This hotel needs a serious fabric and carpet deep clean. The carpet floors in the hallways and in my room were filthy and horribly stained. But bathroom looked great and clean. Hard furniture was in great condition, but the couch and chairs in the room was filthy and stained on the arms. The fitness center had 3 treadmills - 2 were broken. The 1 peloton bike they had was wobbly and didn't have the attachments to tighten. The room itself was fine. The continental breakfast was great - the lobby great. Just get the bissell out and clean the carpets and furniture!

Not as expected and the price was too much for the property. The air on the floor was out. The pool was dirty and half of it wasn’t working. The room had a bad odor. I will never book again!

The hotel is a bit rundown but they’re about to renovate. The rooms are spacious with a kitchenette and sitting area. The pool was closed / disappointing for a holiday weekend in July. A sign on the front desk explained that the hotel had posted notice of the pool being closed in its ads, but that information was not on this website.

We spent a couple nights here while in town to visit family. The room was fine for our needs. Clean and seemingly well maintained. However, two of the main reasons I picked this property was for the basketball court and pool, both of which were advertised as being in operation according to the pictures and amenities list. The pool was in obvious disrepair and not cleaned in months and unusable. The Basketball court was severely damaged with no hoop, glass shattered and still on the court (safety hazard!?) and no fencing. This was a major disappointment for my 3 kids. Please, if major amenities are not available let people know that ahead of time.

The property was great and conveniently not far from anything we wanted to attend. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We were informed that they were going to be doing renovations soon, which is great as well. The thing I didn’t like is that the pool wasn’t accessible because it was closed due to an issue, so on those hot days we were unable to unwind in the pool.

This place was literally so scary. My door looked like it had been kicked in. Honestly the two doors I was sleeping behind did not feel like enough. The carpet through out the hotel was filthy. Would not recommend.

Nice facility and friendly staff. Carpet in halls has stains and appears dirty. Floor in room could be cleaner, not sure how often the floor is mopped. We spilled some water and cleaned using a paper towel and it was then dirty. One morning the tables for breakfast were not clean from the previous day, a chair was sticky.

I don’t usually write a bad review, but potential customers deserve to know. Main areas of this hotel are filthy and unsanitary. Two large cockroaches in the hall near the breakfast room. Rooms are OK, but the common areas are disgusting.

Location is good. Stayed 4 nights. Room was non-refundable. Bed was clean and comfortable. Window shades were broken and would not open our entire stay. Microwave not working. Floors and couch stained and dirty. Fan in bathroom did not work. Our room was not cleaned our entire stay even though we left early in the day. Got clean towels from reception, and employee was rude. Would not eat the breakfast, area was dirty, trash overflowing and oily creamer? Yuck. Hotel was probably understaffed like most these days.

It was my first time staying at this place. It was so nice I loved that our room had a fridge and small stove if we’d stayed longer we would’ve used it. The room was clean and comfortable restroom was also clean. The room was very spacious which was great. I recommend a stay here.

Clean and I liked having enough room to move around with a kitchen was great. What I don’t like is paying top dollar for a suite and with 7 “available” I must walk through half the hotel to spend the night across the hall from a slamming exercise room door where I had try to sleep facing cancer surgery the next morning.

This was my first stay. And it won’t be my last. Super nice staff. And the rooms were very nice. Very clean. That the bed and pillows were heaven. Loved the kitchenette. Full sized fridge and dishwasher. 10/10 recommend.

Who doesn’t love up to date modern decor!? Room was clean, spacious, and just what we need. We visit often after moving from the area but having a great deal of family there. This will be our new home away from home! Extra stars for having a full length wall mirror!

I like the fact there was a fan in the room, something I sleep with at home. I do wish the beds where softer, maybe offer a topper for those of us that cannot handle the firm beds. Other than that the room was nice and I will stay here again.

A great place to stay! Our room wasn’t quite ready when we got here so I wasn’t able to use the one key. But the front desk staff quickly got us situated in a different room. The room was spacious, clean, had everything we needed. I especially love the ceiling fan in the bedroom. We will definitely stay here again!

The front desk guy was rude. He had this “ I don’t care attitude” but the other front desk lady was nice. She was pleasant. I was not happy that I was not notified that the pool would be out of commission the whole time I was there. It would have been nice if they notified me and told me!!

Christina at the front desk deserves a raise and recognition from the top. She greeted us with a warm smile and happiness. Her hours are not easy and in the morning she was just as warm and friendly and professional.

A really nice hotel. We felt very comfortable here. Great location for getting to an outpatient surgery at Baylor Texas Spine and Joint Outpatient surgery center. We hope to come back and just stay for fun.

Kitchen ran out of food way before breakfast scheduled to end and lady was very rude & dismissive about it. If breakfast is until 10, it should be supplied til then. Others and i didn't receive the advertised FREE BREAKFAST & weren't compensated.

Rugs in elevators and breakfast areas need cleaning ( old spills). I couldn’t get WiFi to work because I didn’t see instructions on the little paper until next day. Also, no one mentioned the main switch button that needed to be turned on when ewe entered the room. The room set up was nice but we didn’t get a chance to use kitchen facilities or shower. Breakfast was okay but typical scrambled eggs and mystery sausage patty.
