Love this property. We rented bikes which were delivery to our hotel. Pool is small but very clean. Staff were very friendly and helped with anything needed. It was only a few blocks walking to the docks. Or 10 min bike ride to duval. Will stay there again.

We had a good stay BUT The property is divided by the busiest street in Key West. The pool, coffee and office are on the other side of the busy street. COFFEE is only served in office. Coffee makers are cheap and each room should be stocked with them to keep guest from venturing into the street.

Fitch Lodge is a great property somewhat away from the crowds and noise of Key West but still close enough to be easily accessible to most of the city’s attractions, shopping and dining. The pool is small but we didn’t even use it other than to relax by with our complimentary afternoon cocktail. Very relaxing visit to KW!

I liked the proximity of the hotel to the boat docks and restaurants. I loved the bakery/ sandwich shop that the hotel partners with. Parking isn’t great, but manageable. The pool could use heating. Overall a nice place to stay!

There is no parking at this Inn. You have to pay $40 to park overnite.(that's all we stayed, don't know if it's any cheaper for longer periods). You also have to walk with your baggage from the parking garage to the Inn, about 2 blocks. Outside of that it's in walking distance to Duval etc.

The property has a jacuzzi pool, but it is not heated and was too cold to use. The beds were too soft for me, but that is personal preference. The breakfast vouchers were a nice addition and the store where you get breakfast was lovely.

The floors were dirty. I had to have them come in and clean them. The shower floor was dirty. Had black stuff that came up when you wiped it with a Clorox wipe all over the bottom of the shower there’s mold in the shower on the grout on the floors Not well maintained. They didn’t have another room to put us in room was very small and didn’t have any place to put anything not even a nightstand on one side of the bed.

Property was convenient and walkable to Old Town. Staff was great. Bathroom floor was not clean. Closet was inaccessible due to large hanging wall lamp. Horrible street noise til 2 AM and very loud and noisy upstairs occupant.

We loved our stay, there were just a few little issues. When we arrived the toilet in our room was running and had some water on the floor. The staff was absolutely AMAZING AND immediately switched us to a new room. Our new room was comfy and perfect except there was a very musty and damp odor. The odor was bad enough that while on Duval we stopped at cvs for a glade plug in. Although it didn’t fix the odor. We did have an issue with the air conditioner not working real well and they did fix that right away. The location was perfect with just a short walk to Duval. The daily coupon for Old Town Bakery was an awesome perk and the food there was AMAZING!!

Too much money for a glorified Motel 6 just on road. Luckily A/C worked and tuned out traffic noise. Nothing special - pool area was very small & uninteresting. Other building smelled moldy. Beds comfortable & staff very nice.

The room was dirty and the curtains was broken . We had to improvise so they won’t see the inside since I had a camera looking to the room . Also I reported the light outside broken and was never changed . Also the floor was so dirty that I to clean the floor with their own towels.

This is a beautiful little place within walking distance to Duval. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The people were so nice and always willing to help or answer questions. The pool was perfect to cool off after a long day. Breakfast vouchers were provided for Old Town bakery just a block away and the food was delicious. I love how the small businesses support each other! Thanks to Nora and the rest of the staff for a wonderful stay!

Kimpton fitch lodge Key West review Our six night stay, January 3 - 9, 2024 Confirmation number 84555931 The bathroom has a very small sink, no shelving or Counter Tops to put anything down,and the mirror was hung so low to the sink that you couldn’t place anything on the sink. There were no chairs or table in the rooms for sitting, so if you want coffee or breakfast, in your room, you have to sit on your bed and use the very small end table. There was a small kitchen, but there were no utensils no plates, no coffee maker,nothing. The “breakfast included “ was across the street in the main office to make your coffee and then walk one block down the street to a local bakery to use your nine dollar breakfast voucher Which was not enough for an egg sandwich and a cup of coffee. The bathroom had a pipe cover hanging down from the showerhead, a towel rack that was about to fall off the wall and the floor seal around the toilet was filthy. The chrome on the shower water diverter was so corroded and chipping that you had to be careful not to cut yourself on it. The light in the shower kept blinking off and on, We asked for it to be replaced, but it wasn’t. The beds were comfortable and the pool, though across a very busy street from our unit was clean and neat and had plenty of comfortable seating We have stayed at Kimpton’s before and we were very impressed and because of the name we stayed at this location. My stay in room 6 at this lodge was great in many ways, but the glaring lack of both WiFi AND a decent cellular signal was woefully lacking in this modern time. I had to search around for a corner where my smartphone could connect to the slow WiFi that was available and that was a circus. When I couldn’t find that signal I had to fight for more than one bar of cellular signal. I must’ve looked like a fool. Loved everything else about the stay but I have to give a mere average rating overall because it’s 2024…

