Had a lovely stay here. Hotel is spotless - cleaning staff are excellent - and the rooms are really nice. The pools are great, there are lots of activities put on by friendly activities staff and a brilliant shuttle service to the centre of Marrakesh. The food was good, with lots of variety and some nice freshly cooked stations at the buffet. We liked the breakfasts and the snack bar food too - the latter a great option if you don’t want the buffet. We did have some issues - the evening entertainment was sometimes quite poor, very loud and you can’t really escape it because of the setup of the hotel and its bars. It would be improved if the sports bar had outdoor seating as it is away from the entertainment! The staff serving drinks at the snack bar in particular weren’t that helpful - I think they were undermined by how difficult it seemed to pour beers (though Mustafa in the Sports Bar was fantastic). The water from the air to water machines also tasted slightly dodgy at times. But overall we enjoyed and would recommend for a week’s stay in the sun - it was really good value for what we got!

Food was excellent, varied and with a mix of local and international cuisines. Property was clean and well maintained throughout. Free shuttle service to Marrakesh, about 25 minutes or so, was excellent and an easy way to see the city. Staff are hit and miss, some are great and very friendly, attentive and can't do enough for you. Some are overly formal, blunt in some cases and unhelpful. On bars and towards end of meal times staff were short so getting some things could be slow. Cutlery for instance, or coffee at breakfast. Pool bar is great, but for some reason only ever has 1 member of staff which causes very slow service at busier times. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and would recommend for the all inclusive relaxation with an opportunity to visit Marrakesh should you want to.

The hotel is spotless, it is located in a remote area so if you want to go anywhere you will have to take a taxi, or use the free shuttle into Marrakech, but we knew this when we booked and wanted to be out of the City and enjoy tranquility. The bedroom was again spotless, great size and the bed super comfortable. The pool areas are great, plenty of beds, one pool is lively and the entertainment is based from there, the other is quieter. The Spa is well served and the treatment options extensive, I can honestly say that the masssge I had there was the best I have ever experienced! The food is of great quality and variety in the buffet restaurant. We didn’t get to eat in the Al a carte but heard good things. The snack bar was of poor quality when we ate there, and the service poor. The burger was not cooked through and the chicken sandwich tasted of tuna and likely to have been sliced using a dirty knife. The service is the one thing that lets the hotel down and sets it aside from other 5 star hotels. The staff are not very attentive, often ignoring you when you want to order a drink at the dinner table and on one occasion, the waiter cleared our table when my Husband and I went to get dessert. I understand that some guests are rude (and drunk) and I didn’t see much evidence of tipping going on but there is no excuse for rudeness in hospitality. Overall, a good stay, would consider returning but just be mindful of inferior service.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are fantastic. Very peaceful and beautiful gardens and pool area. It is in the middle of nowhere! There is a free shuttle to the medina which is fantastic. The food is not great and the drink options are very limited - the cocktails are very weak and poor quality. The staff are incredibly friendly and lovely, especially if you attempt to say a few words in Arabic. Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay but were disappointed with the food and drink - a bit tricky when it is All Inclusive and no other options.

The hotel is accredited as 5 star. However, the facilities are a bit shabby for a 5 star hotel. Apart from the main lobby area, lobby bar, buffet restaurant/ breakfast area, the communal areas were in need of some maintenance. For example, there was no light outside our suite. The light being motion activated was not working. The corridor to our room was very dark in the evenings with the light only coming from an adjacent light that we activated by walking past our room in the dark. We stayed in a suite, which was very spacious, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and there was climate control A/C with cable TV. The staff were not especially friendly and not attentive. We booked a taxi transfer from the airport through the hotel via email. We were collected by a driver. We were later informed that we must pay the driver in cash. We then had to exchange some GB pounds to pay the driver in Moroccan Dirhams. This was inconvenient as we expected to pay using our credit card. We booked another transfer back to the airport. We exchanged some cash and were told to pay the hotel staff. When we arrived at the airport to leave, the driver told us to pay him. We had to remonstrate with him and eventually resolved the issue by the driver calling the hotel. This was not professional. We stayed as all inclusive guests with our breakfast, lunch and dinner meals included together with our drinks. The food provided was of reasonable and variable quality. A disappointed stay.

Had a lovely stay here. Hotel is spotless - cleaning staff are excellent - and the rooms are really nice. The pools are great, there are lots of activities put on by friendly activities staff and a brilliant shuttle service to the centre of Marrakesh. The food was good, with lots of variety and some nice freshly cooked stations at the buffet. We liked the breakfasts and the snack bar food too - the latter a great option if you don’t want the buffet. We did have some issues - the evening entertainment was sometimes quite poor, very loud and you can’t really escape it because of the setup of the hotel and its bars. It would be improved if the sports bar had outdoor seating as it is away from the entertainment! The staff serving drinks at the snack bar in particular weren’t that helpful - I think they were undermined by how difficult it seemed to pour beers (though Mustafa in the Sports Bar was fantastic). The water from the air to water machines also tasted slightly dodgy at times. But overall we enjoyed and would recommend for a week’s stay in the sun - it was really good value for what we got!

