Très bonne expérience dans cet hébergement. L'hôtel est splendide, bien entretenu, toutefois, pour un 5 étoiles la chambre est très standard et manque de prestations. Buffet sympathique mais on a vite faite le tour dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de plats traditionnels. La plage n'est pas à côté mais une navette est disponible de 8h à 22h30 ce qui est un vrai plus pour se déplacer. Manque d'animations le soir et surtout d'animations typique du pays. Le plus c'est qu'il dispose d'une terrasse Adults Only ce qui est super pour les couples et l'hôtel dispose dans parc aquatique idéal pour les enfants et les grands enfants. L'équipe est bienveillante, aux petits soins c'est top. Bref très bonne expérience je recommande cet hôtel.

Amazing Aquapark, I didn't see any similar in size and variety like this one actually it has all what you can imagine, great fun for adults, kids and infants. Great Buffet with lots of varieties and new dishes every day. The beach bus service is very convenient and the beach is a lot of fun with clean crystal water and a nice coral reef with an amazing collection of fish. I recommend it 100% and will love to come back again for sure

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Aquaviva Hotel. Diesmal war es sogar noch besser. Das Animationsteam ist gewachsen und sorgt für richtig gute Stimmung, bleibt dabei aber immer nahbar und freundlich. Pool & Anlage: wie immer top. Essen: super Qualität, riesige Auswahl. Nur abends oder nachts gibt es nichts mehr, und die Beschaffung von Essen und Getränken war teils unglücklich organisiert. An der Balkonbar hat es an drei mal nicht geklappt, ein Getränk zu bekommen. Empfehlung: "Wer zu erst kommt, malt zuerst", statt Münzenwerfen. Sonst könnten sich Gäste hintergangen fühlen. Schade. Zimmer: sauber, modern, sehr angenehm. Service: deutlich verbessert – das Personal wirkt durchweg motiviert und aufmerksam. Lage: etwas entfernt vom Strand, aber das Hotelangebot gleicht das mehr als aus. Familienfreundlichkeit: hervorragend. WLAN: stark verbessert, hier hatte ich bei den letzten Besuchen immer negatives Feedback geben müssen. YouTube in niedrigerer Qualität nun kein Problem mehr, auch Urlaubsfotos oder Clips für Angehörige. Fazit: Volle Empfehlung. Kleine Abzüge bei der Organisation von Essen und Getränken, sonst perfekt. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Der Service und Kellner am pool (Mustafa) ist super. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Paradies für Kids, aquapark war richtig toll.

Hizmet ve personel cok ilgili ve yardimciydi, biz sadece yemek konusunda biraz sorun yasadik kullanilan baharatlar ve yemek lezzeti bize hitap etmedi ayrica cok zengin bir menu de goremedik. Bir de show ve animasyon konusunda biraz daha orijinal olunabilirdi, biz 14 gece kaldik 10 gecesinde ayni etkinleri gördük acikcasi biraz siradan ve sıkıcıydı. Ancak onun disinda havuzu, aquaparki ve temizligi son derece iyiydi. Cocuklarinizla guvenli ve saglikli bir tatil yapabilirsiniz, sadece yemek konusunda fazla umutlu olmayin. Onun disinda tercih edilebilir.

Un hôtel à la hauteur de nos attentes. Ayant séjourné en famille (avec deux enfants 5 et 3 ans), nos vacances furent fabuleuses. L'hotel est tellement grand, malgré le fait qu'il y ait beaucoup de monde on n'a pas l'impression de se marcher dessus. Les repas sont variés et très bons. Hôtel fait pour les familles avec de nombreux toboggans, un parc de jeux etc. Le plus de notre sejour: mon fils a fêté ses 5 ans pendant les vacances et les employés lui on fait la bonne surprise de lui apporter le gâteau dans la chambre.

Super hôtel. Nous avons séjourné en famille avec notre enfant d 3 ans. Très propre PARC AQUATIQUE DE FOLIE. Pour bébé enfant et adultes. Piscines bébé et adultes. Les agents d’accueil à là réception sont très amiables. Surtout ahmad :) et le manager.

