Check in was not as I would expect Staff not very helpful with answering queries. Another staff member was very good and accommodated us with things we asked for. Could have been a shortage of staff at check in The pool was terrible for a young family. Too small, too deep…. Not heated. Very poor for this hotel chain. The beds were excellent and cleanliness impeccable.

The room was really clean and the hotel was good. Gym was well equipped and the pool was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was good but not amazing. The food was pretty dried out by 8am. Hard pancakes and sausages. Coffee was great. There are no vending machines and they didn't have any sugar free drinks available to purchase from the front desk. I asked for a complimentary pack of shaving cream but it smelled like rotten sour cream. I still don't know what that was about. Overall i the hotel and room were pretty good compared to others in the city. The area around the hotel is pretty sketchy. A lot of homeless people around and generally not a safe feeling after dark. There is one good Mexican restaurant nearby, but mostly just fast food and a Walmart. It's a 3 minute drive from the airport which is nice.

The hotel is located basically at the airport. It is quite loud when planes land and take-off. We did know this before booking, this was not a detriment. There is very little parking as there are 3 hotels that basically share the same parking lot. Breakfast was delicious

BED BUGS!!! My wife got woken up by a bed bug crawling on her body at 2am. She couldn't sleep the rest of the night until staff came to check the room in the morning. The staff lifted the pillow only to find more BED BUGS! The manager won't return Hotels.com multiple calls or ours. STAY AWAY!!!

Many times though the night it sounded light people coming into my room but it was the finer ratio from the other doors slamming the bathroom sink area was so poorly done back splash didn’t fit properly and the caulking looked like a 5 year old did it.

The rooms are large and comfortable. Cleanliness was good overall vut a used razor was left on the counter in my room. The pool was not very clean. Lots of floating hair and such and piles of sand collecting on the bottom. Overall a good place to stay.

The room was on the 4th floor at the back. We love watching airplanes so it was perfect for us. We did not find the plane noise disturbing, but ask for a room at the front if you think this will be an issue. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. The beds were very comfortable, and lots of pillows!

The only thing I did not like was that the thicker curtain in the room had a gap in the middle, about 4 feet, where it would not close completely, letting the light in and leaving me feeling a bit exposed.

Stayed here for the 4am airport shuttle. Staff very nice. Could not check in with Hilton app apparently due to using Expedia (despite multiple abnoying emails and texts telling me to check in with the Hilton app, and annoying unsuccessful efforts to check in using the Hilton app).

Lots of billing errors. No one at the property could answer my question or explain why I was charged 4 separate times for pre authorization on my room. It was annoying and disheartening. I've never experienced that before and it was more than double the room rate for two nights. The room was very nice but we will never stay there again. It shouldnt be carrying the Hilton name, it was that bad.

I booked for two nights and my travels plans changed and could only stay for one night. I advised them on check in I needed to check out a day early and they would not refund me the second night and insisted on charging me for both nights. They said it's because I booked with Expedia, however when I contacted Expedia, they said they would call the hotel to see if they would change it for me. They were informed the hotel declined. Terrible service and no longer staying with this chain. I've never had a problem at other chains doing this.

My check out time was 11:00 a.m. on July 28th. I decided to connect with my office for a business meeting in the cafeteria. The staff turned on the music very loud to drive me out of the cafeteria. I had to conduct the meeting in the parking lot. I fund that very rude and inconsiderate. I suspect it is policy of the hotel to deter guest.

The signage to find the way in to the parking lot poor!!! Street signage poor and hidden by trees. You knew where it was but how do you get to it? Google maps was no help at all either. Very frustrating. The pool was cold and noxious with chlorine! It even ruined my bathing suits colour. The bed was very hard and the pillows are garbage! They are nice and fluffy but go flat when you use them. There must be a drain pipe from higher floors in the wall because the sound of water running was often and disturbed my sleep. Worse when it rained but bad even when not raining. There was a funky smell too but we got used to it once in the room. The fridge froze our pop and waters we had in the fridge too! Staff was good and friendly but just just not that impressed with the hotel.

I loved the room! It was huge and well kept up. It smelled nice, and the bed was super comfortable. Best hotel we've stayed at on our entire trip. The only thing I didn't like is the neighborhood of the hotel. It was in a dirty area that needed a bit of clean up.

A nicely located property on the edge of town. Good access to the 11/17 if travelling east/west and need a place to crash. Good hotel breakfast and decent sleep. Do you homework on finding places to eat, entertainment, etc.

The sevice is excelent. The room is fine. The breakfast id very good. The Coffee is dreadful!!!! it is weak tasteless and horrible. Even the in-room coffee is just as bad.

Great hotel with comfortable beds. Coffee and hot water for hot chocolate available in the lobby - staff replenished hot chocolate when we asked but the hot water wasn't hot and coffee was often lukewarm too. Nice daily breakfast available. Parking was difficult because coach buses were taking up many car spots.

Airport Shuttle easy to find and use. Very clean transport shuttle and Driveer very friendly. The room was very clean and all amenities provided as requested. Breakfast was ok for a hotel .
