Just love this place - comfortable, small, on sheep/cattle farm and so enjoyed their herding process. Bed comfy dinner and breakfast excellent Hot tub was delightful highly recommend oh, no tour groups !

Enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was particularly good. Staff helpful only issue was getting large bags up to third floor steep steps no assistance offered. Two older women were struggling more than us. Nice place , recommended

Really nice and special experience to stay at this farm. Good tasting «lava-bread» was kind of the best about it, and also the outside bath-tub (not bubbles). Too many mosquitos this summer, but nothing to do about that!

I have never stayed in a place like this before. We were asked to take our shoes off to walk around inside and the guests mingled in the common areas - it was all very cosy and friendly. Different sections had their own bathroom, so even though we had to share we only had to share with two other rooms. The rooms were roomy and had their own sink which was nice. Comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend Stong Guesthouse

Small, staff unfriendly. Cabin advertised with tv which was important to my brother for relaxing un the evening. It was broken, they were unapologetic. Restaurant advertised but its only made to order and you had to order ahead of time. Way off the beaten path.

The hotel management were kind enough to let us know about the possibility of an Aurora on the night of our stay and wow! We were lucky enough to witness this wonderful spectacle. The only drawback to this hotel is the 5km access road which is riddled with potholes.

Un peu à l'écart de Myvatn, en pleine nature, on s'est de suite sentis bien au milieu de ce cocon de verdure au calme. Le bungalow est très bien équipé et confortable.