What I loved most about the property was the water park and the many swimming pools along with my swim up pool attached to my room it was my first swim up room and it made my trip absolutely unique and memorable. I had privacy a back yard peace and quiet for my Birthday it was perfect and I would definitely return and recommend jaz Aquaviva to others.

Tolles Hotel mit einer sehr großen Anlage, bei der es einem nie langweilig wird. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Die Essensauswahl ist sehr gut. Es wird sehr penibel auf Hygiene geachtet. Das Personal war einfach toll. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Ich wäre gerne noch länger geblieben!

Alles super net, kamers elke dag gepoetst, gangen elke avond, eetgelegenheden super proper, zwembaden echt clean…zelfs gazon werd super goed onderhouden!! Aanrader👍

Die Anlage war schön , ein Traum für Kinder . ABER das Essen ist Wort wörtlich eine Katastrophe die letzten 3 Tage konnten wir nichts mehr essen . Das Essen war geschmacklos und wurde zu oft weiter verwendet ( Ansicht nicht schlecht , da man dadurch kein Essen weg wirft ) aber iwann ist auch gut . Wir hatten schon Angst iwas zu essen , weil es alt sein könnte . Bauchschmerzen hatten wir alle. Außerdem fand ich es an einigen Stellen am buffet Unhygienisch und draußen am Pool die snackbar war auch unhygienisch! Aber der poolbereich war immer sauber , der Kinderbereich war auch sehr sauber . Die negative Energie und Streitigkeiten zwischen Arbeitern haben wir leider auch mitbekommen. Ich würde sehr gerne wieder kommen da mir die Anlage sehr gefallen hat und mein Kind da viel Spaß hatte , aber wegen dem Essen werden wir leider nicht mehr kommen . Das Hotel hat Potenzial!

Hôtel à recommander vivement que je noterai 18/20 ! Très propre, très bien équipé, restauration ++, large choix de boissons all inclusive et personnel bienveillant et attentif au client. Tout est fait pour que vous passiez un séjour mémorable! Vraiment bien pour les enfants (inclus aire de jeux couverte dans du sable, grand parc aquatique et en supplément salle de jeux électroniques) ! Les pizzas du snack sont faites maison, les glaces et pancakes quotidiens très bons! Muhamed a rendu le nettoyage quotidien de notre chambre mémorable: tous les jours, les vitres, les sols étaient lavés avec en prime des animaux en décoration sur le lit! Abi et le club enfant est génial car pour les moins de 4 ans, vous pouvez aller faire les activités en famille! Les animations du soir vraiment chouettes, on a adoré la parade Aladin. On a adoré le restaurant à la carte Makai Tukai. Petits moins: - si vous n’êtes pas en swim up, l’isolation avec le couloir est mauvaise (la porte communicante salon chambre permet une bonne isolation) - l’isolation des chambres côté piscine (fenêtre) est nulle - l’eau chaude est parfois juste tiède dans la douche - la température piscine swim up est vraiment fraîche (au vu du supplément de la chambre, elle pourrait être chauffée) - le service au liquid bar laisse vraiment à désirer: 80% des serveurs font semblant de ne pas voir les clients et attendent ou discutent entre eux - manque carte detaillée de l’hôtel à la reception ou sur le QR code

Bad room I found a blood in the wall , the sink and all door it’s bad , when I go to reception manager he saw , he take 4 hours to change the room , second day I went to main restaurant I wait the staff to grap the food, he not wait me , I wait him , I went to the bar I ask the cup of coffee the bartender speak with me ruad, he said go to another bar he don’t have cups for coffee, iam not satisfied at all, bad hotel with bad service, and employees

