Smeralda Flats

Property is located in Central so it is walking distance to the main Square. It’s clean and comfortable. The only negative thing I have to say about this property is the communication it is horrible. If you are arriving in late, there’s no one you can get a hold of. Their answering service is turned off. The instructions given how to open the BNB was not very clear. if you arrive late make sure you go through the back alley up the ramp and walk up to the door, there you will find the keys left in the key knob. I wish they would have given this instruction in the first place. So paid for 2 nights but only stay for 1 because I was not able to get into the place.

Nice apartment with plenty of space, ok kitchen but the hub was not working properly. Fast reply when we had any questions.

Place was great. A few things didn’t work well or didn’t work at all. But overall it was good

Stayed for a stopover before flight home and enjoyed the convenient location, close to shops & restaurants.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 nell’appartamento probabilmente più grande, siamo stati molto bene, appartamento spazioso con 2 bagni, 2 camere e terrazzo enorme! Esattamente nel centro di Olbia, ma con posteggi riservati, super comodo!
