Chambre petite. Correct pour dormir. Petit déjeuner ne vaux pas le prix demander. Plusieurs option pas loin sont beaucoup mieux et abordable pour manger. Localisation quand même intéressante. Stationnement publique . Si vous êtes plus d’une journée acheter une passe. Beaucoup plus économique ainsi. Un préposé tout près de la borne peut vous aider. Vous m’avez que 10 minutes une fois stationner pour jacter votre passe. Sinon c’est à la journée $$$. Hôtel Près station métro. Plusieurs petits resto tenu par des locaux tout près. Buanderie pas loin. Les employés manquent un peu de sourire mais demeure tout de même rapide à répondre à nos questions. Peine à lever la tête lorsqu’on arrive le soir ou que l’on parte.

The main reason for booking was that we had a very late arriving flight and this hotel was minutes walk from the metro and had a 24 hour reception. Receptionist was very welcoming even at 1am. Quiet hotel and room comfortable and clean. Big fluffy towels and plenty of hot water. Room is basic. We would of appreciated proper coffee cups in the room and a soap dish. There was only small lamps in the room so it felt very dark when the curtains were shut. The tap water was never cold so a fridge would have been nice to chill water. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

The property was very conveniently located to shopping areas and public transport. I didn’t have a car at this time, but I didn’t notice multiple street parking spaces frequently open up as well as a large parking structure next door. The room was clean. I did notice that there were a few things broken such as the curtains, the toilet paper holder and paint chipping off the wall. Also, wish there was better lighting in the restroom. Otherwise it was a great day. There’s luggage storage and an elevator as well (though there’s a few steps up to get to the elevator).

Die Unterkunft ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt die Stadt zu erkunden. Es sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich und einfach, aber für den Start in den Tag ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2. Stock und es war trotz geschlossenem Fenster auch nachts sehr laut. Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer sauber. Das Hotel liegt 5-10 Minuten von der Metrostation Trindade entfernt.

There are a few hangers but not enough hooks to hang backpack, toiletry bag, etc. There is only 1 chair in the room so if you have two people, the other one needs to sit on the bed or not sit at all. The washroom is on the smaller end. There are no glass/ceramic cups - only a few paper cups provided. There is no tissue box (also not available upon request), only toilet paper available. Room is not very well-lit, it had a dim light over the table and 2 bed lamps in the main area, we find it kind of dark. Cleanliness was okay - though there was some orange-colored mold in the shower, and the toilet paper hanger was loose at the connection to the wall and had risk of being broken.

O check in é só às 16h e eles não antecipam, mas guardam as malas. Só cuidado se tiver algum pin na sua mochila. As duas bandeiras que tinham nas nossas mochilas foram quebradas. O café da manhã tem frutas, iogurte e cereais. No entanto, as frutas são inteiras e a faca de mesa é um pouco difícil para cortar mas é possível.

Prima hotel Schone kamers. Alleen personeel had 3 dagen om 17.00 uur kamers nog niet schoongemaakt. Bij de receptie als je daar iets over zei hadden ze weinig begrip. Ze zeiden schoonmaken doen we pas laat in de middag.

Quality/price was OK. The room we stayed in faced the street and you could hear all the noise outside, even ok a 4th floor. From time to time we felt a terrible smell coming out of the bedroom bathroom. The room had very poor lighting and no place to keep anything, no closet or drawers. No safe box to keep our delicate belongings. The pillows were awful and only one per person. Heating was always on high and a/c never worked. We had to open permanently the window to breathe and sleep.

At first, we got a room facing the main street and it's noisy. We requested to change to a room on the quiet side and they did that for us for the remaining 3 nights. Staff is very helpful. Location is good and walkable to many tourist attractions.

No nosso quarto (que não foi barato) não tinha cofre nem frigobar. A minha toalha de banho era microscópica, rasgada e furada. A saboneteira no box estava torta e o sabonete e shampoo caíam dela. O suporte da ducha era mole e a ducha não parava na posição. O suporte do papel higiênico estava solto deixando o rolo cair. O café da manhã pago à parte não tinha absolutamente nenhum prato quente, nem ovo cozido, as tampas dos porta-frios não paravam abertas, precisavam ser seguradas com uma mão e pegar o queijo com a outra. Por causa disso os hóspedes sem saber deixavam as tampas caírem ruidosamente durante todo o tempo. Não tinha nem mel pra adoçar as coisas. Os alimentos não tinham nenhum aviso do conteúdo, precisava adivinhar se são doces ou salgados, se tem recheio ou não. Querem ser "green" colocando no quarto um cesto do lixo com 4 compartimentos coloridos para o hóspede separar o lixo, mas o código de cores de reciclagem em Portugal é diferente do resto da Europa, tornando impossível saber que tipo de lixo vai em cada compartimento. Enfim uma decepção total em um hotel com prédio novo e bonito por fora mas sem manutenção, e sem atenção a coisas básicas importantíssimas ao cliente.

I liked the location with close proximity to Metro Trindade I liked the shower, bed I did not rate the hotel highly on placing the guest first I arrived at 15:10 for a 16:00 reception opening. The hotel offered to let me in the room for €15. ( They did store my luggage for 50 minutes) By contrast my hotel tonight agreed to store my luggage with a 14:00 checkin. When I arrived at 10:00 at reception the lady said my room was ready- no charge. The room didn’t come with a complimentary coffee. In short no deal breakers but a very neutral average approval rating.

Modernes Hotel, großes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Die Lage ist perfekt, da in 7 Minuten zu Fuß die Metro Haltestelle Trindade entfernt ist, an der alle Linien vorbeikommen, und direkt am Hotel 2 Buslininen halten. Zuf Fuß kommt man in ein paar Minuten in die belebte Einkaufsstrasse! Ich war 3 Nächte dort, und ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen, ich war sehr zufrieden!

At first, we got a room facing the main street and it's noisy. We requested to change to a room on the quiet side and they did that for us for the remaining 3 nights. Staff is very helpful. Location is good and walkable to many tourist attractions.

The Stay Hotel in Porto was nice, but we would have preferred being closer to the river where lots of action was. It was a straight walk into downtown however.

Excelente alojamiento. Limpio. Camas confortables. Buen desayuno. Lo unico malo es aparcar en la zona, aun asi el ultimo dua descubrimos una especie de descampado (con parkimetro) que estaba bien. Y puedes ir andando al centro.

Alles in allem ganz gut für den Preis. Liegt zentral allerdings deswegen auch nachts etwas lauter. Würde aber allerdings wieder buchen, da Preis und Leistung angemessen sind

Very good hotel, just outside the touristic part of Porto. Friendly staff, also made time to describe the options for public transport. Breakfast was luxurious, with delicious expresso and tea. It was all fine for me

My stay was overall good. The room was spacious, but would probably need some very minor maintenance, such as resealing the skirting boards and sink, along with a few other small repairs. There was always someone at the reception, which was ideal in our case, as our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night. The breakfast was satisfactory, though a wider selection would have been appreciated. I particularly enjoyed being able to make my own fresh orange juice.

The room was a reasonable size and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was incredibly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is close to the Trindade metro station which links directly to the airport. Highly recommended!
