The experience was not good. My room wasn’t ready at 6:00 PM, and only after I expressed my dissatisfaction did the receptionist manage to find another room. However, I had to go through unnecessary stress because of this. Breakfast had very limited options — nothing à la carte, just a small buffet that didn’t justify the price being charged. As for the room, it was good, but nothing special. There were no small touches or amenities like chocolates, which are quite common in hotels of this level. Overall, the hotel experience was far below expectations.
