Un hotel in un borgo alle porte di Città di Castello. La strada per arrivare è tortuosa e non illuminata e il parcheggio è ad un centinaio di metri dall'ingresso dell'albergo, ma il soggiorno ripaga assolutamente questi piccoli disagi: una struttura caratteristica dove le pietre e le travi a vista sono splendide, piscina e spa (in uso esclusivo, ma ovviamente a pagamento) e colazione ricca e completa. Ottima pulizia e grande cortesia del personale.

Stedet var en sand perle til ingen penge! Værelset var rigtig fint. Poolen var god, uden larm og med en flot udsigt. Vi er pilgrimsrejsende, så lokationen var også helt i top for os. Aftensmaden var desværre skuffende - gå med en pasta for at være sikker frem for secundi. Og så var spaen også noget dyr ift. hvad man fik.

Arredamenti e location bello e affascinante, il borgo in pietra fa il suo effetto, mi è sembrato però che la gestione è ancora ancorata a vecchie logiche, un esempio è stata la mancanza del disinfettante e la giustificazione "la titolare lo deve andare a comprare" (non hanno un ufficio acquisiti?!) o anche le grucce negli armadi che sembrano "recuperate dai negozi". La camera era un pò bassina e quindi fruibile per un terzo dei mq dichiarati. Non abbiamo usufuito della SPA, dalle foto ci siamo fatti illudere che fosse panoramica ma in realtà sono poster giganti. La colazione è un pò scarna e scomoda da usufruire. Una cosa è innagabile la struttura ha un enorme potenziale, penso che ci ripasserò nei mesi più caldi, inverno e giornate uggiose non sono il massimo.

Food in restaurant excellent with good selection of local wines and all at a reasonable price. Rooms varied but ones with a view best if available. Spa and indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool. Staff helpful. A small priceless part of local area. Worth staying here if in area.

Hotel is a true Borgo style with very friendly staff. Rooms are a good size and nicely furnished. Though they g do not offer coffee making facilities on the room all other tea making facilities are available on room. Beautiful dining and breakfast area with extensive views. Wait staff are friendly and provide excellent service - restaurant food of a high standard and incredibly well priced for such a property. Only drawback is parking which is a walk up/down slight slope but it’s Italy!! Already have friends booking it!

Wow! What a beautiful location, stunning hotel and the food was amazing. Couldn’t fault a single thing. The spa facilities were super clean and enjoyable as were the towels dressing gown and slippers provided a great extra touch. Perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Italian countryside.

Bella struttura in un borgo in pietra abbarbicato su un colle con una vista molto bella sulla vallata. Stanza spaziosa, pulitissima e letto comodo, anche se soffitto un po' bassino. Sono rimasto in po' deluso dalla colazione basica: vero che si possono spremere le arance, ma il cappuccino fatto con macchina automatica é ok, manca il bacon e il secondo giorno non c'erano neppure le uova.

Si tratta di un relais in un piccolo borgo in cima ad una collina. Si gode di una bellissima vista della vallata sottostante dalla sala da pranzo in cui è anche servita la colazione.Quest'ultima è abbastanza varia e si possono ordinare a parte piatti come uova strapazzate. Le camere sono ampie ed accoglienti. Molto apprezzabile che sono messe a disposizione a titolo gratuito delle bottiglie d'acqua. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Se cercate un posto tranquillo dove passare la notte durante le visite delle città vicine questo è certamente un posto da tenere in considerazione.
Si tratta di un relais in un piccolo borgo in cima ad una collina. Si gode di una bellissima vista della vallata sottostante dalla sala da pranzo in cui è anche servita la colazione.Quest'ultima è abbastanza varia e si possono ordinare a parte piatti come uova strapazzate. Un hotel in un borgo alle porte di Città di Castello. La strada per arrivare è tortuosa e non illuminata e il parcheggio è ad un centinaio di metri dall'ingresso dell'albergo, ma il soggiorno ripaga assolutamente questi piccoli disagi: una struttura caratteristica dove le pietre e le travi a vista sono splendide, piscina e spa (in uso esclusivo, ma ovviamente a pagamento) e colazione ricca e completa. Ottima pulizia e grande cortesia del personale.

Stedet var en sand perle til ingen penge! Værelset var rigtig fint. Poolen var god, uden larm og med en flot udsigt. Vi er pilgrimsrejsende, så lokationen var også helt i top for os. Aftensmaden var desværre skuffende - gå med en pasta for at være sikker frem for secundi. Og så var spaen også noget dyr ift. hvad man fik.

Bella struttura in un borgo in pietra abbarbicato su un colle con una vista molto bella sulla vallata. Stanza spaziosa, pulitissima e letto comodo, anche se soffitto un po' bassino. Sono rimasto in po' deluso dalla colazione basica: vero che si possono spremere le arance, ma il cappuccino fatto con macchina automatica é ok, manca il bacon e il secondo giorno non c'erano neppure le uova.