Unsere Reise ins Jaz Aquaviva sollte ein entspannender Familienurlaub werden, doch sie war von vielen Problemen geprägt. Bei unserer Ankunft um 16 Uhr waren wir müde und hungrig, jedoch wurde uns nicht sofort etwas zu essen angeboten. Stattdessen sollten wir auf das Abendessen warten oder zum Snackbereich gehen, der bereits um 17 Uhr schloss. Dies war besonders frustrierend für unsere hungrigen Kinder. Als wir unser Zimmer betraten, waren wir schockiert über die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Die Lampengriffe waren schmutzig, die Bettwäsche unrein und die Fernbedienung in einem schlechten Zustand. Das Personal reagierte nur schleppend auf unsere Beschwerden, und selbst nach der Reinigung blieben viele Bereiche unsauber. Ein weiterer Vorfall war der Gecko, den wir im Kinderbett fanden, was bei uns und unseren Kindern große Angst auslöste. Der stellvertretende Manager war sehr kühl und meinte: “Das ist Pech.” Diese Antwort war inakzeptabel. Zusätzlich mussten wir bis 19 Uhr warten, um etwas zu essen zu bekommen, was für unsere Kinder sehr schwierig war. Das Buffet mit den Desserts an den anderen Tagen war jedoch lecker und bot uns etwas Trost. Zu allem Überfluss lehnte das Hotel eine Rückerstattung für die erste Nacht ab. Zusammenfassend kann ich das Jaz Aquaviva nicht empfehlen, da der Zustand der Zimmer und der Umgang mit unseren Beschwerden unzureichend waren.

This is our fourth time staying here. The food was even better then last time. The rooms are great for families. The waterpark is awesome. Quick shuttle to beach too. The only down side was the wifi often didn't work.

Very luxurious hotel with all amenities on site. I'm quite a fussy traveler so for me to use the word luxurious says a lot. All the staff were amazing. ESpecially Mido and Kimmo from the entertainment team. Rooms very spacious with with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hair dryer provided. Plenty of towels and room cleaned very well. Food was average but coffee was amazing. Lots of all day food options with ice cream and waffles too. Would also recomend the Turkish bath and massage at the onsite spa, the best massage Ive ever had. Would highly recommend and definitely returning.

Had such a lovely week at this hotel. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Wifi was an issue only because it wouldn't let us connect, but quickly resolved. Light from fridge in room is bit of a nuisance but not a problem by any means

This a good hotel, but the ‘all inclusive’ is limited, all said the main restaurant is very good, but the staff are an issue, you get ignored by many staff who just blank you! Reception is chaotic and over complicated, if you have an issue you have to explain it over and over to different people, getting a guest in took 30 mins! I wouldn’t go back myself but for families the aqua park would be massively good fun

The staff was incredibly nice! Always smiling and so kind. Noone was expecting or begging for tips. But of couse they were happy to get some. They did a great job! Especially Osama in housekeeping, Mohamed in service and Mohamed at the reception. We‘ll be back!

I come here every year with my family as it's sentimental. Overall ok place but alot of the staff are terrible and only serve you of you give them tips daily. Management need to take control of this matter asap.

Second time at this hotel, absolutely brilliant so clean maintenance is kept up everyday a beautiful hotel. All the workers cant do enough for you. Great staff.

Zeer mooi hotel met moderne uitstraling en fantastisch service. Erg schoon en in zeer goede staat. Vriendelijke personeel, kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Aquapark is nieuw en erg leuk, glijbanen zijn fantastisch. Met de bus gratis naar het strand duurt 10 minuten, maar de rit leuk en de omgeving is zeer mooi om naar te kijken. Het strand is zeer mooi en schoon je kan daar gratis lekker eten en drinken en gratis gebruikmaken van de ligbedden en service van bediening personeel. De zee is prachtig met zeer groot stuk koraal en mooie vissen. De zee is erg rustig en weinig wind. Enige nadeel is de ligging, het hotel is ver van het vliegveld en het stad Hurghada. Maar je kan erheen gaan met de taxiservice van het hotel.

Property is far away from city centre, almost an hour drive away. Stayed 6 nights, for me that was too much, 3 nights max is enough as you get bored quickly with nothing else to do in the hotel.

