Walking distance to Sun Plaza, where you can get the funicular train to the cable car station to Fansipan and back, can easily walk to Sapa centre/church and lake. The only thing you have to take note is that it is a stairs only hotel, no elevator - I already knew this when I booked and was fine with it.

Súper recomendable, sin duda! La habitación muy limpia y cómoda, con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. El hotel también bastante bien, a unos pasos de la estación de Fansipan. La atención de los anfitriones, inmejorable, hacen todo lo posible para apoyarte y hacerte sentir especial. Tom dispuesto a apoyarte con las reservas de todo lo que necesites. El hotel tiene los servicios y la atención de un cinco estrellas. Incluso lavaron mi ropa! Y me dieron desayuno muy temprano (6 am) porque mi autobús salía a las 7 am. Muchas gracias por todo.

Très bon séjour. Les hôtesses sont très accueillantes ! L’emplacement est idéal, proche du centre et de la station pour aller au Fansipan. Pour autant l’hôtel est calme. La literie est très confortable. Service de laverie disponible en payant. Je recommande sans hésitation

The service is exceptional! The owner of the hotel was hands on from the day we arrived till the day we checked out at about 3am. (We had an early drive to Halong). He also offered to give us the on the go mini breakfast since we had to check out really early. The lady cleaner was so kind and assists us when she sees that we need help with the room. The hotel is in a good location. It is across the mini grocery store and next to the massage place. You can also walk to the train going to the cable car to fansipan (use the stairs for shortcut). The hotel offers all tickets back and forth to fansipan with no extra charge, same price as the train and cable car. They also offer laundry service if you ask them. I will come back again to this hotel just to experience the great service!

This is a four star review for a two night stay. This is a good hotel with inconsistencies that can easily be fixed. The largest disappointment came from being refused late checkout in a hotel that was very empty (housekeeping leaves all the rooms open as they clean them, and we were practically the only guests in the hotel). The hotel manager gave no logic for refusing late checkout but did offer us tea and to use a shower after checkout. Room: Had a soft and comfortable bed, a safe, balcony, and fridge. The room itself was a five star room, however the bathroom had a dirty towel folded up as if it was clean when we arrived. See attached photo. This was a nasty surprise but can be easily avoided as this was a very clean hotel otherwise. Toiletry bottles were mini and not full.The hair drier in 302 did not work and is dangerous as it heats up and short circuits because the fan function within it is not working. Basically a toaster. Breakfast: Highlight of the property. Had the chicken noodle soup both mornings with very fresh fruit. Eggs also an option. Area: Good spot which is up the hill away from the main strip leading to more quiet but also more walking to get to things. Close to Sapa Station. Our tour guide explained Sa Pa is a town developed in the last 10 years to exploit the neighbouring indigenous areas and mountains. Would stay in the mountains next time for a more authentic experience. Value: one of our more expensive stays

We had a lovelyv stay in Sapa. From the moment we got to the property the staff where so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was a hassle. The breakfast was wonderful. Honestly if you are looking for a clean comfortable stay amongst friendly locals stay here!!

Great place to stay when you visit Sapa. During our stay the service was excellent, very detailed. Rooms are spacious with great Wi-Fi, air conditioning (you need, as at night could be a bit cold). Very clean. Great breakfast. If I ll come back to Sapa, I ll stay again at Sapa Garden hotel

Sa Pa Garden Hotel is close to the center of town. Good restaurants are within 2 minutes walking. The best massage is right next door at Rose Massage Spa. Breakfast was very good. Our rooms were large with beautiful views of Sa Pa and mountains.

I enjoy my stay here! The front desk staff guy was very helpful and accommodating. He helped me with everything I needed and allowed me to check in early. It’s a very simple hotel and I used it as a base for my trekking. It’s very close to the main center, a short walk to many restaurants, massage places and close to Sapa Station. I recommend!

Staff is what made the greatest difference. They were always there ready to help. Over and above anything you would expect. During closings from all the mudslides they helped me rearrange all my tours and my flights. I really appreciate them. They also provided my driver with road condition updated on my way to SaPa. Breakfast was hot and ready and delicious each morning.

I enjoy my stay here! The front desk staff guy was very helpful and accommodating. He helped me with everything I needed and allowed me to check in early. It’s a very simple hotel and I used it as a base for my trekking. It’s very close to the main center, a short walk to many restaurants, massage places and close to Sapa Station. I recommend!

Location of this hotel is very convenient, a walking distance to the Sun Plaza. Hotel owner are super friendly & provide tip top service & information. Highly recommend to check-in with this hotel. Again thumbs up to Sapa Garden Hotel 👍👍👍

Je suis allée avec mon copain au mois de Juin. Nous avons adoré l’hôtel et surtout ses hôtes! Ils étaient au petit soins lors du déjeuner et prêts à répondre à nos questions. Un soir, lorsque nous sommes revenus après notre journée, l’hôte et sa famille étaient en train de souper et ils nous ont offert du happy water et des rouleaux impériaux. ( ils étaient absolument délicieux )!! + : Grande chambre, propre, vue sur la ville, l’air climatisée fonctionne bien, la distance du centre ville est parfaite, le déjeuner était excellent. - : Ce n’est pas vraiment négatif mais l’hôtel était difficile à localiser sur Google maps. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel!! * PS: les coqs chantent fort à Sapa entre 2-7am, amenez vous des bouchons!!

Sa Pa Garden Hotel is close to the center of town. Good restaurants are within 2 minutes walking. The best massage is right next door at Rose Massage Spa. Breakfast was very good. Our rooms were large with beautiful views of Sa Pa and mountains.

Súper recomendable, sin duda! La habitación muy limpia y cómoda, con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. El hotel también bastante bien, a unos pasos de la estación de Fansipan. La atención de los anfitriones, inmejorable, hacen todo lo posible para apoyarte y hacerte sentir especial. Tom dispuesto a apoyarte con las reservas de todo lo que necesites. Staff is what made the greatest difference. They were always there ready to help. Over and above anything you would expect. During closings from all the mudslides they helped me rearrange all my tours and my flights. I really appreciate them. They also provided my driver with road condition updated on my way to SaPa. Breakfast was hot and ready and delicious each morning.

We had a lovelyv stay in Sapa. From the moment we got to the property the staff where so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was a hassle. The breakfast was wonderful. Honestly if you are looking for a clean comfortable stay amongst friendly locals stay here!!

If there is any budget hotel that deserved 5 stars, it's this one, Sapa Garden Hotel.The rooms are big, the location is central. It is just 5 minutes walk from the Sun Plaza, the cafes, and the restaurants. The couple who owns the hotel are the nicest people. We can't thank them enough for letting us check in at 5am in all four rooms without any additional fee even though i offered to pay for early check in. It is highly recommended ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Owners are kind people and provided a decent breakfast every morning with either a large omelet or a bowl of chicken or beef Pho. Sapa town is very crowded in general, but this hotel is away from most of the noise except for the chickens and roosters nearby. For the price, we were satisfied with our choice to stay here for six nights.
