Stayed overnight. Checkin was delayed because staff was ill. Had to wait fo manager to arrive on site. Once Daniel took over, checkin was quick. This a hotel is located close to West Acres mall and is well maintained. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice pool n Bbq area. Would stay here again.

The room was big and clean. There was some mold in the shower but it was in a hard to clean spot so I gave that a pass. The pool was broken and some of the fitness equipment was not working. The woman working the desk at night was annoyed about me asking for mint tea as I interrupted her conversation with a friend. I would stay here again.

This property was similar to an Airbnb where you have a home-like room and don’t expect housekeeping. The staff let me check in early and every encounter I had was pleasant. I really liked that there was free laundry machines to use and you just have to bring your own soap. The room itself was fairly clean although some parts like remote and phone were obviously not wiped down. My least favorite thing was how thin the walls were because I heard my neighbor’s phone alarm every morning I was there which was very distrustful to my sleep. The amenities such as pool and gym were very clean. The location was conveniently close to stores and the mall. The kitchenette provided a lot of things which was very nice. The bedding had small stains but they provide extra in the closet as well as a laundry basket. Overall, it was worth it for the price.

The hallway and rooms had an artificial smell, that was so strong and bad, it coated your mouth in the hallway. Not sure what smell they were covering up but it was crazy strong. The room had the smell coming out of the air vent, so we shut it off and opened the window, but outside the window was an AC compressor that rattled and clanked all night. The bed was so depleted and worn out that it sunk to the middle, hurt your body to sleep in it. We kept waking up having to move out of the sunken hole. The room was worn out as well, the couch covered in stains and shredded, the wall splattered with liquid and gunk, the carpet stained and dirty. It may have been a nice clean hotel at some point but it's not now. For $150 a night, it was overpriced.

Property was close to the mall. The linens in the hotel room appear to be unwashed. There were hairs all over the pillows and sheets. No compensation for the uncleanliness. More that likely will not stay in this hotel again.

My stay was comfortable. My room was clean. I was confused because everything was perfectly clean, including the bathroom, which was absolutely pristine. The curtains however and the sofa had some ugly stains on them. They were totally out of place with the rest of the room. Also, whatever they are using to clean smells way too strong, almost breathtaking. Everyone there was super helpful and friendly. The desk staff was very helpful. Get some new curtains and sofas! The bed was very comfortable. All in all, it was a positive experience. Oh yeah, one more thing, I couldn’t throw the bolt on the door. Lots of women traveling alone depend on that bolt.

My room was a queen with a pull out sofa. The cover on the sofa cushions was coming apart and the stuffing coming out in many places. The sofa mattress was badly stained in many places. To the point that I covered the sofa and did not sleep on the mattress. The towel bar in the bathroom was right above the toilet paper so if you would hang a wet towel there the toilet paper would be wet. It needs a mirror in the sleeping area. The room was clean but the carpet on the stairs in the exit hallways was badly stained. I would not stay here again.

Great hotel but be aware this is a pet friendly hotel. The people next door left their dog to go out and it barked for 90 minutes straight. The hotel management was kind enough to move us to a new room but I feel bad for everyone else as that dog was still barking when moved. Overall we had a great stay in our new room.

While the room looked clean, the foul odor in the room was overwhelming. The noise continued until almost midnight when I finally had to call the front desk to ask them to intervene. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, the a/c vent blew directly into our faces while in bed, and the dishwasher had not been emptied. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very friendly and the area seemed safe.

Stayed here as a family with a one year old. Room was perfect with a separate bedroom where we could tuck our kid away while we stayed up at night. Fridge, stove top, and microwave were all used and so helpful. Will stay again based on this and the centralized location for us when we’re in Fargo visiting family/friends.

This hotel is an updated look, the rooms are spacious, and accommodations are very favorable. Appreciate the quiet rooms and convenience of location. The only thing we didn't like was the barn door between the closet and bathroom. Was very noisy and heavy to move and you could hear those doors in other rooms.

The room was very large, as can be seen in the pictures. The lay out is a little funny since the TV can only be oriented certain ways, which limits the seating and view area. But the place was clean and convenient. Enjoyed our one-night stay

Great hotel but be aware this is a pet friendly hotel. The people next door left their dog to go out and it barked for 90 minutes straight. The hotel management was kind enough to move us to a new room but I feel bad for everyone else as that dog was still barking when moved. Overall we had a great stay in our new room.

When we arrived we found out Expedia overbooked the Suite style room and the room we got was not as expected...but Daniel the GM met with us and was able to find a room that met/exceeded our expectations and he saved the day! Kudos to Daniel and the staff for making our stay special!

I liked it a has a small kitchen . Was really disappointed in the staff. My battery in my car died and i asked the front desk staff for assistance. They all said the didnt have a car or that there was nothing they could do for me. leaving me feeling a litte helpess as Im alone and not from around here. I ended up having to call a taxi to take me to get a jump box and help myself uts been 3 days and my car us still dead. The hotel should have a a plan to gelp guests in a pinch. I wont stay here again

When i checked in, I booked a 2 queen room because there were 4 of us in the room. I get to the room and there is 1 queen bed. I came back down to the desk to request the correct room and the guy was super rude and said they were sold out and we have to deal with it. The whole hotel smelled like weed and there was a loud party going on down the lobby area. We ended up going to a different hotel. Still trying to get my money back.

Staff was polite, no issues checking in. Room was clean, only complaint about the room was the bathroom door. It was a sliding type door with no lock. Bed was comfy though so that was good. Parking was kind of tough at times. Location was fine, easy access to main roads and just south of the mall. Overall it was a good stay. we didn't use the pool or anything else so can only comment on the room.

Such a convenient location and safe all around for parking. The front desk staff was very polite when checking in and even offered suggestions for places to eat and visit nearby. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice. The room was very clean and had useful utensils for a long stay, has everything you would need and more. Was pleased staying here, will be back again when in Fargo. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Candle Wood Suits on a overnight trip for a hospital visit. The room was spacious and clean. It had a great kitchenette which we did not use on our one night stay. We were dissapointed in the fact there was no breakfast room anymore and that a soda cost $4.

A little disappointed that there was no breakfast. I just assumed that there would be one. The room was ok. Stains on the furniture. Most of the electrical outlets and the tv didn’t wort and when I tried to call the front desk nobody answered. It turns out that there was a reset button behind a garbage can to press to fix that. Weird.
