I arrived after hours so I called the number on the wall and was helped by a very nice guy who seemed like one of the farmers. There was only 1 other car parked and the place was a ghost town so if you are alone it may feel a bit strange. The shop is only open from 8-5 so I was hoping to get some food once I got there but it was too late. There is nothing walking distance from here so you will have to drive a short distance. The room was clean, large, updated, with a big balcony and good a good view. The door to the balcony could not lock and I let them know on the first day but it was not fixed by the time I checked out a couple days later. I came downstairs on the first day and I went to look at the market and no one was in this area and at one point there were two ladies that walked up to me and surprised me asking if they can help me. Felt like they thought I might have been trying to steal something and I told them I am staying here and just checking out the store. The breakfast was good and had a nice outdoor seating area. But the staff both days never seemed that friendly to me for some reason. This place is very close to the highway and it is on a hill so it was pretty loud as cars gunned it up the hill. The AC unit also clicks on loud and runs for about 5 minutes then clicks off then clicks on again loud. On the second night I used some ear plugs but felt a little noisy. So overall I had a few difficulties staying here but this was my own opinion.

The room and ensuite was large and nicely put together. The bed was very comfortable. The staff that I dealt with were super friendly and helpful. I loved the view from my room and also the market and little cafe on the main floor. I would definately stay here again.

We’ve stayed here 5 times over the past 5 years. Great breakfast in the cafe. Shopping in the market and the family owners are always so welcoming and kind! Easy to get anywhere in Kelowna from here.

Barb and her team were great. There was lots of parking close to the B&B, a great central location for travellers, big, comfortable rooms, and the breakfasts were amazing! The only thing I would have preferred is if the cafe / market had been open, but given I visited in January it makes total sense.

Nice ex-Indian heritage owners and friendly staff go to make the stay memorable. I guess the summer stay would be even more enjoyable, but we liked it and can recommend it. Huge room with fireplace. Large bathroom with tub and separate large shower. Almost a heritage quality place. Breakfast is included and healthy. Lots of free parking and a farm market in the property.

The room was large and clean and the owners were lovely. No complaints at all. One of the reasons we chose to stay here was because there was a coffee shop below however, it was closed for the long weekend and this was not advertised when we booked.

Beautiful property, friendly welcome and easy check in. The room was stunning, welcome binder gives you the tips on turning on the fireplace etc. So cozy and comfortable. Only issue was that it took a little bit of time to get hot water in the shower. Definitely would stay there again- thank you.

The rooms are very spacious and the building is super quiet. There's a great furnished balcony area so you can enjoy the view of Kelowna. Easy check in/check out process. Fabulous breakfast each morning. We'll be back again!

This property was lovely. The room was spacious and decorated lovely. I liked that there was cold water in the fridge and that the shower had full size bath products. The deck was fantastic and had a great view. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Kelowna. Thank you to the owner Barb and her family for a great experience.

Everything in the room was great. The only thing that was not good was that the room was very noisy from highway traffic. They could have invested in triple glazing to cut more of the highway noise. The breakfast was excellent.

Room was decent and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast was decent but surprised to only get 1 slice of bacon. We would stay there again except for the noise. The balconies off the rooms overlook the highway so it’s very noisy when you want to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine. If the highway wasn’t there, it would be a nice view.

We arrived Friday afternoon and were greeted by the family who checked us in. Our room was up 2 flights of stairs in a newer building and our suite was large with a city and lake view and a large private deck. The bathroom had a soaker tub and large shower. The room also had a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and the gas fireplace was very nice and added to the ambience!

Lovely family run B&B on the outskirts of Kelowna, perfect for our overnight stop on our road trip.

Overall it was a good stay. Some things to keep in mind: 1. There are two flights of stairs to get to the room so if you have mobility issues, this is not for you. 2. The highway faces the room an the windows are quite transparent (for sound) so expect a noisier night as cars and trucks travel the highway. On the positive side, there is a large balcony with an excellent view. You are close to stores etc. The Cafe breakfast is really good and the shop downstairs has a lot of great products, The room is large and spacious with a fridge, coffee and so on.

We’ve stayed here 5 times over the past 5 years. Great breakfast in the cafe. Shopping in the market and the family owners are always so welcoming and kind! Easy to get anywhere in Kelowna from here.

Barb and her team were great. There was lots of parking close to the B&B, a great central location for travellers, big, comfortable rooms, and the breakfasts were amazing! The only thing I would have preferred is if the cafe / market had been open, but given I visited in January it makes total sense.

This was a very lovely stay. The room was amazing. The bathroom spacious. The shower powerful! The included breakfast was excellent. It was located far enough out of town to be quiet and pastoral, and close enough to have easy access to main areas of Kelowna. A lovely, family run business.

This is definitely a hidden gem. The place is very beautiful, the room we stayed in was gorgeous! The staff is super nice and the food they serve is fresh and so delicious. The eggs benedict are the best I've ever had!! Prices are reasonable too. Will definitely be back!

It was amazing. The hosts were amazing until the last day we thought we were pushed out because the owner wanted to take the Monday holiday off. Breakfast was half the toast that we normally got, zero jam, and refused to give us a coffee refill until I protested.

Mostly quiet, aside from some minimal road noise. Very nice breakfast options, DELIVERY TO YOUR SUITE! No tipping :). The owner is just a great accomodating person. Would like to return when the weather is better.

The room was large and clean and the owners were lovely. No complaints at all. One of the reasons we chose to stay here was because there was a coffee shop below however, it was closed for the long weekend and this was not advertised when we booked.

Great room but the bed was not comfortable. Internet was very slow and I could not complete some online work that I was hoping to finish. Breakfast was good but a limited menu compared to the regular menu. Excellent cappuccino. Staff was good to deal with.
