Best place to stay near Disney Sea without paying so much for Disney hotel. Check in and out was easy. Staff is always nice and helpful. Free little amenities to make with your stay comfortable. The rooms have for massagers to relax your tired feet after Disney all day! I'm the evening they have a free Japanese rice meal that is amazing after coming off the shuttle after Disneyland. The shuttle is free to the Maihama station right in front of Disneyland Tokyo. If you need Tokyo Disney Sea, you will need to buy a ticket for the Disneyland monorail.

They have a shuttle in the morning and evening to train station near Disney. 5 minutes to Tokyo Disney, 15 to Disney Sea, though you can ride monorail for $300 yen, about $2 US as of this writing. 1 minute walk to Ikspirari, aka downtown Disney. Hotel is clean, Japanese breakfast for $1700 yen, free soda after 1500 and a late free soup dish after 2130. Service was excellent, food good, free coffee and water station. Hotel gives 2 free gifts per person, little things. Our room was small, one person has to climb on bed to get to that side since no room on that side of bed. Restaurants are 4 blocks away minimum. That is all I can say that isn't great. We are used to American hotels so only comparison. Great hotel all around and alot cheaper than Disney!!! Under $15 Uber to train station if hotel schedules don't work for you. We took airport bus to closest train station, then Uber to hotel, much cheaper than cab, much easier than lugging luggage on several trains. Highly recommend if it works for you!

Front desk has everything sorted out before I arrive. Especially when I booked 2 nights separately but they already knew and arrange the same room without the need for me to ask to arrange when I arrive. Shuttle to Maihama station is very convenient and readily available. But if you are coming back from the station at night, the last shuttle is very crowded. Impressed about the supper and free soft drinks from afternoon till night. Definitely a good place to stay if you plan to go to Disney.

We chose to stay here because of the shuttle and proximity to Disney. Definitely recommended for the ease of the free shuttle service! Much less expensive than staying at the Disney hotels and really a nice stay with all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious and I highly recommend including this in your stay as there isn’t a lot of convenient stores in the area.

This property was great, super comfortable, great amenities, free rice at night, convient shuttle to Disney/Maihama Station. However, without the shuttle it's a 25 minute walk from the station, and there is virtually nothing else around it. If you're ok with only using this for Disney and nothing else, it's an absolutely fabulous option. If you want to try to find something else to do, this is not the place for you.

This was one of the very best hotel experiences we ever have. The staffs were super friendly, they have plenty of other amenities (like complimentary soda bar, free coffee in the morning, free shuttle to Maihama train station) and their breakfast buffet was the BEST! Very much affordable and great place to stay if you are planning to visit Tokyo Disney.

ディズニーシーへ行って宿泊しました。 10分くらいととても近く駐車場も平面で停めやすかったです。お風呂も大きくトイレと別なのがよかったです。畳はよかったですが、髪の毛が何本が落ちていたのが残念です。夜の出汁茶漬けが嬉しいサービスでした。またディズニーへ行く際は泊まりたいと思います。

We were happy to arrive to a very comfortable and spacious room. We enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service and free drink amenities offered during different times of the day. They also had vending machines and the grocery store was a walkable distance. The staff was friendly and understanding of my difficulty with the language and went above and beyond in assisting with an unexpected task. While no public bath is offered they offer a comfortable seating area to rest or do work . I also noticed the absolute attention to detail in both the cleaning of the rooms and to the cleanliness of the main dining and lobby areas. Recommend!

We only stayed for one night but everything was so clean it’s was quiet and the staff was very helpful even with the language barrier. We walked to 7 eleven from the hotel which was a nice walk only about 7 mins. They also had a laundry room which we didn’t use but it was nice to know it was there.

Spectacular staff makes this a nice visit. Breakfast buffet was great. Everything else was great except the pillows and bed. They weren’t very comfortable in my opinion. The bed was alright I guess because I like a hard bed. But we really didn’t like the pillows.

We loved this hotel. Everything was very clean and the list of included ameinities was endless. So grateful that their team was able ot ship a Disney souvenier we had forgotten to Kyoto for us. Location is a little far form the Disney parks but the shuttle and proximity to a grocery store and conbini made it all worthwhile. Highly recommend!!

I am a world traveler and I have enjoyed excellent hotel staff before but never to the height of the two ladies at the front desk here. Motoyama and the young lady who worked with her (I am so sorry that I mistakenly threw out the piece of paper I wrote her name on) were wonderful above and beyond. When my holiday was looking rather disappointing due to technical difficulties they came to my rescue and ensured that I had a wonderful time. I have only them to thank for this. I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It was clean, quiet and have incredible staff.

舞浜駅⇔ホテル間の無料送迎バスがあり、とても助かりました。送迎バスの運転手さんはとても親切で重たい荷物なのに、荷物の載せ下ろしを手伝っていただき嬉しかったです。到着してすぐに受付もして下さり、スムーズでした。夜の２３時まで 1人一杯のお茶漬けサービスにとても癒されました。２人で一室を利用しましたが、二段ベッドが２つ、ワンルームのお部屋でとても清潔感がありました。

We absolutely loved hotel Hiyori! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I accidentally booked the wrong checkout date and they were very accommodating and allowed me to book the last night on the spot. Having the free shuttle to Disneyland and Maihama Station was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

1️⃣バス（お風呂）の清潔さには驚かされました。臭いもなくザラザラしたする事もなく快適でした。ホテル業界に報告したいですね。 2️⃣あとシャトルバスの方には大変お世話になりました。心温まる対応に感謝しております。 3️⃣しかしながらフロントの方はシャトルバスがある事を知らせず、まあ初日の舞浜からホテルまではわからないにせよ、ホテルから出る時にはシャトルバスがある事を真っ先に教えて欲しい。 4️⃣それとフロントに内線でお電話した時30秒ほどコールしましたが誰も対応無しでした。 3️⃣と4️⃣は残念でしたが2️⃣の事でまた伺うかもしれません。お茶漬けのサービスも有り難かったです。

Loved that this hotel has a shuttle that takes you to JR Station Maihama. We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Disney parks and it was super nice that we had the hotel shuttle as an option. There aren’t that many places to eat next to the hotel but everything is relatively close either walking distance or train/bus.

The staff is wonderful and good service… they provide a bus to Disney or Disney sea. You are staying away from tourists more locals … you have a supermarket that has a McDonald and 7 eleven is also less than 10 min away. Great location for peace and quiet environment.

Good hotel if you plan on going to Disney. Comfortable and clean. Hotel has a shuttle with pickup and drop off from hotel to Mahaima station, which was quite convenient. Hotel is located in an industrial type area, with limited dining options in the immediate area. There are more dining options about 15 minute walk away. If not using a shuttle, the walk to Disney is about 35-40 minutes, and the subway station is ~25.

Very spacious room, incredibly friendly service, amazing well worth the money breakfast buffet, lovely end of the day ochazuke, the small daily gifts, the welcoming coffee and beverages, the shuttle to/from Disney etc……we loved everything about our stay!! お茶漬けを食べ放題にして食べている外国人がいた、そのため米の減りが半端ないように感じました。夜のドリンクバーが受け皿からこぼれて溢れていた、ご飯の補充、テーブル席の清掃、ドリンクエリアの清掃、お茶漬けの補充、大変そうでした、、。ホテルの方たちの対応は素晴らしかったです。客室もとても清潔でいろんなアメニティやフットマッサージなどが置いてあったのはディズニーで疲れた足には最高でした。ホテル自体は何一つ不満もなく快適でした。外国人マナーの問題で、少し不満に感じてしまったので悲しい。