Mycket trevligt ”all inclusive” hotell. Buffé maten var riktigt bra och varierad. Vi hade 12 nätter bokade och det gav oss rätten till 2 middagar på hotellets ”finrestaurang” vilket också var en mycket trevlig och god upplevelse. Rummen var stora, trevliga och bra städade. I vår dusch fungerade bara handduschen och fästet till den gick inte att justera i höjdled. Det gav oss givetsvis inga problem att duscha men det ger inte intrycket av ett riktigt högklassigt hotell. Det står på Hotels.com hotell beskrivning att det ingår badrockar och badtofflor - men det gör det inte. Spa delen är det en helt annan operatör som driver. De behandlingar vi tog var helt ok men receptionens personal var inte speciellt trevlig och de kunde/ville inte ge någon vägledning vilken/vilka behandling(ar) min partner skulle välja då hon började bli lätt förkyld och inte ville ha någon kraftfull behandling som skulle kunna göra henne sämre. Det var skönt att bo utanför Medinan och det var enkelt att ta sig fram och tillbaka mellan hotellet och sevärdheter. Hotellet har en shuttle bus som går några gånger om dagen till och från Medinan. Ok stay. Certainly not a 5-star hotel which was very disappointing. Customer service needs work, some staff members were incredibly rude. Requested a twin room on booking, turned up to a double and was challenged when asked to move, Not what i expect from a customer service perspective. A lot of food was inedible at the buffet so ate out most nights. Marrakech in general was beautiful, and exceeded all expectations.

Good hotel and great facilities. Two pools, one of which is the party pool and the other a more chilled pool. Good food options and generally a good hotel. Only issue we had was at the end when sorting taxi to the airport. We asked the reception and told no hotel transfer available. That was fine and i had to organise my own. I did using Idrive ( morrocos uber) however when the taxi arrived i was stopped at the door by hotel staff from going to the taxi and they said they’re bad and not allowed...luckily a local taxi(yellow) turned up and we were given that one. I would just suggest being clearer on taxis from the hotel to airport if you need one.

We arrived the morning of my wife birthday and we wanted to dine in the speciality restaurant which was fully booked, Salah at the front desk was exceptional he got us into the restaurant and hat off to him for making her Birthday extremely special with all the surprises including an upgraded room , the restaurant staff singing happy birthday to her and surprising her with a birthday cake.Thanks a million. The only complaint was the service in the one other restaurant, it seem that you had to dine early to receive service otherwise it was mediocre. Tables weren't cleaned in a timely manner to accommodate the turn over, you asked someone to clean the table, they took the dishes and cutlery but did not wipe the table and never came back to set it up. We asked someone else and they never came back either. This happened after the night before, when I had to asked the waiter to refill my wine glass three time before it was done. Thanks also to LouBma at front desk who was very helpful.

Free shuttle service to Marrakesh, about 25 minutes or so, was excellent and an easy way to see the city. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and would recommend for the all inclusive relaxation with an opportunity to visit Marrakesh should you want to.

The hotel is spotless, it is located in a remote area so if you want to go anywhere you will have to take a taxi, or use the free shuttle into Marrakech, but we knew this when we booked and wanted to be out of the City and enjoy tranquility. The bedroom was again spotless, great size and the bed super comfortable. The pool areas are great, plenty of beds, one pool is lively and the entertainment is based from there, the other is quieter. The Spa is well served and the treatment options extensive, I can honestly say that the masssge I had there was the best I have ever experienced! The food is of great quality and variety in the buffet restaurant. We didn’t get to eat in the Al a carte but heard good things. The snack bar was of poor quality when we ate there, and the service poor. The burger was not cooked through and the chicken sandwich tasted of tuna and likely to have been sliced using a dirty knife. The service is the one thing that lets the hotel down and sets it aside from other 5 star hotels. The staff are not very attentive, often ignoring you when you want to order a drink at the dinner table and on one occasion, the waiter cleared our table when my Husband and I went to get dessert. I understand that some guests are rude (and drunk) and I didn’t see much evidence of tipping going on but there is no excuse for rudeness in hospitality. Overall, a good stay, would consider returning but just be mindful of inferior service.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are fantastic. Very peaceful and beautiful gardens and pool area. It is in the middle of nowhere! There is a free shuttle to the medina which is fantastic. The food is not great and the drink options are very limited - the cocktails are very weak and poor quality. The staff are incredibly friendly and lovely, especially if you attempt to say a few words in Arabic. Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay but were disappointed with the food and drink - a bit tricky when it is All Inclusive and no other options.

