The owners decided to upgrade me simply because a better room was available. This is what I call "class" and understanding how you run a business successfully. The hotel has a limited number of well maintained rooms. The wifi connection was strong and reliable, Everything clean and well maintained. Good breakfast and staff/owners available to help with advice (tours, sightseeing) at all times. Centrally located and close to all attractions in the center of the city (cathedral, Costanera, restaurants, bus station...). I highly recommend it.

What a great place to stay! Staff was so welcoming and helpful. We were talking about getting a reservation for dinner and right away they called and made it for us. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was tasty and rooms were roomy. Remember you are in the city so there is some noise but we wore earplugs and had no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

2 weeks we spent Patagonia and the bed at Innata's was by far the most comfortable! The two guys who welcomed us were very friendly and attentive, the breakfast also very good. The whole house gives a vibe that was put together with love and care. The only down side was that the room we got was next to the street, so you could hear all the cars and people outside. And the curtains did not cover any light - in Patagonia where in summer there is virtually no night, it would be helpful to have some blackout curtains.
