Stayed 1 night

Exactly what you might expect for a service station motel, basically a bed for the night to rest in on a long drive. Sheets were clean and bed was comfy enough. Tea and coffee with kettle was perfectly fine. This hotel has no breakfast, but amenities nearby provide all that so easy to get breakie in the morning. The room I stayed in (26) could have done with a bit of a deeper clean. The fan in the bathroom was full of dust, and there was dust around the feet of the bed. Guessing a quick vacuum between guests, bed change and a simple wipe is all it gets? Water was not very powerful so didn’t attempt a shower, I was on my last leg so could wait until getting home anyhow. Good location for travelling down the M1, and cheap enough not to expect too much. Probably best to consider a 2 star hotel? No major dramas…
