Nice pool, great staff, clean room, clean all around. Breakfast was limitied but good. Wish for housekepping every day.

We a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good but the didn't refill when asked. They say we're out with 30 minutes left in the breakfast operations hours. The pool and gym were awesome.

It was not what was advertised, no pool. However free breakfast and free laundry over compensated.

I paid $250 for a room of 5 which only accommodated 4. The hotel has a smell and the fitness center needs serious renovation. I won’t stay here again.

Pool didn’t work almost got in it and was not filter running. I could have got really really sick if I did not tell manager. no coffee in the common area.

Everything went ok. AC quit during night but it was our last night so just got hot in room while preparing to leave. Room smelled like smoke although it states it’s a non smoking floor. They tried to cover up smell with cleaners but then just smelt like smoky cleaning chemicals. Asked for room cleaning when we left for a day and wasn’t done. But it was safe and secure. Breakfast wasn’t very good either. Wouldn’t recommend.

I am a loyal Hilton Honors member so I hate to have to write such a poor review but this hotel really dropped the ball. I changed rooms 4 times, twice on the 2nd floor and twice on the 4th floor because of the smell. The first room smelled like something died in the pipes. The next two had an old mildew smell and the forth room had a nasty brown stain on the top comforter and an old dirty stick from an ice cream bar beside the nightstand. This is not the Hilton way but this is one hotel that I will never ever return too. Let’s end on a positive, the staff at front desk were amazing every time I came downstairs. Some of the best service. Bravo to

No room service during our stay

Very clean room and friendly staff. The juices at breakfast, tasted very watered down. Otherwise, we had a great start for an out of town high school football game where my daughter is on the drill team. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean room, good amenities but the breakfast was not to great. It was very basic, cereal, oats, waffles. There was eggs but very cold, bread was hard and the cheese was hard too.

Its was very clean but A/C unit was very noisey. Did not rest good because of it.

The hotel was good but the room did not have a dish washer like stated in the website. The shampoo bottle did not work. And the tv had limited channels not cable tv.

The room was great..more amenities than we could use! We slept well. It was quiet and comfortable. Lots of breakfast options but you have to ask for some of them. It was a great stay!

the stay was okay. the air conditioning stopped working mid stay & had to wait until the next day to get a/c! also, only had one washer & one dryer. the night front desk lady was always on the phone, barely greeted us. other than that the room was nice & the area as well. close to many food places & stores.

When I got there around 10:pm no one was at the front desk, had to wait 5-10 minutes for some one to help me out, they came out of the back.

The hotel was clean however when we checked out on my way home I got a call from the hotel and they abused me of stilling a blanket from the room which there was no blanket and I have stayed at home 2 suit many time i would not stay there again

The stay and room was excellent but the front desk greet wasnt so pleasant. My family and I arrived approximately an hour and a half before check-in but we figured we'd try our luck as we've done in the past of asking for a early check in due to our drive time being long from our city of residence. Well the young lady without hesitation nor checking the system for availability said no,not til about 2:30 but check-in is actually is 3pm should there be one.So understanding the regulations and guidelines we had no choice but to wait. she did however asked for my contact phone info in which i saw her write it down and said should there be an early opening she would call.My family and i go to the subway across the street to kill time and eat in whoch we could see the arrival of other customers with luggage in tow entering and receiving a room before us which keep in mind the young lady wrote my contact info but never did i receive a call.We then enter the lobby at 3pm and i asked why was i not called and her response was she did not have my info to do and that all other vistors were checked in at the same time.Well one of the early arrivals happened to be a family member mine therefore i knew it was a lie. Not sure why the treatment was given to me in that form but a little more leniency can give you alot more gratitude. Please give the young lady who's name is Emily some more training in treating your valued guest equally.

Gamble WAS AMAZING he went above and beyond to help when he did have to. Total nightmare situation and he was calm collected and present for every customer while working also to accommodate where he did not have to! Can not say enough !!

Great option for a stay. The guys from my company stay here if they are in town for more than a few days. Easy access to the refinery.

This place was exceptional. From the comfort and cleanliness of the room, to the friendly hospitality and atmosphere I was impressed. The free continental breakfast had a variety of delicious options for adults and children.

Very clean hotel...the breakfast goes pretty fast in the morning, so if you want to eat, come down early. Everyone was quiet, no real complaints.
