Non perdetevi la colazione, una delle cose migliori che abbia visto in questi anni per qualità e varietà! Ottimo hotel con la fermata dei tram di fronte e il treno a 300 metri (da cui arrivi in aeroporto senza cambi!) Se invece si vuole andare a piedi a Rynek Glowny (la piazza centrale di Stare Misto) tenere presente che ci vogliono 30 minuti. Ho preso inconsapevolmente un appartamento ma è stata un'ottima soluzione che consiglio vivamente per le dimensioni della camera (immensa!) per la presenza di una cucina con essenziali (sempre utile, anche se mangiare fuori a Cracovia è molto conveniente) e persino un terrazzino con vista città! Nell'hotel è presente anche una palestra abbastanza fornita e un delizioso centro benessere in cui sauna e bagno turco sono disponibili per tutti gli ospiti dell'hotel con orario 9-21 (la palestra invece è utilizzabile 6-22). Se tornassi a Cracovia soggiornerei sicuramente qui di nuovo!

Helt vanlig plass, ikke 4 stjerner som er klassifisert. Har badstue som er gratis til de som overnatter på hotellet. Veldig deilig å slappe av.

Our stay was great, however my reservation came with a free garage parking which I did not get.

Very stylish and new/renovated hotel with an excellent location with easy tram access to old town. The parking garage underneath was super convenient and spacious without having to drive thru the city. Our room had a nice little ”balcony window” with afternoon sunshine while overlooking the jewish memorial site. Room was perfect with ac and fridge. Hotel restaurant’s entrecote was a positive surprise.

I enjoyed my stay at Lwowska 1 very much. The experience exceeded my expectation. The room was very clean. It was facing the quiet street with a large window which could be opened wide. It was precious to me as I needed fresh air from time to time. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. I was very impressed. When I checked in, I was curious if I could secure the attic room because it looked interesting. I was, however, advised that the attic room was one grade below the room I had reserved, so it probably would not be a good idea. Mark, a very helpful staff member, upon my request showed me the attic room in person to allow me to decide what I wanted to do. He was very kind and helpful. I loved the attic room on the 4th floor, but decided to stay in the room I had originally reserved on the 1st floor. I only managed to dine in the hotel restaurant once. The food was marvellous, and I managed to enjoy the hotel guest discount. The location of the hotel is amazing. I walked to the Old Town many times during my stay, each journey was just about 20-25 minutes. Basically, it was just a simple walk on the Main Street and GPS was rarely used once I took the route once. I could also do a variation of the walk by walking on the famous bridge- the views at night were breathtaking. Also, it took less than 20 minutes to the Main Street market. Or, I could take the trams, which was nicely priced. Loved the gym and the sauna. A marvellous experience.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Tolles Zimmer, hochmodern, sehr groß und sauber ! Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend, tolle Auswahlmöglichkeiten (kalte und warme Speisen). Spa-Bereich klein aber gut. Die Massage war sehr gut. Vom Hotel sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ich würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

Alles prima! Ook super ontbijt en idd geluidsdichte kamers. Helaas het parkeren van auto’s hoger dan 2,00 meter zoals een invalide auto is wat lastiger.

Le spa est superbe, le personnel agréable et accueillant. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est pratique à 2 min à pied du travail. Gros coup de coeur pour le petit dejeuner en mode buffet

The hotel is in a convenient location close to a tram stop and within walking distance of the Old Town. We had a spacious, comfortable room. There was a very good choice at the breakfast buffet and an adjoining restaurant for other meals. The underground car park at the hotel was very convenient.

Hjælpsomt personale. Værelset større end vi havde forventet og god rengøring. God morgenbuffet med stort udvalg.

Personale per niente cordiale e mai sorridente, alle ore 12:15 senza nessuna chiamata in camera ti staccano le chiavi per farti capire che devi fare check out. Colazione terribile e poca scelta. Con Expedia vip avevo parcheggio gratis ma ovviamente era full. Pulizia della camera mediocre c’erano macchie sulle lenzuola.

Good location. Room ok. Stains on couch and carpet. Radiator heater didn’t work so had a cold room for the night

This hotel is in walking distance to old town and is on the edge (I think) of the historic Jewish Quarter. So much history to see as we walked every day (5) we didn’t have a tour. Husband got his fill of ancestor history and I got my fill of drooling over polish pottery. The cleaners were quiet and efficient the restaurant was absolutely delicious for dinner.

It is a really nice place , The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room is.clean and nice. It is Located near the metro or transit walkable to any area you would like to go..

Vi fick rummet till rabatterat pris och då var det helt ok men fortfarande inte riktig värt priset. Det var hyfsat rent men intet wow, vi blev lite besvikna då vi trodde att vi hade bokat ett lite finare hotel.

Excellent place, huge rooms w separate living space plus kitchen. Great value and in convenient location, highly recommended!

