Great location right in the centre of town. Pool and bar have a great view over the bull ring, albeit the pool was freezing so couldn't swim in it, despite it being a hot day. Room was great and had everything we needed. Great stay overall.

Pros: Really nice hotel and location is the best. Rooms are large, modern, clean and comfortable. Cons: Parking is avail but at a garage and fee, staff friendliness, hot tub out of service and looks like has been for a while since the water was green, can be a little loud in the hotel from other guests Overall, I really do recommend staying here

Les + : Hôtel moderne, rénové récemment, idéalement placé en face des arènes et à proximité du fameux pont de Ronda. Partenariat avec un parking à proximité (16e/jour). Chambre très agréable, parfaitement propre, personnel efficace, petit déjeuner (buffet) très bon qu’il est possible de prendre depuis la terrasse du 4eme étage donnant sur les arènes. Les - : La piscine du 5eme étage surplombant les arènes est très agréable même si elle est sous dimensionnée à partir de 14h par rapport au nombre de chambres et s’il manque des parasols.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! It was kept spotlessly clean, the rooms are sound proof, the staff were very obliging. The air conditioning was very quiet and yet very efficient! Security enforced by only allowing guests to access their own floor. The lifts were efficient and fast. I loved everything about it!

This is an amazing hotel is in the city center, very safe location, convenient and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, places of interest and more. The staff are very friendly and helpful, Andres helped us with our luggage and gave us some information about the area and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and with an incredible view of the Plaza de Toros.

No reasonable coffee, no towel racks, no conditioner, old and soiled room rug. not worth the money The servers in the rooftop bar were terrible. They did more talking between themselves than serving. On two occasions we saw them talking and joking about so much that those seated outside had to come in to beg for service. The worst case was a British couple that had to come in to offer to pay for their two glasses of wine that they just received, but didn't have the time to drink as their "bus was leaving". The owner of this hotel is leaving A LOT OF EUROS ON THE TABLE because of these jokers. BTW the worst performer was the shortest one.

The hotel and room were very nice. Spacious room, great hotel facilities and location. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the person at the reception was not very very attentive and did not show interest in helping us with information about the parking and other things, even hanging out the phone with no complete information on what to do about the car. And also, the room is beautiful, modern, we had a fantastic view but the mattress is horrendous!!!! Gave us both backache.

We stayed in the Junior Suite room 202 and absolutely loved the four balconies overlooking the city and bull fighting arena. We liked the modern rainfall shower, however the drain in the shower was typical European and did not drain as quickly as desired but not an issue overall. Unbeatable views and spacious room. Definitely get the upgraded junior suite. Too cold to use the pool in April though it looked amazing.

L’hôtel est vraiment très bruyant. On entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans la rue c’est une rue très passante. On entend également tout chez les voisins, on peut entendre les voisins éternuer, tousser, brancher des appareils sur les prises. Dès 9h30 du matin, les femmes de ménage attaquent le ménage des chambres et c’est énormément bruyant. J’ai eu l’occasion de faire des centaines d’hôtels, et c’est parmi les hôtels les plus bruyant. Néanmoins, Andrès est très accueillant, l’hôtel est très bien placée. Les suites sont spacieuses pour le prix. L’hôtel est propre. Il y a un voiturier. Juste vraiment faut considérer que côté rue, c’est énormément bruyant, j’avais limite l’impression que la fenêtre était ouverte par moment.

Destaco en especial el trato y la gran amabilidad de Nieves durante toda nuestra estancia, teniendo en cuenta cada detalle y sorprendiéndonos con un detallazo al entrar a la habitación por ser mi cumpleaños justo el día de la llegada. Durante nuestra estancia también nos atendió Diego, siendo muy amable en todo momento. Hemos tenido una estancia fantástica en una habitación muy completa con vistas a la plaza de toros y un personal tan amable y atento.

I had to find a hotel after ours had closed without notice for remodeling . We booked on our way to hotel. Once we arrived , Diego was amazing and super helpful we were leaving early in the morning and had breakfast picnic baskets ready for us. We definitely will go back and spend more time there in Rhona .

The property was in a great location with parking to check in just across the street at the bull fighting arena. Overall it was in good shape and clean for a building in the historic district. My primary complaint is check in and check out took far to long as they seem to be short staffed.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Right next to restaurants and shopping and the bull ring. A short walk to the bridge and to the parks with the outlooks over the canyon. Staff is very helpful with discounted parking, and has a valet certain hours of the day. King size bed, huge shower with great water pressure, and large rooms. Nice rooftop resturant and bar that overlooks the bull ring.

It is a beautiful property with a very friendly and helpful staff.The location is excellent and we were throughly pleased with our room. However; The food served via room service was a Huge let down! The pizza was warmed up frozen pizza with a little cheese added. The pasta was if it came from a can. Did not taste freshly made.

I took the most expensive room, which was very basic and soulless. The view from our private small pool was terrible. However, it is probably okay for tourists on a meagre budget. The restaurant upstairs was terrible on both occasions at lunch and dinner. Avoid if you like something luxurious and beautiful.