The hotel is spotless, it is located in a remote area so if you want to go anywhere you will have to take a taxi, or use the free shuttle into Marrakech, but we knew this when we booked and wanted to be out of the City and enjoy tranquility. The bedroom was again spotless, great size and the bed super comfortable. The pool areas are great, plenty of beds, one pool is lively and the entertainment is based from there, the other is quieter. The Spa is well served and the treatment options extensive, I can honestly say that the masssge I had there was the best I have ever experienced! The food is of great quality and variety in the buffet restaurant. We didn’t get to eat in the Al a carte but heard good things. The snack bar was of poor quality when we ate there, and the service poor. The burger was not cooked through and the chicken sandwich tasted of tuna and likely to have been sliced using a dirty knife. The service is the one thing that lets the hotel down and sets it aside from other 5 star hotels. The staff are not very attentive, often ignoring you when you want to order a drink at the dinner table and on one occasion, the waiter cleared our table when my Husband and I went to get dessert. I understand that some guests are rude (and drunk) and I didn’t see much evidence of tipping going on but there is no excuse for rudeness in hospitality. Overall, a good stay, would consider returning but just be mindful of inferior service.

The hotel has a great ide. A resort on the outskirts of the city. They just need to maintain the hotel a little better. We enjoyed the pool and the activities. The food was pretty average. I hoped for better but I did find stuff to eat. The drinks at the bar were below average. The coffee was terrible. The cappuccino was instant. They have a great coffee machine in the bar but that had limited hours. The main area had terrible coffee. Alas, the beautiful gardens and pool made the trip.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are fantastic. Very peaceful and beautiful gardens and pool area. It is in the middle of nowhere! There is a free shuttle to the medina which is fantastic. The food is not great and the drink options are very limited - the cocktails are very weak and poor quality. The staff are incredibly friendly and lovely, especially if you attempt to say a few words in Arabic. Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay but were disappointed with the food and drink - a bit tricky when it is All Inclusive and no other options.

We arrived the morning of my wife birthday and we wanted to dine in the speciality restaurant which was fully booked, Salah at the front desk was exceptional he got us into the restaurant and hat off to him for making her Birthday extremely special with all the surprises including an upgraded room , the restaurant staff singing happy birthday to her and surprising her with a birthday cake.Thanks a million. The only complaint was the service in the one other restaurant, it seem that you had to dine early to receive service otherwise it was mediocre. Tables weren't cleaned in a timely manner to accommodate the turn over, you asked someone to clean the table, they took the dishes and cutlery but did not wipe the table and never came back to set it up. We asked someone else and they never came back either. This happened after the night before, when I had to asked the waiter to refill my wine glass three time before it was done. Food was excellent, varied and with a mix of local and international cuisines. Property was clean and well maintained throughout. Free shuttle service to Marrakesh, about 25 minutes or so, was excellent and an easy way to see the city. Staff are hit and miss, some are great and very friendly, attentive and can't do enough for you. Some are overly formal, blunt in some cases and unhelpful. On bars and towards end of meal times staff were short so getting some things could be slow. Cutlery for instance, or coffee at breakfast. Pool bar is great, but for some reason only ever has 1 member of staff which causes very slow service at busier times. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and would recommend for the all inclusive relaxation with an opportunity to visit Marrakesh should you want to.

Vi hade 12 nätter bokade och det gav oss rätten till 2 middagar på hotellets ”finrestaurang” vilket också var en mycket trevlig och god upplevelse. Rummen var stora, trevliga och bra städade. I vår dusch fungerade bara handduschen och fästet till den gick inte att justera i höjdled. Det gav oss givetsvis inga problem att duscha men det ger inte intrycket av ett riktigt högklassigt hotell. Det står på Hotels.com hotell beskrivning att det ingår badrockar och badtofflor - men det gör det inte. Spa delen är det en helt annan operatör som driver. De behandlingar vi tog var helt ok men receptionens personal var inte speciellt trevlig och de kunde/ville inte ge någon vägledning vilken/vilka behandling(ar) min partner skulle välja då hon började bli lätt förkyld och inte ville ha någon kraftfull behandling som skulle kunna göra henne sämre. Det var skönt att bo utanför Medinan och det var enkelt att ta sig fram och tillbaka mellan hotellet och sevärdheter. Hotellet har en shuttle bus som går några gånger om dagen till och från Medinan. I absolutely loved this hotel. I couldn't fault it in any way. The staff are incredible they work so hard and are so welcoming, friendly and inclusive. The property is maintained to a very high level. Rooms are clean and maintained to a high standard. The food and drink was lovely. The hotel food was to a excellent standard and service was great. Snack bar food was nice with a good selection. Entertainment was great the activity staff had a good energy they were very fun and inclusive. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Had a lovely stay at Be Live Collection Marrakech Adults Only. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. The staff were truly outstanding: friendly, respectful, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more pleasant.