It was not possible to lower the temperature in the room nor to encrease the fan speed. This has been working before, perhaps just this room having the problem

First ,the hotel price is very low compared with other hotels in Krakow. But I don’t recommend. Especially,you are on a business trip. Because,the surrounding is very very noisy very noisy very noisy. Because,it locates in a “entrance”a BRIDGE crossing the River “connecting the suburb and the downtown,so there is a main and busy public stops,TRAMS（almost every 2-3 minute weekday and Saturday),buses many many car ,motor when coming toward to the downtown or passing thru the bridge to the suburb area,they began to speed just before the hotels,noise and shakes,honking horn，even you close the window. Will be quiet after 2:00am every day. Breakfast is good. 49 local money/person. I came to the hotel early at 8:00am to ask for good room,but unfortunately when checking in in the afternoon,I was given this noisy room,I have to stay here at least 4 days. I think if in Summer,I can’t stay in the room or I will be fighting or aggressive. TV Doesn't work. I walk round,so room number ending 21,22,23,24,25…….are or facing the road. Reception are ok, but not that warmly. 如果在香港，這個就是 RED ROOF。

La habitación es limpia, grande y cómoda

Séjour très bien, hôtel propre, joli et bien placé (face à la place des héros du guetto). Seul bémol : les chambres cote rue sont un peu bruyante la nuit avec le tram qui passe, et la Vmc pour évacuer la bué de la salle de bain pas suffisamment puissante. Vous pouvez tout de même séjourner la bas en toute quiétude 👌

Clean and cheap for what it is. However we found the bed to be too firm and it was not a nice sleep for 3 nights. The duvet is also super thin. Almost like it’s just a duvet cover and no duvet. Gave next to no warmth so we had the heating on at night time.

Our room was terribly noisy, to the pint we absolutely couldn’t sleep, we stayed one night out of three and checked out early. We tried 3 times to change rooms, asking reception and also emailing but wasn’t offered any alternatives until when chose to leave - then offered a room that needed renovations. It was very disappointing and there is no way I would recommend this as a place to stay.

Nadelen: Gordijnen zijn helaas niet echt verduisterend. Ramen niet geluidsdicht. Voordelen: Tram en treinstation omde hoek. Keukentje met koelkast en elektrische kookplaat. Tv in woonkamer en slaapkamer.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel au service du client, hôtel calme (très calme) un peu de bruit du tram mais pas génant… a proximité de la vieille ville (1 à 3 km en fonction) tram juste à côté si besoin, sinon 30’ de marche voire moins pour visiter le centre. Personnel très agréable et qui tente d’aider au mieux. Rapport qualité prix raisonnable.

Hôtel familial qui accueille des grandes familles : enfants qui courent dans les couloirs, extérieurs bruyants, le tram roule tôt et tard en bas de votre fenêtre. Le personnel du déjeuner est inexpérimenté à l'exception des employés plus âgés.

It was very disappointing and there is no way I would recommend this as a place to stay.

We had some small problems with reservation and rooms but next day menagerie fixed everything with some extra service surprise. Great service

Great hotel and only a 30 min walk to the old town. Facilities were great and the rooms were large, comfortable, air conditioned and clean. Staff were very helpful and all spoke English.

Começando pela Check-in rápido e equipe atenciosa. Quarto amplo e confortável. Café da manhã com muito movimento e , mais uma vez , a equipe competente na reposição e limpeza das mesas. O hotel tem uma porta alternativa que sai direto na estação de Tram, com varias linhas. Você pode comprar o bilhete 72h por 50zl, zonas I,II e III. Validar apenas na entrada do Tram e manter junto para fiscalização. Maiores de 70 anos não pagam, informação dada por um fiscal. A estação próxima do hotel é Plac Boraterow Getta, que um dos principais pontos de turismo. Para ir a Old Town use o tram 24 ate o Teatr Bagatela. Beirando o Rio, você encontrará ótimos lugares com restaurantes e bares e locais para contemplar o movimento do bairro. Ao lado oposto da praça, passando pela linha do Trem você chegará a Fábrica de Schindler. Próximo , você encontrará um bairro novo frequentado por moradores e ponto de Street Food, como Hala Lipowa.

Room was very big and breakfast was superb. Close to two tram stations and a suburban rail station so extremely easy access anywhere in Krakow and the vicinity.

Lwowska 1 is a fantastic hotel. It has large rooms, a delicious breakfast buffet, a premium restaurant on site and a spa. It also has an underground parking. Its location is excellent. It is walking distance from Oskar Schilndlet’s factory and a short taxi ride to the old town.it is a great place to stay while visiting Krakow.

+Super Frühstück und Kaffeeauswahl -Leider klappt nachfüllen am Frühstücksbüffet schlecht -Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, wird kein Kaffee am Folgetag nachgefüllt -Klodeckel Lose -Fernbedienung Fernseher fehlt !Sessel hat ausladende Beine => Verletzungsgefahr -Zimmerkarte bei Reinigung aus dem Zimmer entfernt -sehr teures parken 69 PLN/Nacht -Lage weit zur Altstadt, +nahe zur abendlichen Szene im Jüdischen Viertel

Rent værelse, meget upersonligt personale, der manglede pålæg og ost, skulle altid stå i kø for at få kaffe, Kagen og frugt blev ikke fyldt op, vi kunne ikke være i de normale lokaler, så kom over i restauranten og der var der ikke plads nok til alle, så vi måtte stå i kø for at få morgenmad.

Moderne Unterkunft mit schöner Sauna. Leider gab es Chaos beim Frühstück da das Hotel ausgebucht gewesen ist und die Gegebenheiten nicht angepasst waren!

We really enjoyed our stay Lwowska1, the hotel is really nice, the staff very friendly and helpfull. We Got a Room which was facing the Street and nearby trains but the Room was switch the next day without any problems.. the only Little thing to note is that the breakfast buffet was not replenished regularly so We often came to empty dishes
