Really nice room with a very comfortable bed. Very clean room. Unfortunately, I pucked up an ear jnfection from the pool. It did look a little dirty and I couldnt smell any chlorine but i took the fisk becsuse it was hot and was such a nice place.

Fantastic property. Lots of dining options and pools to choose from. Breakfast Buffet served up until 10.30am which was convenient. Only thing to note is that the pool at the Royal Cliff is only for their guests. This was not explained to us nor is it clearly advertised. There is a day spa and also a beautician / hairdresser called Beautique which is handy. Service by staff was helpful and friendly. However over the busy period of Christmas and new years I think it was under resourced so there was a wait for some services. The pool reservation sign is being ignored by guests so people are leaving towels and items on seats to reserve and other guests missing out. The pool towels ran out because guests were taking more than their assigned 2 towels per room per day. The cafe downstairs in the lobby was understaffed - coffee to go orders took forever, consider over busy periods having more staff.

One of the best hotel resort I’ve stayed in. Everything was perfect. The room, the views, the pool, the gym and the private beach. Even the WiFi was fast! I lost my Apple Watch and the staff were able to find it. The infinity pool is amazing with the glass bottom. The water was a little cold. I wish the seafood restaurant on the beach was less expensive. I love that the pool lounge chairs and cabana were opened and didn’t need reservations. We got the mini suite sea view room. If you want to see the sunset get the ocean view. Make sure you don’t miss the sunset! I will definitely come back again!

It is a group of hotels sharing a wide range of facilities on its own peninsula. It is fairly easy to get taxis into the centre of Pattaya. Fantastic swimming pools and sun terraces with private beach and beautiful views out to sea. Spacious rooms and staff very keen to help in any way they can. Everything about Royal Cliff is absolutely stunning. The views are unbeatable, the pool is beautiful and the service is amazing. My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. Everything else was phenomenal but the smell truly was a problem. Staff were kind and helpful but there didn’t seem to be a real solution to this issue.

We were looking forward for this stay and the welcome flowers and wine promised a lot but unfortunately we encountered few major problems and we couldn’t see the hotel staff coming forward to help in resolving or addressing the issues. Bottom line we experienced poor customer service. Here are some of the issues the hotel must improve: 1. Room found to be with very dirty floor (see video) 2. On the outdoor infinity pool we spotted worms on the water edge (see video) 3. The room is worn and had better time 4. The water jammed in the bath sink

Ménage très moyen dans la chambre, avons trouvé un cafard. Grande chambre agréable. Petit-déjeuner bon et varié. Piscine magnifique avec superbe vue sur la mer. C’est vraiment l’atout de cet hôtel. Et personnel sympathique et aimable, en particulier le lifeguard qui est très prévenant.

シーサイドビューの景色は素晴らしい。静かな地域にあるホテルなので、街中からの移動は全てBoltを利用したり、レンタルバイクを利用しなければならない。ホテルの階高は古いホテルの為、低い。設備も全体的に古い。プール、ジムなどの設備は良いと思います。プライベートビーチはゴミが多く、もう少し清掃した方が良いと思う。

The property is very secluded from the busy side of town, which was nice. However the hotel rooms are old and rundown. This palce would have been nice back in the 90's, however has lost its touch a bit. The dining options are horrible, however the breakfast is very nice. The rooms and lobby areas smell like wood, old aging wood.

Been 27 years since I last stayed, and I was so pleased to see the standard is still 5* plus. Amazing food, amazing breakfast, and one of the best swimming pools found in Thailand. The room is lovely and spacious, and the bed is soft uncomfortable.

Huge hotel resort with lot of bars and pools and an amazing view. The downside is that the hotel is not really modern. It’s an old building and the rooms are really noisy. Particularly you can hear everything that’s happening around you from late night and early in the morning. The food when the prepared very nicely expectations not met.

Bra läget lite utanför Pattaya Centrum men gå snabb att åker ditt med taxi. Incheckningen tog alldeles för långt tid, gissar på ca 30 minuter. Rummen är trevliga och housekeeping gör ett bra jobb. Frukost buffén är oorganiserat och kvaliten är med tanke på priset tyvärr inte godkänt enligt mig ( 30 års erfarenhet av hotel och restaurang). Personalen på hela hotellet är väldigt vänlig och serviceminded.

Great hotel and awesome staff. You truly feel welcomed. Top notch pool areas (Infinity pool), cabanas, lounge chairs etc. A lot of restaurants and golf cart to take you to gym and tennis. Little minus for town access, you have to go thru beach. Also Pattaya City is always a ride away. Great for chilling out and enjoying relaxed atmosphere but not very vibrant hotel and location.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold og nød havudsigten fra både pool og værelse. Personalet var enormt imødekommende og venlige hele vejen igennem. Vi kunne bestille mad og drikke overalt på hotellet med vores mobil og det var rigtig godt. Der ligger flere hoteller fra samme firma sammen og de har besluttet sig for at hegne hele området ind, så det bliver resort agtigt. Fint nok, men det gør det vanskeligt at forlade området for at gå ned i byen… lidt fjollet når der faktisk er en port lige foran hotellets hovedindgang som kun ligger 100m fra byens “centrum”. I stedet skal man køre / gå en omvej på flere kilometer. Eller forcere en stejl faldefærdig trappe og gå via stranden (svært med en baby). Fjollet og dårligt for miljøet, når man bliver tvunget til at køre i bil, men let kunne have gået selv. Morgenmaden var international, hvilket var spændende og lækkert. Jeg havde nok foretrukket flere thai retter end kinesiske og indiske. Thaimad er jo bare fantastisk. Vi kommer igen når I får åbnet porten for jeres gæster, så det bliver nemmere at komme ud i byen.

Great view and clean room and facility. The room service food was so good I didn’t need to go out some days. Staffs were nice and very accommodating. The noise was a bit loud outside but it was during the festival season so I understand. Overall a great experience, would come back again.

The staff, amenities, and pool were absolutely perfect—everything exceeded expectations. The room service and the Indian restaurant were exceptionally delicious. A special thanks to the front staff for recommending the Indian restaurant! However, the food at the poolside restaurant was a bit disappointing and could use some improvement. Overall, very satisfied. Will definately come back. Thank you!

Great hotel, amazing pools, very capable staff. Alcohol was very expensive, used vendors on cosy beach, would have much rather had drinks round the pool. Alot of people on seminar crazy crowded breakfast. Def stay again.

The breakfast buffet was second to none. I had little hope for the buffet after the first night's dinner was somewhat of a disappointment but overall, I would eat breakfast there every day. The staff were always respectable and professional and helpful. The ease of access for room service as well as all the other services was impeccable. I would definitely recommend this property as I would love to visit again.