Even though there were several pros to staying here, like locations for example, its pretty noisy. The part we disliked the most was the air-conditioning unit in our room didn't work very well. It was damp when the AC was on, so we put the fan on instead. It would be nice if the windows could open. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.

Super easy check in; friendly and helpful staff; clean room; pool area is well kept and cleaned daily—I know this because my room overlooked the pool. My only complaint is there was no luggage rack to put luggage on—and there was no chair in the room—I just brought one of the two from the porch into the room.

Very quaint and quirky and fitting for an Old Town Stay. Walkable to most attractions and close to the Key West Express which is how we traveller. Very small rooms and pricey for what you get, but its Key West.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations for duning and activities! Most things were within walking distance, and there was a free bus with a stop less than 5 minutes walk away that went by all the major areas. This was a great stay, and made my trip to Key West that much better!

Office staff both night shift and day shift were very helpful. We got in late and they called to check on us and provided directions for a late check in process. Very convenient and easy walk to the ferry terminal. We only stayed one night but will stay again the next time we are in Key West!

Incredible, attentive staff. Charming, relaxing location on the outskirts of the action make for a quiet stay (other than at times noisy a/c unit). Incredibly comfortable bed and bedding. Stylish space with cute updates though lacking in-room seating area. Huge bathroom with large walk-in shower and deep spa tub (though no jets we could find). Great water pressure & hot water. Love the connection to local community (Eaton Bikes, Old Town Bakery, Dive Bar Shirt Club to name a few). Great for biking to the action but a bit far for walking. Pool is small but relaxing - would have spent more time there if it were a nonsmoking area. Would definitely stay again.

This room was ok, but location is terrible. Located on a busy intersection that you must cross to get to office. Very poor parking situation. I wouldn't want to park my personal car in this location. 6 blocks from Duval which is doable, but exausting

We enjoyed having a pool on the property. Breakfast was a sandwich which we walked one block away to pick up. People were very nice. I little far from Duval Sreet but the price was great for Key West.

This room was clean and a great location close to the pier. The city bus had a stop just a block away so it made it easy to get around. The Inn provided cocktail hour and a lovely breakfast of grab and go options. The service was exceptional and the staff was very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay! A lot of the comments pick on small details, but I would suggest paying $1000s a night if you are expecting that quality. The rooms are small but, what more do you need to sleep? The staff was great, the bakery breakfast was great, and I would definitely stay again.

Fitch Lodge is a gem that's located in a convenient yet quiet neighborhood. It's easily walkable to the ferry terminal and marina, and many options for restaurants and shopping. A special treat is their continental breakfast included in the price of the room that includes delicious homemade breakfast sandwiches. Their property is quaint and well-appointed. The rooms are on the smaller side, but their amenities and very friendly and thoughtful staff more than make up for it. We cannot wait to go back for a visit!

The property is cute - and it’s in a great location walkable to Duval. However, please note : there is no parking - so you will need to find street parking, which is a little bit of a pain since there is a lot of residential parking in the area. I found the room to be rather small - with the bed pressed up against the wall. It reminded me of a tiny house. The staff is really nice - and our host Carla constantly texts us to ensure a great stay. The hotel was full so we were not offered late check out - which was a bummer since we got in so late the night before. The breakfast that’s offered is at the bakery nearby - that has great pastries.

Hotel team was professional, caring, and effective! A concern we shared with front desk was resolved within an hour! The breakfast voucher for the Old Town Bakery offers variety but there are no seats at the bakery. We took our breakfast back to the hotel pool area tables and that worked well for us.Outstanding customer service by the team! Parking is very hard to find. Parking lot approximately 3 blocks from property is $40 per day! Kudos to the hotel team!
