I dont like the elevator.

No tiene estacionamiento

Atendimento excelente, café da manhã bem completo, só os elevadores que deixam a desejar, só tinha dois e sempre muito congestionado e lentos

The rooms are too old, the spaces are too noisy, you can hear everything happening around your room And I was in 5th floor, could hear people walking in their rooms, their alarms and sometimes conversations, the breakfast is pretty poor and it was everyday the same food, staff is very friendly Marina and Pablo they’re fantastic the shame is the property needs a refresh also the elevator it is even scary to be on it feels like if your are gonna fall

The Hotel is very convenient the staff very nice and capable to help anytime Just need a restaurant

Elevators too slow. Bathroom was split in two and the toilet area did not have a bidet. You had to go across the hall to complete the clean up process

Parking not available. Very small rooms.

Me gustó la ubicación y el trato del personal. El ascensor está viejo, es lento y necesita ser renovado. La habitación tiene buena vista, pero se siente estrecha.

Stayed 4 nights in April. Very centrally located on Gran Via. Metro outside. Position above retail. The building is old and has been refurbished but there are limitations. The lifts for instance tend to jump just before stopping and some of the fixtures and fittings are of a different era. Not sure if Aircon worked as didn't need it. Well insulated from outside noise despite the location. Reading lights didn't appear to work and TV is strictly local channels. Real Madrid TV was handy to have. Reception are multi lingual. Offered a free upgrade but didn't match the sleeping arrangements booked (Twin) which therefore couldn't be taken. Bit of a miss there. No bar or evening food service but in the location that really isn't needed. Breakfast is excellent and varied with good times. Quality is top class. Young female assisting on my trip in the restaurant was notably efficient and should be commended. Multiple options of food available and labelling is generally bilingual Spanish English. Vending machines are available but weren't used by me. Classed as 3* which I suggest is very fair. Location is the key for this hotel. Used essentially as a crash pad to explore the amazing city and for that it was spot on.

Hello, I liked the staff kindeness, location and price. I didn´t like the bathroom had fungud in the shower, some lights didn´t work inside the room, the room was very small we didn´t have enought space to keep our luggage.

Breakfast was good, lots of options. Not the most clean place, but rooms are what you see in the pictures

The shower is dirty and the water stinks.

It was a great property in the heart of Madrid. The room was comfortable and cool. Things functioned appropriately (i.e. AC). It was easy to go to many places. The shopping was right there, metro stop was down the street and there were many delicious eating options. It was a little noisy at times however, they have pretty good windows to keep the noise out. Would recommend for location and convenience.

I loved the location and the style. The only thing that wasn't the best was the bed, it was hard and caused some back pain.

Convenient location but rooms are too small, the room is too hot, AC doesn't work and the venue is too noisy

No air conditioning though this is advertised on website so window had to stay open which made sleep difficult due to street noise all night, reception did not respond to requests regarding this. Beds were not as booked and enquires revealed the particular situation booked did not exist. Socket was faulty. Location is central but very noisy. Bedroom was cleaned well daily.

Good location. But the walls are thin so stay could be uncomfortable if negbor is noisy.

El cuarto era muy pequeño. Se nos dificultó porque traíamos dos maletas grandes y no había suficiente espacio para moverse.

Batallamos con baño resbaladizo con caída y el servicio de internet muy lento que nos impidió trabajar adecuadamente.

Great location and service. Do not recomend rooms near the elevators as it can be noisy with people talking while waiting for the elevator.

Beautiful hotel building on the Gran Via, so expect lits of activity and street noise.i travel with a sound machine, which helped with the noise. I think our room was a standard room, so clean snd spacious with wood laminate flooring. It's and older hotel so you have a chain operated elevator and bathroom is dated but very clean. I asked for a view and quieter room, so away from elevator and with a stunning view of the Telephone Building across from hotel.

The staff were lovely and helpful, but the location was very intense and crowded. The noise and sirens from the street kept me up every night, and when i asked to change rooms I was told that I could be given a very small room on the interior which was 'much smaller' than my already very small room. There was a strong smell from the bathroom. The hotel was inflexible with my requests to cancel for a refund, or even a partial refund.

Osvaldo and Pablo were very helpful. Provided great service. The breakfast was excellent the staff was very friendly

Todo muy bien, excelente localizacion y buen servicio

Very loud neighbors. Staff took over an hour to come up and tell them to be quiet at midnight. We were all awake for hours and very tired.

Solo estuve una noche. Si es buena relación precio-calidad. Sin embargo; tuve un tema; se me quedó un cargador y no se me comunicó. Tuve que regresar a Madrid y me hicieron largas; después a través de Expedía me confirmaron que había un cargador; fui y no era el que reclamaba. Siento que no me lo quisieron entregar. Siento que deben mejorar el servicio y atención cuando se tienen estos temas.

They don't care about clients, they don't do anything to help new clients, they have the worst customer service ... in my opinion

The location is right on top of the Gran Via Metro station. This is very convinient. Also the location is in the center of everything and evryhting is within a shorta walking distance

Sobre la Gran Vía cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y estaciones de metro. Muy céntrico para conocer los alrededores caminando y muy cómodo. El único inconveniente es que por las noches se siente inseguro al llegar por la cantidad de indigentes durmiendo en la calle.

Location location location, you have plenty of options to shop, eat, easy access to public transportation and you can walk everywhere!!! The staff was nice and the room was clean and very comfortable!!!!

Very conveniently set in the city with easy public transportation as well as walkability in any direction.

Localização perfeita, perto de tudo! Todos os passeios foram feitos a pé, toooodos!!!! Super recomendo, sem contar com os funcionários, todos prestativos.

The hotel is positioned at center of Madrid near more important place of the city Sol ,Plaza Mayor , Parlament Prado museum Thyssen museum and has metro station in front it line 1

Great location on Gran Via. Right next to metro station Gran Via. Walkable distance to Plaza Sol, Callao en other attractions. Breakfast menu good; fruits, juices, coffee, yogurt, meats, bread variety, cheeses, and scrambled eggs.

The rooms are a bit outdated which was a shame. The dining room is huge and offers great breakfast.

Booked a room that overlooked Gran Via for a reasonable price. Check in and service was quick and friendly. There's included breakfast and bag check. Great spot for center of Madrid

This is a good hotel, but I was expecting more of it. I don't know if is the way they did, but the room floor have the impression that is always dirty. There's no rug. And the other thing is that the washbasin has a mirror door that has the water faucet inside and when you open it to wash your hands or mouth you need to hold it with one hand because doesn't stay open. I did a mess with the open water faucet twice. Apart from that, it is a great hotel, specially the breakfast buffet.

The room was in very poor condition. The bed had a very hard mattress, the sheets were of poor quality and torn. The bathroom tub was very dirty and clogged. The hair dryer was over 30 years old and had a plug around it. The towels were dingy and very old. There was no hand cream. This is a very poor quality hotel, due to its location. The breakfast was horrible.

Los meseros en el servicio del desayuno son muy amables, lástima de la comida porque no es muy buena y las opciones en el buffett son siempre las mismas. Aunque es económico no es lo más recomendable
