We've been Four Seasons' enthusiasts and long time customers, staying in many of their properties around the word, however, the One Dalton Street does not align with the Four Season brand. It lacks on amenities, elegance, staff training and hospitality. It almost feels like it is not under Four Seasons' management. We will continue to stay at Four Seasons in the future, but definitely not on One Dalton Street location.

I didn't like the one on one restaurant. My table was so close to the table next to me that a skinny teenage kid could barely squeeze between tables to exit his table. My bench back was curved in a way that made it difficulty to sit comfortably for breakfast. This is because my table was squeezed into the end of a large curving bench. My chair back was came at a 60 degree angle rather than a flat chair back. The food was just OK. The towels in the room smelled like the ones I had from high school. It's like they were washed with no detergent. The water from the faucet and the shower was very weak. It just took longer to wash my hands and to shower resulting in no water savings.

Excellent hotel with impeccable, personalized service. We were here to celebrate a milestone anniversary and the staff we helpful, welcoming, and thoughtful. The rooms themselves are well appointed with all the amenities you could want and a mattress that rivals the one we have home. We will definitely return!

Superb and very helpful/friendly staff in all areas. Food in room service good if not great. Bedroom fine, minor issue with closing automatic curtains from bedside. Front desk staff very helpful with daylong shutdown of key card printing service. The same with 2 am emergency alert that had guests walking down staircases to lobby - 18 floors in this case. Happily it turned out not to be a major issue. While the facility is adequate for a luxury hotel, it is entirely the staff's work that makes a visit memorable (3rd stay).

Lawrence was very helpful at the front desk, staff members @ the pool and locker areas were fantastic - they worked morning and afternoon of Oct 15...credits to the Four Seasons brand. Zuma was wonderful - everyone I had contacted displayed the standards and spirit that Mr. Sharpe would be proud of.
