach and awondeful meander through the many narrow streets to the incredible fresh food market and then the cathedral. You'll certainly get your 10000 steps in wondering around these beautiful old streets in the morning and evening .
