My room was a 2room suite with sitting room , bedroom and two bathrooms. It was quiet and secure. Staff communicated well. Shuttle from airport was great. Rooftop pool with bar, restaurant, health club, steam room. View of airport from rooftop. Breakfast is included. Although it is close to airport there is little noise from plane take off and landings. Would definitely stay again.

Basic airport hotel that could use a little additional paint and carpet cleaning. Room was satisfactory and shower had great water pressure. The top floor offers a roof top pool and bar and restaurant in the evening. Starbucks in the lobby as well as a burger joint that is not open for dinner. We liked tgat the hotel offered free transit to and from aurport.

Great place to stay if you have a stop over in Saigon close to the airport , free airport shuttle , our rooms had two bedrooms and was large and clean . Breakfast was good and there is a Starbucks in the hotel.

The advantages of this hotel is the location where is less than 10 minutes from the airport and free shuttle service available every 30min. Other than that, there is nothing special to point. Staff were great and super helpful! Gave us a deal for early check-in. Shuttle pickup was also free and awesome. However, my biggest issue was the cleanliness of our room - examination of the bed showed brown/reddish stains on the side of the mattress and the blanket. Walls too needed some paint by the door where previous travelers had appeared to scratch it

It was good for my purposes. I had an overnight layover in Saigon and it is a 7 minute walk from the terminal. (Hotel does offer free shuttle service). My “complaints” would be my bed had crumbs on it and the air conditioning took a long time to cool the room. I did not partake, but there is a rooftop pool that overlooks the airport runways.

Had a fine stay - the issue is the reason you book a hotel like this is for the airport shuttle. The room we were 1st given smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke, we went back down to reception and were immediately given another room on a different level with no issue. We were only there transiting over night, was a comfortable stay.

Booked the suite which was a decent enough size. Great location for a short airport layover. Bed was comfortable, ac was good/quiet, and the room was clean. On arrival at the airport had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle standing outside in the heat. On departure was denied use of the airport shuttle by the front desk even though the shuttle driver insisted there was room and made multiple attempts to load up our luggage. Front desk attendant refused to hand our bags over to shuttle driver and insisted we take a waiting taxi. That’s when things got really interesting. After a 5 minute ride to the airport the taxi driver demanded $100 USD to exit the vehicle. After 10 minutes of back and forth and a fraudulent credit card charge for 10x the posted amount we were finally free to leave. Vinasun cab # 10718 license plate 51H 19741. Do not trust the front desk hotel staff, in my case at least they forced me into a taxi that tried to scam me. Who knows what else they are willing to do to their guests.

Staff was very accommodating and allowed me a late check out so that I didn’t have to sit in the lobby for an hour before my flight. Room was clean, had everything you needed and it was quiet. Less than seven minutes from the airport. Also has free airport shuttle service pick up and delivery; must let them know in advance. Make sure you tip the driver. Highly recommend it for a short stay near the airport.

ニャチャンから日本に帰国する際の待ち時間に数時間滞在しました。空港は非常に混雑していてホテルの送迎を見つける自信が無かったのでGrabでホテルに向かいました。地図上では空港からすぐですが、非常に大回りが必要なのと渋滞で15分ぐらいかかります。ホテルから空港までは送迎してもらい5分ほどで到着しました。スタッフもフレンドリーでとても感じが良かったです。ファミリールームを予約しましたが、4歳児の娘は「今度は宿泊したい」と言うほど素敵な部屋でした。ホテルの隣に中規模のショッピングセンターがあり、地下1階に高級スーパー、1階には無印良品（8/16時点では準備中）最上階にはフードコートが入っていて、安い値段で食事ができ、飛行機の離着陸も見ることができました。

Ibis Hotel is very clean and service is quick. Our flight was delayed but we didn’t have any difficulty being picked up from the airport to the hotel by Ibis hotel airport shuttle service. We got check-in to our hotel room in less than 15 minutes. I like that restaurants, bank and convenience store are within walking distance. I will refer my families and friends to Ibis hotel.

Stay at Ibis hotel again upon late flight arrival. From T2 have to walk to T1 and cross the car park before reaching the hotel. Still the nearest and the best hotel within walkable distance. If carrying heavy luggage, better pre-book the pickup.

Great collection service from the airport. The hotel is stylish and modern with attentive staff who speak good English. The rooftop bar and pool are lovely - drinks are good value and the food is excellent. The Cosmopolitan cocktail was delicious! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Perfect location for a stopover during an international flight. Great amenities - the girls loved the rooftop pool and the views across the airport. Helpful staff. Great size family room. Can't fault it. We walked to it from the airport which was only a 10min walk but a bit risky crossing roads! So paid a couple of pounds to take a taxi back the next morning. There is a free hotel shuttle but we decided on a Grab as there were 4 of us.
