Excellent hotel choice! Easy to Tram. Very delicious Organic breakfast. Laundry facilities. Clean, safe parking underground. We enjoy street noise—can hear hustle and bustle on street side late i to the night—we liked that. Walking distance to wine museum! Take a walk a ross the lift bridge—very cool.

We stayed for two nights and found the apartment clean, comfortable and pleasant. There is underground parking (call ahead to get the entry code). There is also laundry facilities. The staff at Residhome are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The metro station is very close to get into the city centre. There is a monoprix next door and the Cité du vin is a 5 minutes walk away.

Room was very comfy and the small kitchenette meant we could have breakfast/lunch there if we chose to. The apartments are located next to a tram station allowing quick access into the centre but is also very close to the river with a lively promenade route available for walking into the centre (about 30 mins ). We also used the promenade for our morning run on a couple of mornings. It is also very convenient for the Cite Du Vin which was five minutes walk away. Overall, we found the staff friendly and helpful. Great to have parking in the basement but access is through a side road and you need an access code to enter - which was a bit tricky to figure out on arrival. Overall, we were very impressed and felt it offered very good value for money.

We had a 1 BR suite and it was very well equipped. But with the sofabed open, it feels a little crowded and I doubt you can use the kitchenette. For a family of for a night, it was fine. The hotel is well located with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast, extra charge, was great. Parking, also extra, was also very convenient. They let us leave the car after check out until we headed out in the evening. All in all, I would recommend it.

Nice and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were quiet and kitchenette had just enough things in it. Tram within 2 minutes' walk makes everything easily accessible if you don't fancy a 30 minute stroll along the nice riverside path into the centre. The room floor was very slippery though - had to move the mats from beside the bed as they slid rapidly towards the window / wardrobe on getting out of bed. I also slipped on the bathroom floor banging my head.

A very nice hotel close to Cite de Vin. Large rooms with a small kitchen. We had a room on 4th floor with a beautiful view of the bridge and to Cite de Vin. There are some noice from the trafic during night, but no big problem. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good if you do not come too late, then some items are missing. Very easy to reach and park very good for 1-2 nights stay when flying in to Bordeaux

Sehr schönes Apartment Hotel in prima Lage zum Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Gefallen hat uns auch die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen zu einem fairen Preis. Die Geräte sind von Miele und waren sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war hervorragend. Das WLAN stabil und überragend schnell. Geschätzt haben wir auch die Klimaanlage und den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hotels. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

It is a very comfortable apartment style hotel. The unit we rented had a bedroom and a sofa bed which met our needs. All the storage was in the living room which made hanging your clothes a bit difficult. The highlight for me was the front desk staff who were both helpful and friendly.

We booked this after reading reviews from others. The accommodation is very simple but met our needs perfectly. It is very clean, has a comfortable bed, a handy little kitchenette which was well stocked with essential implements. It has a terrific grocery store right around the corner. Le Cite Du Vin is a short walk away. The tram was within a minutes walk and we were a quick ride from the old city. It was a stones throw from the waterfront and the bridge to the other side of the river was right outside the door. I would say this is an excellent, affordable place to stay and would do it again. Also a few tram stops fom the cruise ships.

We loved Bordeaux and of course the wine! The Residhome Hotel was excellent and had a secure underground parking garage for our car. The location was great. The tram runs past the hotel and was easy to use. Buffet breakfast was very generous and delicious. Easy walking distance to the old city, Cite du Vin and other attractions and historic sites. We highly recommend the hotel.

L'appartement était propre et bien préparé avec de nombreuses petites attentions (plateau de courtoisie, message de bienvenue, gel douche et shampooing dans la salle de bain). Bon contact avec les réceptionnistes. Nous sommes arrivés à 9h15 pour le petit déjeuner et c'était trop tard, il restait des choses mais en très petite quantité, nous le saurons de venir plus tôt pour la prochaine fois 😜

Très bon séjour de 2 nuits, la chambre était très bien pour 3, le canapé lit était prêt (ce n'est pas tjs le cas) La chambre était très propre, la salle d'eau assez grande, il y a des volets roulants un bonheur pour bien dormir. La literie très bien même sur le canapé. Notre chambre donnait sur un petit jardin, pas de bruit là nuit. Accueil de l'hôtel très bien, le parking idéal le reste est à faire en tram. Le petit déjeuner tout en bio, très complet et très bon, le personnel est au petit soin et très gentille souriante c'est très agréable. Je recommande grandement cet établissement
