We loved our stay at the family-run, Hotel Simple. The staff was warm, friendly, and very accommodating. The dining and sitting rooms, plus the guest rooms have GIANT windows looking on the water. It was a very cozy place to spend after long days in the park. Highly recommend.

Hotel Simple was a perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales before our trek in Torres del Paine. Minimalist and well appointed, with comfortable beds and a great on site restaurant and bar area. It was comfortable and low key. Highly recommend.

After 5 days in the W Trek this property was exactly what I needed. Absolutely perfection, every detail. I didn’t even leave to go the short distance to puerto natales for dinner, instead enjoyed an amazing dinner and view on property. My bags had not been transported from the pre trek hotel as intended but the owner just gave me a lift there and back. Doesn’t sound like much but I was about to melt from exhaustion. Also the included breakfast was lovely. I loved the sitting room with comfy chairs and view. This property is special.

Such friendly and extraordinarily helpful staffs. A staff helped us obtained national park entrance permit. A variety of spreads for breakfast which was included with reservation. A taxi ride to downtown is about $5.00 one way. Shower pressure was excellent, and bathroom was clean. The lighting over the vanity could use brighter light to put on make up but overall it’s a great place. We are coming back to the hotel in 4 days.

We had a fantastic stay at Simple Patagonia. Very clean, welcoming atmosphere. Superb views and location. Martin and the family who manages the hotel were very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. From the meals which were very tasty and the room which was comfortable, clean and contained all the main amenities we needed. Definitely recommend.

About 2 miles out of town, on the banks of the sound, with excellent views from every room. Our room was large, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was huge with standalone tub and separate shower with good water pressure. The only thing that I didn't like, was that the sink was in the room. Breakfast was good and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel will call a taxi whenever you want and its only $5 to town.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views about a five minute Uber ride from downtown or a 30 minute walk along the shore on a paved pedestrian path. Our shower was strong, our pillows were great, and our breakfast was included. Simple Patagonia is simply lovely!

I stayed 2 nights before W trek and one night after the trek. The hotel provided quiet sleep and bed is comfy. If you are lucky you will fall asleep to amazing sunsets overlooking the water and mountain. I had 3 dinners at the hotel, and they were very good. Walk into town is about 45 minutes or you can use Uber for $3-4 each way,

My expectations was so high yet... The view is of a local port and not mountains and patagonia. Its not a horrible site, but far from paradise. The bathroom was bad at best with an old shower and showerhead that I had to take apart to clean.

Such an amazing boutique hotel everything about it is wonderful. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and the views spectacular. The bed was so comfortable. The heated stone floors at night were an extra touch.also loved having a fan in the room. The rooms are minimalistic in design: no TV, no phone; just spectacular views to help you unplug and relax. Located outside of Puerto Natales the walk along the water takes about 45min or a taxi/Uber 5-7min. Definitely recommend staying here while in Puerto Natales.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with spectacular views. We enjoyed an amazing sunset and sunrise. Restaurant was very good and they even accommodated an early breakfast so we could make our bus. Highly recommend!

Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this property. Gorgeous exterior and perfectly designed and appointed interiors. Luxurious sheets, etc. It even smells great. The staff is extremely accommodating, arranging taxis, storing luggage, and setting out breakfast before regular serving hours when we needed a super early start. Highly recommended.

AMAZING!! Book this hotel!! Some of the most honest and sincere staff I have ever experience. Beautifully decorated. Quiet, gorgeous and a perfect place to recharge and relax. Only con is it’s about 5-6 min drive from town but taxis are everywhere and Ubers are around $4USD. I travel 200 nights worldwide per year, this one breaks the top 10 for sure. You won’t regret it.

After traveling all over Chile for two weeks our last few days were spent at this tranquil retreat with an ocean view and delicious food. It was the perfect end to our trip. Just out of town and on the way to Torres del Paine, we enjoyed the location and the peaceful feeling of Simple Patagonia.

Beautiful property. Very good location with excellent views. Very nice breakfast. The owners actually run the place and are always available. I would definitely stay there again if I ever visit. Would highly recommend. It is a little bit away from town but you can get Uber easily which will only charge you about $3 to 4

Absolutely beautiful hotel with spectacular views. We enjoyed an amazing sunset and sunrise. Restaurant was very good and they even accommodated an early breakfast so we could make our bus. Highly recommend!

About 2 miles out of town, on the banks of the sound, with excellent views from every room. Our room was large, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was huge with standalone tub and separate shower with good water pressure. The only thing that I didn't like, was that the sink was in the room. Breakfast was good and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel will call a taxi whenever you want and its only $5 to town.

We were very pleased with Simple Patagonia. It was the last place we stayed on a 2 week trip, and was the best! The staff was terrific, the views wonderful, food was great. We had a peaceful & pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. We'd definitely stay there again.

I stayed 2 nights before W trek and one night after the trek. The hotel provided quiet sleep and bed is comfy. If you are lucky you will fall asleep to amazing sunsets overlooking the water and mountain. I had 3 dinners at the hotel, and they were very good. Walk into town is about 45 minutes or you can use Uber for $3-4 each way,

We had a fantastic stay at Simple Patagonia. Very clean, welcoming atmosphere. Superb views and location. Martin and the family who manages the hotel were very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. From the meals which were very tasty and the room which was comfortable, clean and contained all the main amenities we needed. Definitely recommend.
