Anytime in Vienna and you have an early flight the next day, this is your spot. Walkable straight to the terminal, decent bar food, clean rooms, friendly staff and they even have a decent gym. I was only there for about 10 hours but it’s the perfect answer. Highly recommended.

Moxy was very clean comfortable. It was an easy walk through a tunnel to the Vienna Airport Terminal. Unfortunately, the food options at Moxy are limited. There is a breakfast buffet and a small dinner buffet. All other food is grab and go. They do not have a restaurant. They do have a bar.

nice staff at first but room shower would not drain at - so bad i had to stop the shower half way not to flood them. nor would the sink. for it to get that bad how many staff ignored it? and when it was reported this should have resulted in more than thank you... a real brand would have refunded for this

I was just staying here because it was conveniently located for a crack-of-dawn flight the next morning. The checkin line was 25 minutes long and stretched twice around the (reasonably-large) lobby. The in-room Wifi for some reason couldn't connect to Austrian Airlines, which made online checkin for my flight trickier. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly, filling with water and with what looked like backwash. There's no phone in the room, as they say that they would rather connect with you human-to-human. So if there are any problems or even if you just want something from housekeeping I guess you have go back to the 25 minute line in the lobby?

The location was the best - our terminal was a quick 2 min walk across the street and it is a good option if you are staying just one night. Downsides: staff seemed overwhelmed at check in and it was rushed, the dinning option very limited for dinner - cold sandwiches and very limited buffet (cafeteria style) which was confusing because you paid by plate, food also average and very airport like, bar staff also overwhelmed - you get free drink coupon upon check in which is great but once we redeemed them, it was impossible to get staff's attention for an additional order ( which we paid for), room wasn't too clean - glass surfaces were dusty and there was a dead bug on carpet and long black hair (not ours) on the bed linens. The decor and vibe in the lobby was great, hotel concept as well and the venue has a big potential if staffed properly and upgraded the dinning options.

Pro: Check-in and check-out was fast and we get welcome drink coupon (for 1 cocktail/ mocktail per pax). Location is very convenient as we can just walk over to the airport. Good for one night stay/ transit kind. Con: We booked a family room for 4 which is not cheap (Me, husband and 2 teen boys). The family room we got was for wheelchair accessible kind, which means the shower area in the bathroom is open-concept with curtain only and that makes the whole floor very wet after bathing. There was also no kettle, cups or fridge in the room which makes it very disappointing.

No air conditioning only heating so way to hot even with the window open. Window only opens at the top. Nice hotel great vibe but to hot to sleep. We were in october so it was cooler outside. Summer would be impossible. Was room to store 2 bikes but if more than 2 bikes there may be issues of space as staff weren't to keen on bike storage

Ein Airporthotel im hippen Moxy-Style. Persönlich kann ich auf die allgegenwärtig wummernden Beats verzichten. Service an der Bar sehr gut. Check-in etwas schleppend. Zimmer sehr warm, da die Klimaanlage saisonal abgeschaltet ist und nur ein Fenster gekippt werden kann. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, da das Hotel per Tunnel vom T3 des Flughafens aus trockenen Fußes erreicht werden kann.

We arrived 11pm and very tired but had to wait almost 30 minutes to check in. There was a long line and the check in process was extremely inefficient. When it finally was my turn, it took almost 10 minutes to complete my check in process despite that I had prepaid everything. My receptionist was very nice and polite, but constantly got distracted by other customers and couldn’t keep the attention on running an efficient check in process for the very long line waiting. The rooms were alright albeit a bit small and the power outlet next to my bed didn’t work.

Ivan and the women at the desk were amazing as was the housekeeper. The room was spotless they helped me whenever I needed it. I will definitely stay again! And the juices and coffee and breakfast were amazing too

Very poor first impression - upon checking in I was made to wait despite 7 staff, including a manager, standing around having a meeting at the reception counter. They could clearly see me waiting yet none had the foresight or professionalism to break away and check me in.

The staff were polite but took forever to check in. I had to wait literally 1 hour 10 minutes to get the rooms. I booked two rooms and they couldn’t even put us on the same floor. We had rental car and figuring out the entrance where we can park and get down was not at all convenient. They don’t have parking! The rooms are overheated and it is 26.5 degrees Celsius currently in my room. The thermostat doesn’t seem to be working.

This hotel is perfect for a quick overnight layover in Vienna (like what we did). From the airport, you can literally walk through a tunnel that directly brings you to the front door of the hotel. Is there anything around it? No. Is it far from the city center? Yes. I would not recommend this for a long term stay, but absolutely perfect for anything quick.

For years i stayed at the NH hotel, but its too expensive to stay there now. This hotel is worth the extra 5 minute walk from the airport. Note, you can walk on the sidewalk or go via the underground walkway in cold weather.

Kind of location. It's the furthest hotel from terminal to walk and still paying almost $300 per night. I don't mind to walk, but there is still open area from the hotel, so when is pouring rain you get soaked wet. Wish they build some roof attached to rest of the tunnel. No garbage bin in the room. One is in the bathroom but it's Weird to go to bathroom all the times with a trash. No ice bucket -well no ice machine either🙄. Sure can go to the bar and ask for one but bartender is pretty busy with serving other customers so i dont like to bother and look stupid to ask for free ice bucket. I would even rather pay in the machine for ice then bagg for free one

A clean and comfortable property with great breakfast. They were kind to let me into my room early - what a miracle! Decor has a rather strange vibe - supposed to be hip but more like wild party. Would be GREAT if hotel could provide VERY specific instructions on how to get there through the tunnel from the airport. It was hard to find and I couldn't speak German so I got lost and ended up walking on street with lots of luggage and buses zooming by. But I found my way! Wish the front desk had instructions on how to get to the city center. I asked a couple of times - once the attendant brushed me off - but the next time someone was kind to write it down. Despite these challenges, I would choose this location again.

The hotel was OK once we found it. We booked it on Hotels.com because it was a short walk from the airport, where we had an early morning flight. When we arrived by train from Vienna it was not at all obvious how to find the Moxy, which actually was behind a large parking lot. Either Hotels.com or the Moxy should have send instructions about how to walk to it from the terminal since its key benefit is walking distance from the airport.

The room was clean, the location was convenient to the airport and train to the city center. Dinner was very good. We didn’t have breakfast as it was €23 which seems pricey. The pillows were horrible, huge and uncomfortable. We asked for smaller pillows and never heard back. Also, everything here costs extra i.e. water, coffee, tea. With Bonvoy we’re used to a different experience.

For such a basic hotel prices are extremely high. 180 Euro per night. Rooms are nice, location is convenient but 25 Euro for a ‘buffet’ breakfast, 12 Euro for a Panini in packaging….come on. Absolutely nothing is included on the high price ion rate. So, with a snack, breakfast the following day and a water bottle you’re hitting 220 Euro a night.

The property is conveniently located by the airport, and also shares a direct, connecting tunnel to walk to from the hotel and airport. Staff was friendly; decor was upbeat. We had a dinner at the hotel when we arrived. Food was a big disappointment as it was bland, cheap filler food, and overcooked. Having said that, the morning breakfast was a completely different experience. Breakfast was a simple offering of something for all tastes and or dietary needs. I would stay there again for future airport stays, but would avoid supper or dinner there.

Room was way too hot with no way to lower temperature except to open window; then the street noise was excessive. Did not sleep. No restaurant option for ordering dinner, only a very limited and unappetizing buffet
