Everything at the property was very good until the boilers broke and we had no hot water for over 4 days. Other than this everything was good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Front desk personnel was very rude (man) We ask for do not disturb sign he said they don’t provide those signs if they needed to go in they will. I ask for an extra towel and give me attitude. Dog area is very very messy full of dog poop. No bags were provided.

They blamed an issue on a computer glitch. The manager said, " our computer system took all the rooms that were suppose to not be purchased into our available rooms list." Rooms were used that were assigned for deep cleaning. The room we were originally put in had feces on the walls of the bathroom and door. There was a lizard in the bathroom also. They reassigned us a room and it was better but very musty smelling. Needed to be aired out. I had to put a deposit on the room, $50.00...i was told by the night clerk to go to the front desk for a refund of my deposit upon checkout. The daytime clerk refunded me in cash and was suppose.to put it back on my card. She called me when i was already over 20 miles away and asked me if i could go back to fix their mistake. I would have had to drive back and then continue my trip adding at least 40 miles onto my route. Ridiculous! Gross, unorganized , and no compensation for the inconveniences of dealing with the filth, moving rooms or anything.

Black mold completely covering the top 1/3 of barthroom door frame. Musty smelling. Smoke detector battery chirping. Newish renovations apparent, but like putting lipstick on a pig. Gas was siphoned out of my vehicle overnight.

I had roaches in my room…they called the exterminator immediately but they shouldn’t have been there from the beginning. The staff members are VERY nosey. They all make it a point too look in your room as they walk buy especially the tall Mexican lady with black hair. She’s very unprofessional and needs too find a different career. No fridge, no microwave.

Came back to the room after work, around 6pm. Our beds were stripped and towels were gone, someone started cleaning the unit then just stopped and left? We had to go to front desk and get our sheets and towels to make our own beds

The bed was comfortable and it was quiet . BUT, the sheets had holes, the curtains had holes and the towels had holes. Im not sure when the last time the floor was washed. I found the last customers shampop on the floor behind the toilet. Oh, plus the table had recent food stains and thete were crumbs on the night stand. Oh, yeah the internet didnt work.

The security lock on the door was broken. Beds were too firm no fund of one night or deposit and room was clean just needed bed made and garbage of a few foam cups.

Staff was willing to work with me on my concern for the room I was installed at, got changed room 3 times do to problems with TV's in the building , but they were nice and respectful with me and resolved the problem

Nothing they gave us the wrong rooms one of them smelled like cigarettes and both were non smoking. Around where our room was a body was found and lady at front desk was smoking cigarettes inside hotel. Front desk lady was unprofessional and rude

Been at this location before and I have like it, but this time the front desk attendant was a little rude and didn't want to book me in 10 minutes before check in as soon I stepped out she attended some body else and booked this person in, I had reserved a room and couldn't get it because it was on a 2nd floor and I am disabled

Best Value for the Area most other hotels are $100 and up. $50 to be a stones throw away from those expensive hotels, and still get the same walkable dining options is awesome.