Minden szuper tiszta volt! Az ételek a konyha csodálatos. A medencék is! Egyik sem fűtött, legalább egy kismedence jobb lenne ha az lenne a kisgyerekeknek. A part 8 perc busszal, teljesen jól lehozható!

Amazing stay , very nice place to spend a lovely holiday at. Only drawback is that you have to take a bus/shuttle to the beach , but short distance nearly 10 mins. The beach is lovely and the pools are clean and nice

워터파크는 최고였고, 시설의 상태는 조금 낡았습니다. 뷔페는 훌륭했으나 나머지 이용할 수 있는 레스토랑이 거의 없어 매일 뷔페만 가야 했습니다.

Zimmer: sauber, modern, sehr angenehm. Service: deutlich verbessert – das Personal wirkt durchweg motiviert und aufmerksam. Lage: etwas entfernt vom Strand, aber das Hotelangebot gleicht das mehr als aus. Familienfreundlichkeit: hervorragend. WLAN: stark verbessert, hier hatte ich bei den letzten Besuchen immer negatives Feedback geben müssen. YouTube in niedrigerer Qualität nun kein Problem mehr, auch Urlaubsfotos oder Clips für Angehörige. Fazit: Volle Empfehlung. Kleine Abzüge bei der Organisation von Essen und Getränken, sonst perfekt. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank an alle Aquaviva Mitarbeiter, die unseren Familienurlaub wieder einmal so wundervoll gestaltet haben.

Fantastic property and staff, we were all well looked after. The water slides kept the kids and adults going for days and days. The only thing we thought would work better was to have an a la carte meal once a week and also some more premium drinks on offer but only minor issues.

Very luxurious hotel with all amenities on site. I'm quite a fussy traveler so for me to use the word luxurious says a lot. All the staff were amazing. ESpecially Mido and Kimmo from the entertainment team. Rooms very spacious with with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hair dryer provided. Plenty of towels and room cleaned very well. Food was average but coffee was amazing. Lots of all day food options with ice cream and waffles too. Would also recomend the Turkish bath and massage at the onsite spa, the best massage Ive ever had. Would highly recommend and definitely returning.

Die Anlage war schön , ein Traum für Kinder . ABER das Essen ist Wort wörtlich eine Katastrophe die letzten 3 Tage konnten wir nichts mehr essen . Das Essen war geschmacklos und wurde zu oft weiter verwendet ( Ansicht nicht schlecht , da man dadurch kein Essen weg wirft ) aber iwann ist auch gut . Wir hatten schon Angst iwas zu essen , weil es alt sein könnte . Bauchschmerzen hatten wir alle. Außerdem fand ich es an einigen Stellen am buffet Unhygienisch und draußen am Pool die snackbar war auch unhygienisch! Aber der poolbereich war immer sauber , der Kinderbereich war auch sehr sauber . Die negative Energie und Streitigkeiten zwischen Arbeitern haben wir leider auch mitbekommen. Ich würde sehr gerne wieder kommen da mir die Anlage sehr gefallen hat und mein Kind da viel Spaß hatte , aber wegen dem Essen werden wir leider nicht mehr kommen . Das Hotel hat Potenzial!

Everything was lovely. Food wasn’t to my taste breakfast was great but lunch and dinner was not suited to English but you could always find something to eat just not very enjoyable. I would go back here definitely

Very nice hotel, the food was average and there was not a lot of variety. There is a team at the hotel and they do lot of entertainements, shows and lot of stuff which is amazing. The shuttle service to go to the beach is amazing too.

La nourriture n’était vraiment pas bonne, j’ai eu une intoxication alimentaire de 5 jours ne pouvant pas du tout sortir de la chambre donc vacances gâchés’. Nous étions plusieurs personnes à penser que la nourriture n’étaient pas bonnes… Les animations pour les enfants sont casi inexistantes ou très peu de communication à ce sujet. Point fort : Aquaparc super et plusieurs piscines bien entretenues
